Woman shoots, kills man in High Point who she says charged at her with ax, police say

HIGH POINT, N.C. — A woman shot and killed a man who she says had repeatedly assaulted and charged at her with an ax, according to a High Point Police Department news release.

Saturday at around 4:10 a.m., police were dispatched to 400 Hickory Lane after being told in a call a shooting had just happened.

The victim, who had called police over a previous assault incident Friday night, told officers that she shot a man in her house who had charged at her with an ax, the release says.

When they arrived, police say they found the victim, her daughter and a firearm in front of the house.

Officers found the suspect in the back of the house dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Man shoots intruder who ‘aggressively’ approached him at his Surprise home
Nicholas Sagasta was pronounced dead at a local hospital after he was shot when he reportedly approached a man as he arrived home on Friday.

SURPRISE, Ariz. — A man shot an intruder who aggressively approached the man as he arrived at his Surprise home with his wife and child on Friday, police said.

The man arrived to his home near the U.S. 60 and Bell Road around 6 p.m. when he saw a man who he didn’t know in his yard.

The intruder, identified as Nicholas Sagasta, reportedly began aggressively approaching the man for no known reason as he exited the car.

Police said the man attempted to back up to create distance between himself and Sagasta, but Sagasta “continued his aggressive pursuit.”

The man then got a gun from his car and told Sagasta to stop and to leave his property.

When Sagasta did not stop his aggressive approach, the man reportedly fired at him multiple times.

Security guard shoots 15-year-old robbery suspect in southwest Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A shootout between an armed security guard and three robbery suspects led officials to answers in other cases Saturday morning.

The three men are accused of being involved in five separate robberies in the Houston area.

A security guard first encountered the robbery suspects at an apartment complex in the 6200 block of Gulfton around 1 a.m.

The armed security guard told police that he heard a woman screaming from the parking lot of the La Estancia Apartment Complex building, so he went to see what was going on.

When the guard arrived, the woman told him that she was robbed at gunpoint by three men, and pointed him in the direction that they fled.

Houston police told ABC13 Eyewitness News that the guard followed the men to an area off US-59 and Chimney Rock. Moments later, the guard and the men exchanged gunfire.

The Second Amendment in action.
Remember that the d-rats want you defenseless in the face of mortal danger.
The simple truth is there is no “common sense gun control”…
It is all designed to take your right to self defense from any and all comers away from you and give it to the elite’s with their private security and their guns…
Fuck them…
