Spreading the wealth around

I wrote yesterday that Obama’s tax plan was designed to give taxpayer money to people who don’t pay taxes and calling it a tax cut.  Well here he is in own words telling a small businessman that he plans to “spread the wealth around”;

Is that purpose of government…to act like Robin Hood? For those of us who understand economics and the Constitution, it should probably be more frightening that he’ll even admit in public that he wants to redistribute wealth.
