Remember Kelsie Hoover? She was at the airport wearing an Army Uniform with an EOD patch. She was featured here in 2015 and in 2017. She apparently did not learn her lesson, and continued to ride the phony pony. She engaged in identify theft in Fort Worth. For that stunt, she was again featured here in 2019. She surfaced again in 2020.
