By Jennifer Sheehan
Allentown police said they are investigating a shooting that left a man wounded outside an Airport Road nightclub early Saturday morning.Capt. Glenn Granitz said the shooting occurred just after 2 a.m. in the parking lot of Chicago Restaurant and Club Gravity on the 1100 block of Airport Road.
The wounded man, whose identity has not been released, was in stable condition at a hospital, Granitz said.
He said Saturday evening that all parties have been identified and accounted for. He expects charges to be filed.
An eyewitness said the shooting occurred after a fight among about six people in the parking lot. He said several security guards from the club tried to break it up, with one using pepper spray on a man. That man’s friend, the witness said, then fired about three gunshots into the air as he was getting into his car. As the shooter drove through the parking lot to leave, a security guard fired several shots at his car, the witness said, causing it to crash into a wall.

Todays score is a bit more promising than yesterday’s, Delta Whiskies and Whiskettes, with one tagged and bagged, two on the mend, and no reported leakers. Today, at any rate.

“homeowner shot an intruder”
I love this country.
And I also like matte finish SS on weapons.
They look so ….medical.
Yep, but you still have to clean it and wipe it down good after use, you know fingerprints and DNA somewhere, they always look for fingerprints and DNA.
Nice wheel gun. I wheely like it. Grin.
Massachusetts does not permit the sale of Taurus revolvers.
Too many clips in the magazine thingy? 😉
Could be but only the Hate Monger General, Maura Healey, knows for sure. The same can be said for Colt revolvers.
She actually publishes a list of approved vendors from which Bay Staters may select.
She also regulates the trigger strength standards.
Immoral, elected and ugly, a Massachusetts tradition.
Back in the day at Ft. Devens, we always used to say that Taxachussetts had more ugly women per capita than any other state, but then we went to Rumford, Maine for ski training, so we had to revise that generalization.
1/2/0, not the greatest but all are confined and none on the run, yet. 1, typical and must be minority as the area likes to tell if it was a white person. Usual extreme behavior. 2, why is there always a struggle for the weapon, and a rifle to boot. If I was threatened it would be a hand gun, more maneuverable in a confined space and as soon as someone started to force way in shots would be fired, no second chance to talk. Things we do for women, always thinking with wrong head in these cases. 3, kind of a jumbled up mess of reporting as am not sure as perp status, as sounds like they do not know anything, not in club, fired shots and got in car and drove through, drove up and fired shots, Oh well he’s inconvenienced, and are pending arrests. It is 5:30 am here people and way too early to start drinking despite the confusion. Standing by.
The current boyfriend in Michigan needs to learn to use, and not just threaten with, his rifle. At least he had the presence of mind to have a back up (pistol) in case he failed to maintain positive control of his rifle!
Wonder what drugs the guy in California was on? Crashes in to Carl’s Jr, strips naked. Decides he doesn’t like Hardy’s and runs to McDonalds, stabs someone when he is told he can’t get it his way…that’s Burger King (as the cadence goes)! Good thing the security guard was armed, wonder where naked guy got the knife…or was it a spork?
I am thinking possibly a mixture of meth and bath salts or PCP.
Micky Ds finally had some real meat in the store? Prolly wasn’t a Big Mac size.
Gun control starts with hanging on to your weapon.
Nothing good happens at 0200 unless it involves a consenting male and female in an amorous state.
1/2/0 still pays off and the week is young. Back to riding herd on the painting crew.
While I know it is functional and a good thing to have the extra two wounds, that giant cylinder makes that gun look like the one in Roger Rabbit.
