Cleric Films Guide on Beating Wives Under Islamic Law
There appears to be confusion, in the Islamic World, regarding “wife beating”. So, Academic Cleric Abd Al-Aziz Al-Khazraj decided to produce a video on the “proper” way to “beat” one’s wife under Islamic Law.
He argues that there are three phrases: admonishment, refraining from bed sharing, then the “beating. You use the more serious ones if the less serious punishments don’t work. If it reaches the “beatings”, he argues that you don’t punch, you don’t strike the face, just let her feel your strength. You have to be “light and painless”… Just enough to let her feel your power!
As he stated in the video on The Sun:

Someone tries that in the U.S., and they could suffer from one of many consequences. The woman could fight back, one of her male relatives may administer some “disciplining” of his own, or the one administering “discipline” could face discipline from the legal system… Perhaps also from certain residents of the Gray Bar Hotel.

I forget which D-rat prog said it, but he claimed that it was fundamentalist Christians who practice beating their wives because it is in the Bible. But it is really right there in the Koran or the Hadiths where husbands are sanctioned to beat their wives with a stick or whip provided it is not larger in diameter than their thumbs.
I might add that a piece of rebar is smaller diameter than a man’s thumb, so it would not be difficult to beat a woman to death with a two foot piece of rebar.

Don’t know if this cleric speaks for all Islam, though it wouldn’t surprise me but whoever subscribes to what he is endorsing is living in the dark ages.
I do know this … that Islam permeates the Muslim culture and prevents any chance of Muslims sharing American values, beliefs, and customs and assimilating into American society.
Which is precisely why any Muslim serving in Congress can’t actually swear an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
