Louisiana police chief and wife are both shot ‘by his MISTRESS’ after his fed-up spouse drove to other woman’s house to confront him…only for her to ‘shoot them both with the same bullet’
True love is when you both get shot by your mistress with the very same bullet.
A Louisiana police chief is pleading with the residents of the small city he protects for another chance after being caught in an explosive love triangle that saw both him and his wife being shot – allegedly by his mistress.
In an open letter to the community, Opelousas Police Chief Graig ‘Twin’ LeBlanc shed some light on the ‘unfortunate incident’ that occurred on the night of December 22, which the chief noted was ‘deeply personal’.
‘I want to be forthright with you. My actions have caused pain and distress, not only to my family but also to our community,’ the chief explained.
‘I want to express my sincere apologies to my wife, my family. all parties involved, and to each and every member of our community. I understand the importance of regaining your trust, and I am fully committed to taking the necessary steps to address this situation head-on,’ LeBlanc wrote.
Chief LeBlanc and his wife Crystal LeBlanc, a Captain with the neighboring force, St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office, were allegedly shot by a woman the chief had recently hired to his police department, Opelousas Police Officer, Savannah Butler, 42.
Chief Graig LeBlanc was shot in the hand while his wife Crystal was struck in the arm by the same bullet outside Butler’s home, the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office said.
Sheriff Bobby Guidroz of Landry Parish sheriff said the shooting was the result of a domestic issue and happened at a home just outside the city limits of Opelousas.
Both LeBlancs – the police chief and his wife – were taken to hospital to recover from gunshot wounds.
Butler, meanwhile, who is alleged to have fired the gun was detained.
Crystal LeBlanc had gone to Butler’s home to speak with her husband who was already inside at the time.
When Graig LeBlanc came outside the married couple began arguing. Butler then came to the door armed with her gun.
As Graig LeBlanc reached out to grab Butler’s gun he was shot in the hand. Thebullet travelled through his hand hitting his wife Crystal in the arm.
The full picture only became clear once the chief put pen to paper to explain to locals what had transpired and fully admitted the affair.
‘I must acknowledge the role I played in this unfortunate situation,’ LeBlanc wrote. ‘
‘I have failed in my commitment to uphold the standards expected of the Chief of Police and, more importantly, failed the trust you have placed in me.
‘Infidelity is a breach of not only the personal commitments I made but also the professional standards we all expect from those in public service,’ he went on.
‘I want to express my sincere apologies to my wife, my family, all parties involved, and to each and every member of our community.’
In what will surely be an uncomfortable inquiry, the chief also stated how he is ‘initiating an internal review to ensure that the actions of myself and those within the police department uphold the values and integrity that our community deserves.’
Butler is alleged to have cleaned up the scene to cover up evidence before notifying the sheriff’s office.
She was booked on two counts of negligent injury, one count of obstruction and 1 count of illegal discharge of a firearm. She later posted a $22,000 bond.
A trespass summons was also issued to Captain Crystal LeBlanc for entering Butler’s home.
Captain LeBlanc and Officer Butler have both been placed on administrative leave. Butler was told to return her department-issued vehicle and all equipment she had, and to ‘immediately cease all activity as a commissioned police officer.’
Chief Graig LeBlanc is not facing any pending charges at present.

Investigative report reveals Dolton residents are shelling out big bucks for mayor’s security detail
She is the part-time mayor of a south suburban village of a little more than 20,000 people. Yet residents of Dolton are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to provide security for their self-proclaimed “supermayor.”
Tiffany Henyard makes nearly a quarter million dollars a year serving as both mayor of Dolton and Thornton township supervisor, an elected political double dip.
She’s charismatic and controversial and it’s hard to turn anywhere in Dolton without seeing Henyhard’s picture, or online where she recently commemorated September 11th with her own photo.
But when FOX 32’s Dane Placko asked Henyard a few months ago about her use of tax dollars, she was quickly hustled out of the room by armed security.
And in Facebook videos posted by Henyard herself, you can see her being driven around and surrounded by Dolton officers — which got us wondering. Why all the cops?
“We weren’t opposed to her having the security detail. We asked how long and how often?” said Dolton Trustee Brittney Norwood.
Norwood said Henyard began assembling her security detail shortly after being elected in 2021, using handpicked Dolton police officers.
After filing a Freedom of Information Request, FOX 32 obtained the work records for six of the officers assigned to Henyard’s security detail at various times. The records show the officers are paid every two weeks, which, without overtime, is 80 hours.
But when they’re put on Henyard’s detail, that 80 hours balloons to well over 100 hours, in many cases. Other officers are putting in for 200 hours of work per pay period. And last May, Officer Terry Young was paid for 303 hours worked over a two-week period.
That resulted in a single paycheck of more than $13,000.
