Election Day Pisser
Had to do something election related on Election Day, right?
We have seen multiple examples of illegal aliens not only voting, but having judges rule in their favor. Most recently, we posted about the judge who MANDATED their votes be counted even after they were proven to be from illegals (luckily, the Supremes blocked THAT nonsense SCOTUSblog, but it never should have gone that far, should it?) At least we can depend on out doughty DOJ to fight for the law, right?
“The Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government is conducting oversight of the apparent coordination between the Civil Rights Division and left-wing advocacy groups to impede the ability of states to ensure the accuracy of their voter rolls,” Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, who is chairman of the subcommittee, says in a letter obtained by Fox Digital.
The Department of Justice sued Alabama and Virginia in recent months over their moves to remove non-citizens from the voter rolls. The DOJ has claimed that the states have violated clauses that say states must complete their maintenance program no later than 90 days before an election under a clause known as the Quiet Period Provision.
Don’t rock the boat within 90 days of an election is the short translation.
But Roy says the lawsuits from the DOJ came after lawsuits by left-wing civil rights groups. In the letter, Roy says that the Sept. 27 Alabama lawsuit came weeks after a Sept. 13 lawsuit from a coalition of left-wing civil rights groups. The cases were consolidated on Sept. 28.
In Virginia, a civil rights lawsuit was filed on Oct. 7, and the DOJ filed its lawsuit on Oct. 11.
“The cases involve the same or similar plaintiffs and lawyers and follow a similar pattern with respect to the timing of each complaint. These circumstances raise questions as to whether the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division is working with these groups to file cases to keep noncitizens on voter rolls just before the 2024 election and prevent states from ensuring that only eligible citizens vote in federal elections,” Roy says.
He also says the DOJ “did not object to consolidating its cases with those filed by left-wing organizations and attorneys with a public history of opposing bipartisan efforts to prevent noncitizens from voting.”
The DOJ said in a statement Wednesday after the Supreme Court’s ruling, “The Department brought this suit to ensure that every eligible American citizen can vote in our elections. We disagree with the Supreme Court’s order.” Fox News
Sounds kinda funny that the DOJ seems to be working with groups who want illegals to vote in violation of the law, innit?
But remember, they also say to vote Kamala because Trump will weaponize the government (presumably including DOJ) against us. Yeah, right.

At least we don’t have to wonder what weaponizing the government looks like, we have lived it since 2009.
Hell, the CLINTONS weaponized the IRS against those they saw as a political threat all the way to auditing Rush Limbaugh.
It would be great to have PDJT47 investigate certain high ranking politicos and their sycophants for, ya know, ACTUAL illegal stuff. Can you say “Epstein”? (for just one bombshell) I knew you could.
Then when they squeal, tell ’em, “We’re just following your example.”
I will vote today and show a photo ID wether they like it or not.
DOJ wants to come into Missouri to make sure their elections are on the up and up. Mo governor filed suit to say no thanks , and to stay in your lane. I am not aware of how that turned out as it was only reported late this past week.
No word on if the DOJ was going to Chicago to make sure their voting precincts were operating according to the rules.
Or Philadelphia where he Black Panthers have a history of “guarding” the polls… ( they helps Zero significantly with that ploy)
On related info, I just read that Joe Rogan endorsed President Trump in the lead up to his podcast with Elon Musk (who also accurately stated that if Trump doesn’t win today, free and fair elections in this country are a thing of the past due to illegals among other things)
Is there a bag limit on those that allowed this to happen? /s/
Just curious, but couldn’t the states just flag those voters instead, placing them on a special role (but still on the roles). These “citizens” would be required to show valid citizenship papers (i.e. a U.S. Passport, or citizenship certificate, etc.), before they are handed a ballot. They could even be sent a notice before hand (obviously we are a little late this year) that states they have been identified on the voter roles as a non-US citizen. Should they believe this is in error and they wish to vote they will be required to present a federal form showing their citizen ship such as a US Passport or Citizenship certificate. If they continue to attempt to vote without such forms the nice police officer can escort them to the local precinct where a translator will be provided to discuss the charges.
Yup
The wife and I voted early 2 weeks ago. We had a trip scheduled to meet the need great grand daughter in Louisiana. In TX not only do you need a photo ID, only a Govt issued ID will suffice. It is scanned into the system to confirm registration and as a record of your voting. I like that system.
If it is not obvious by now that the despots will NOT allow us to “vote” our way out of the mess the country has become, then one is just flat not paying attention. I did the “early” vote thing last week at my county Court House and tho I am known to the poll workers, I still had to show my ID and verify my signature. Will my vote, as cast, count? Maybe, on the local level. Will it be enough to “stop the steal” that will happen in The ATL? Probably not.
