Russian collusion documents referred to the DOJ-Not good news for Barack Obama
Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, declassified documents related to the Russian collusion fiasco. Gabbard identified Barack Obama, James Comey, John Brennan, James Clapper, Susan Rice and others as being involved in a scheme intended to sabotage President Donald Trump’s first administration. The declassified documents show a deliberate attempt, by Obama and his officials, to undermine the will of the American people.

The intelligence leader told Hannity that she would be referring the documents to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for further investigation, noting that accountability is “critical” to ensure Americans still have faith in our republic.
“I am referring all of these documents that we have found and uncovered, referring them to the Department of Justice for further investigation. Accountability and action; not just investigation, but action. Accountability has to take place. The American people’s ability to have faith and trust in the integrity of our democratic republic is literally what’s at stake and therefore the future of our ability to exist as the country that we know it. This accountability is critical to make sure that this never happens again,” she stated. “Exposing the truth and naming those who are responsible should drive that accountability that has to take place.”
Gabbard also touched on the now-infamous Steele dossier, despite its lack of credibility.
“The Steele dossier was used in this manufactured assessment that President Obama directed to be created along with many other pieces of intelligence that the intelligence community itself, for months leading up to the election, said, ‘This is not credible and should not be used at all,'” the DNI chief claimed.
On Saturday morning, Gabbard appeared on “Fox and Friends” to further discuss the new Russia documents, referring to the Obama administration’s actions as a “treasonous conspiracy” against Trump.
“No one, no matter who they are, no matter how high up they are or how powerful they may be, no matter who the intelligence officials or professionals were, who were a part of this treasonous conspiracy, there must be accountability,” she asserted.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I do not want Obama prosecuted. There is no one with a lower opinion of the man, his policies, his personality, literally everything about him and everyone associated with him and his administration.
Yes, the Dems crossed this Rubicon. Yes, I agree he is guilty of everything he has ever been rumored to be guilty of, and a whole lot more. And I do not want our country to go further down this road.
Nothing will ever change the minds of those who are like our own little villages’ idiot the Commie pigeon. All this will do is further separate and divide our nation. We need to move forward and make them irrelevant.
There is nothing that will ever excuse or correct this complete betrayal of everything we are as a Nation and as a People. While no one is above the law, there is no punishment, even death, that is sufficient for these crimes against the American people.
Therefore, we need to take the highest of the high roads, at the least cost to the American people. Class Action suits (? or whatever mechanism achieves the goal?) against these individuals. Bankrupt them and use the proceeds to pay back the American people for the cost of the litigation, with the remainder going towards pay down the National Debt. That would be a more important and lasting legacy to future generations than any conviction, even a criminal conviction.
Make them irrelevant. Don’t let their lies, corruption and distortion of American ideals to occupy the time or attention of this Nation. History will judge them, and how “we the People” correct course.
Ironically, this travesty, this betrayal, this treasonous, traitorous time was brought to you be the same party responsible for the last division of this country. Make them irrelevant, powerless paupers.
I like the idea of a financial penalty. A garnishment of everything they acquired through these frauds. Obama is protected from all things done in the course of his duties as President, per the SCOTUS. So persecuting Obama should not be to hard for these crimes, as they are not official duties.
Dismantle their libraries and remove any vestige of them from public view, and record their treason so they are remembered in history like Benedict Arnold.

I agree with you in a practical sense. The flames it would fan will bring about hideous violent crimes against many innocents. The left is now completely vile and full of a sadistically violent consciousness. If they are willing to ambush federal agents enforcing the laws of the country they wont think twice about committing murder and mayhem if their leaders are called to account for their crimes, rightly or wrongly.
This seems not be worthwhile for a man who will never see the inside of a jail no matter the success of the prosecution. Without a presidential prosecution, the problem is that anyone else that would be held responsible would simply point to the president and say he or she was following what they though to be lawful orders.
While it would be easy enough for us to let go we weren’t hounded for years with illegal lawfare costing us hundreds of millions of dollars from the same parties that were responsible for this. Nobody openly encouraged their supporters to literally and successfully shoot us in the head. Nobody ransacked my wife’s underwear drawers under the color of law. Somebody did do all that to the current president, and more. It is going to be a little tougher for him to forgive and walk away. So I don’t think it is going to happen.
It is a very Alpha male thing to want payback when someone wrongs you, so many times, in so many ways. I believe the Democrats thought they were going to succeed and never calculated what would happen if they failed. Stubbornness like this is how wars start.

There is no evidence that Trump was anything more than an acquaintance of Epstein before his initial sweetheart conviction in Florida. Trump banned Epstein from Mira Lago after an incident with one of the female waitstaff. All of Trump’s rides on Epstein’s plane pre-dated the banning and were limited to rides to Palm Beach, FL. If Trump had any business or financial connections to Epstein, we would have heard about it in Trump’s last term or the recent election.
Moreover, Comey’s daughter was Epstein’s chief prosecutor in the SDNY federal court. She had access to all the materials seized from his properties. She has TDS like daddy and she would have leaked anything damaging to Trump that involved Epstein.