“How? How does a person put in a two-week pay period 303 hours?” asked Dolton Trustee Tammy Brown. “That’s impossible. That’s impossible. Does he ever go to sleep?”
There are a total of 336 hours total in two weeks, meaning Young was not being paid for only 33 hours over that period.
Other officers on the security detail also racked up overtime paychecks in the multiple thousands of dollars.
In late August, FOX 32 tried to question Henyard about her police detail as she went door to door in Dolton giving out water on a 100-degree day. She was surrounded by police, firefighters, public works employees and two videographers documenting her trip for Dolton’s Facebook page.
Henyard ignored our questions.
Earlier that day, we watched as a Dolton cop drove Henyard from her other job at Thornton Township to a Mexican restaurant for lunch. Trustees say the security detail picks the mayor up at her home in the morning and is with her until she’s dropped off at night, and often takes her on errands and shopping.
Does Henyard need a security detail?
“Absolutely not!” responded Trustee Brown. “Why? Why would you need a security detail?”
Trustee Norwood believes Henyard uses the detail to burnish her ego.
“Oh, she loves it. She just loves it. She loves the detail. I think it makes her feel as if she’s like a superstar,” said Norwood.
Dolton trustees have filed a lawsuit against Henyard, alleging she has not justified the need for security and is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on it without the board’s approval.
“I see no justification whatsoever. And more than that it’s really a detriment to the citizens of Dolton,” said trustee Jason House. “If we were to take the same money and put it on officers patrolling the streets, then the residents will see a much better presence and public safety will be better.”
“We’ve had a few shootings,” said Trustee Norwood. “So we need the extra police patrolling the streets instead of patrolling her.”
FOX 32 also obtained Dolton credit card statements showing Henyard taking the detail with her even when she travels out of town. Records show spending thousands of dollars on plane tickets, lodging and meals for the officers.
As for the village’s finances, trustees say Dolton is now getting sued by some vendors for failure to pay its bills.
“In the last two fiscal years, we’re five million dollars in the hole. And a big part of it is the security detail,” said Trustee House.
FOX 32 emailed a list of detailed questions about the security detail to Henyard’s spokesperson. So far, there has been no response.

Husband arrested at Las Vegas casino after wife found dead on New Year’s Day
A 55-year-old Pennsylvania husband was arrested during his cigarette break outside a Las Vegas casino with $100,000 cash the day after his second wife was found dead in their home on New Year’s Day.
In a bizarre twist, Arthur Guty Jr.’s Tuesday arrest came four years after his former wife was accused of targeting him in a murder-for-hire plot for a life insurance payout.
Venezuelan national Franyerlys Nicold “Nicole” Zambrano, 26, married Guty less than a year ago, WPXI reported.
Rather than her husband, worried coworkers reported Zambrano missing on Dec. 29 after the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort housekeeper failed to show up for work, according to WTAE. She last spoke to family members on Christmas Eve and had not been seen by neighbors since.
The call prompted a welfare check from the Uniontown Police Department at Zambrano’s Bierer Avenue home, WPXI reported. When there was no answer, police let themselves in and found the 26-year-old shot dead “in a vital part of the body” around 1:31 p.m.
Police told the outlet she had been dead for at least two days.
Guty became the prime suspect in her death after he failed to provide satisfactory answers about Zambrano’s whereabouts before she was found dead, Uniontown Police Lieutenant Thomas Kolencik told WTAE.
Allegedly, Guty told neighbor Bob Luick that he and Zambrano were visiting the Grand Canyon before her body was discovered.
Other neighbors reportedly told police that the couple was vacationing in Florida.
“The story just didn’t add up,” Kolencik said. “They were in touch with him. The story he was telling family members, told a couple of our officers in small conversations, none of it added up.”
A warrant was issued for Guty on Monday after authorities found Zambrano dead and were unable to reach him. After evading police for a day, he was placed under arrest with $100,000 cash on him at the Mardi Gras Casino. According to WTAE, police had located him by pinging his cellphone.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department published a photo of Guty handcuffed on his knees with a cigarette dangling from his mouth early Tuesday morning.
“He was on his way, we believe, out of the country with a significant amount of cash and was going to avoid, or try to avoid, any responsibility for what happened here,” Fayette County District Attorney Mike Aubele told WTAE.
Before Zambrano was killed, Luick told WTAE, Guty made an eerie off-hand comment that stuck in his memory.
“He made a statement maybe a month ago that he thought [Zambrano] was messing around on him,” Luick recalled. “This is exactly the way he said it, he was sitting right there, he said, ‘If I find out she’s messing around, I’ll kill her.”
The neighbor said he last saw Guty a couple of days before Christmas Eve.
“He disappeared, and I didn’t know where he went, or what he was doing,” Luick said.
