Still Rocking the Lies

This is a trial post that has the potential to become a regular feature.  We would like to call attention to the military fakers that continue to rock the lie in spite of being exposed.  The below list is by no means exhaustive so that is where you, as members of the Stolen Valor community come in.  Please make us aware and post anybody that you feel has continued to rock their lies in spite of being posted on Valor Guardians / This Ain’t Hell / Military Phony.

A couple of reminders:  1) they must be cases that were posted on here with both evidence of their claims and evidence of their actual military service and 2) there must be clear-cut evidence that they continue to rock their lies.

We try to adhere to the philosophy of posting once and moving on.  In other words, we try not to beat a dead horse with the exception being that they don’t seem to have acknowledged or learned from their mistake.

In looking over past cases and checking up on them out of curiosity, they seem to fall into a couple of distinct categories:

1. UNFAZED – Completely undeterred by a public posting about their actual vs. fabricated military service
2. REFINED – Some behavior modification and scaling back, but continue nonetheless with a polished version of claims
3. CHAMELEON – Display of “chameleon” behavior which may include a name modification, but persist.  In some cases, it is more like a snake shedding its skin and reinventing themselves

There are other subtle distinctions in their behavior, but these seem to be the broad categories.

UNFAZED

Andy Prado – As you can see by his Facebook page, he still has the claims of Airborne Ranger and 75th Ranger Regiment.  What’s particularly ironic is the meme he displays which states: “I MAY NOT BE PERFECT, BUT AT LEAST I’M NOT A FAKE”

REFINED

Les Brown – More commonly known as “The Brown Stain on Elko Nevada,” ol’ Les claimed that “we all wear something on our vests that we didn’t earn.”  Brown had the luxury of having the Elko Free Press circle the wagons around him.  Although the refinement is not of his doing, he most likely is no longer doing school events where he’s surrounded by children while he rocks his lies.  Les Brown had the honored distinction of getting over two thousand comments on This Ain’t Hell.

CHAMELEON

Greg Witter – AKA Greg Lakota, Mitchell Lonewolf, Colin Lonewolf and Greg Lonewolf and recently – Declan Lonewolf, Declan Olafson and Declan Stone.  Witter actually legally changed his name to Lonewolf, but now he may be implying some kind of Scottish lineage.  This may be true, but simply not worth our time to keep up with him and his claims.  He has many social media profiles and Facebook pages, but his current Facebook page shows some behavior modification and although he seems to have scrubbed it clean, we continue to get reports from the ladies that he is claiming a lot of things that raise eyebrows.

These individuals are just a small sampling of past cases that did not flinch or modified their behavior somewhat, but continue with the false stories.

Hopefully, you can remind us of more.  Remember, it is important that all individuals highlighted persist in their lies.
