Help us scare America

| February 10, 2009

The latest email from the Obama crew is a plea for us to send the team our horror stories about how the economy is destroying our lives;

I’d link the video here, but it’s a 13-minute sleeping pill – Kaine only hits on the portions of the bill that aren’t controversial – unsurprisingly. The questions everyone should be asking is this; if Democrats have the votes, why are they still trying to sell it to Americans, why are they calling for Republicans to vote on it? Why the campaign?

Deer Govurnor Kaine,

I want to tell you my story. It is a bad story. It is a story that is truth. It tell of bad thing that heppens to me because of the Bush and his evil ways. I come to the State to get thge jobs that no one want. I cut the yars and trim the lawn. But I have no card and when I get my check I have to go to the cashing place that sell the phone cards and pork skins. They charge me the 30 percents to cash the checks. That takes too much. I can hardly pay fro my Silverado with the Blessed Virgin paint on the tailgate. I also owe money to the sticker man who put ‘Sanchez’ in Old English on the window. I also have 4 pair of Tony Lama boot on lawaya at the store and a 130$ cell phone bill. Wtih all the bill, I need more to feed my family than just foods stamp. As I sat in the emergncy room with my wife and 9 kid who needed a runny nose we understand from Telemundo that the Obama is giving away moneys from State. I would like some. See it is sad truth story and all Bush fault. Thank you.

*attempts to arch eyebrow as much as Tim Kaine*

I have seen this guy on TV several times and I can never take him seriously. And that screenshot from the video just continues to make me think of him as a Bond villain who just engaged in a clever witticism.

Oh, and…er…Republicans stole all the monies and gave them to the richez and now I am so poor I am not even allowed to look at consumer products without a corporate stooge assaulting me.

Are they telling people how they can help with THEIR specific crises? How many people are in economic straights because they’ve run up their credit cards in order to have a certain lifestyle and their own economic irresponsibility? Of course not. They’re giving them some vague plattitudes about how this bogus spending spree will create jobs – how many jobs will it create, again…and what kind of jobs will they be?

What are they teaching in schools these days besides how to put a condom on a banana and how voting for Obama=good and voting for McCain=bad?