Other neighbors told the outlet that Zambrano was fastidious and well-liked in the community, and echoed Luick’s shock at Guty’s alleged role in her death.
Now, police in Nevada are working to extradite him back to Pennsylvania to face homicide and aggravated assault charges.
Guty’s former wife, 55-year-old Roxanne Guty, faced criminal charges in 2019 after allegedly trying three times to hire a man to kill her then-husband.
On one occasion, according to CBS News Pittsburgh, Guty’s first wife allegedly asked the would-be hitman “what kind of gun would do the job?”
Allegedly, the woman and a man, identified as Norman Pennington in court documents, agreed to split Guty’s $50,000 life insurance policy payout after orchestrating his death.
However, Pennington told police that he thought the woman was joking and “never planned on killing Guty,” and decided to come forward when he “thought this had gone too far,” the Pittsburgh outlet reported.
Roxanne Guty pleaded no contest to conspiring to commit homicide and had charges reduced to misdemeanor reckless endangerment of another person in February 2021, according to Law & Crime.
She served a 20-month probation sentence and was ordered not to contact Guty except as necessary through counsel to conclude the divorce proceeding, the outlet reported. Additionally, she did not appear as an inmate or parolee in state prison records on Tuesday.

I knew I should have become a cop down here! Party time! Or not, it seems Chief and Captain Wife made some mistakes, as did the very likely former cop that thought Chief’s pistol was fully loaded and ready to pop off.
As for the good mayor, she needs security. You see, I bothered to look up Dolton, IL. Given its proximity to Chicago, I’m sure that no law-abiding citizen is permitted to legally carry. That leaves, well, criminals and gang members with guns, and we know how popular “switches” are on the illegally possessed Glocks up there. So, she isn’t using cops and security as an entourage, just to protect her while she performs her prominent duties. After all, just look at her. She doesn’t appear to be the sort to want internet clout, popularity, and to be well known.
As for Guty, he must have gotten gutsy and figured he’d take out the woman he married who was less than half his age. If you’re in your mid-50s and a mid-20s female shows interest in you, it’s likely a sugar daddy or convenience thing. Don’t be surprised if she’s got some action going on outside of the house (or inside if you travel or are away from home often). I wonder if it was worth it. Nah, it never is…
The security detail was the least crazy thing that she has done so far. The b**** is completely nuts.
She literally hired a child gang rapist to enforce code in her hamlet.

As for the chief, this is what happens when you burn the candle at both ends.
Now that she’s on my radar, I expect you’ll see a lot more about her here. The story will make a great movie or limited series in a couple years.
Nobody on the left will believe a word of it and call it racism.
Something must be wrong with my inherwebz connection. I thought I had clicked on TAH and damned if I’m not seeing the latest scripts for the Jerry Springer/Maury Pavoch Show. Judge Judy…weeps.
JUST type Henyard’s name in the YouTube search window and you’ll have a dump truck load of videos about her and her stunts, she’s gone way overboard, and I just wonder when the local political machine will say “ENOUGH!”, then let her crash and burn.
You have to give it up for Mayor Henyard, she has brass ovaries.
Lots more to Tiffany Henyard. In 2022, not only did she lock the Township Assessor out of her office, she had the township purchase 2 unmarked police SUV’s complete with lights and sirens and got police license plates from the state for HER personal use. After the state found out they confiscated the plates and cancelled the registration on both vehicles. As a bonus, the state referred the issue to the Cook County State’s Attorney office for possible prosecution.
This past July she also used Township funds for her political campaign fundraiser.
It’s only illegal if you get too much media attention.
“Possible prosecution”? 2 clues that won’t happen. Chicago and Illinois.
Don’t forget Democrat and raycist.
“Norwood said Henyard began assembling her security detail shortly after being elected in 2021, using handpicked Dolton police officers.”
Five bucks says at least one of them is piping her.
Prank kidnapping of an American in Brazil:
As to (see what Hack did there?) the Mayor Henyard saga, the stupid people are the residents of Dolton Illinois who elected this professional grifter. Just a matter of time until the “Reverend” Al Sharpton shows up with an angry mob to support her. Hack Stone is scratching his balls wondering why the FBI and IRS are not showing any interest into this. It can’t possibly be that she is a Democrat woman of color, could it?
FBI will be looking into this incident just as soon as the person who placed the pipe bomb at the capital building has been arrested and brought before a judge.
Before you all condemn Chief Graig LeBlanc, I think we need to see what Crystal LeBlanc and Savannah Butler look like. Any chance that a pair of handcuffs were involved in the Chief’s shenanigans?
Having seen photos of Crystal LeBlanc and Savannah Butler, neither one of them is worth taking a bullet for.
So, in the case of the Louisiana Police Chief, the Butler did it with a gun on the door step. Colonel Mustard had a solid alibi.
