Fox News Friday: Biden, Homeless, Tree, and one helluva prostate massage

| December 1, 2023

When the government contracts out big projects, one of the requirements is that developers pay development fees.

Federal statute mandates that developers pay that fee prior to construction on their lease, a potentially hefty fee designed to guarantee federal property is returned to its original state after a lessee departs its lease.

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) informed Vineyard Wind that it had waived a financial assurance for decommissioning costs fee in a June 15, 2021, letter obtained by watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT).

“At the same time the Department of the Interior was looking at forcing greater and more expensive bonding requirements on holders of long-standing oil and gas leases, they were relaxing these requirements on the nation’s first utility-scale offshore wind energy producer, one that just coincidentally happened to be a client of their incoming #2,” PPT Director Michael Chamberlain told Fox News Digital.

Chamberlain noted that former Deputy Interior Secretary Tommy Beadreau, the second-highest ranked official at the Department of the Interior (DOI) which houses BOEM, had, according to his 2021 financial disclosure form, previously represented Vineyard Wind on legal matters while serving as a partner at the firm Latham & Watkins.

Just one week after BOEM approved Vineyard Wind’s request to waive the development fee, Beaudreau departed Latham & Watkins and was sworn in at DOI. Fox News

Not sure whether the conflict of interest or the two-faced application of the fees is more worrisome. I keep wondering if Richard Daley or Huey Long tutored these guys?

And California’s taxpayers are going to get a $300,000,000 anal injection from their governor.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Monday said the state will make nearly $300 million available to local municipalities to clear out homeless encampments and move the homeless into housing.

California state Sen. Brian Dahle, a Republican, pushed back on statements by Newsom that he cleared more than 5,600 homeless encampments across the state.

“The governor didn’t clear these homeless encampments; they just moved them down the street,” he said. “California spends more tax dollars per homeless person than we do on our students.

San Francisco recently removed homeless camps around the city ahead of the U.S.-China summit in which President Biden met with Chinese President Xi Jinping earlier this month.  Fox News II

Gotta make it look nice for the boss, eh Joe?

How’s that sanctuary state thing workin’ out for you now?

The National Christmas Tree, a 40 foot Norway Spruce from West Virginia, took a header Tuesday in high winds.

“National Christmas tree falls DOWN,” the Republican House Committee on the Judiciary wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter. “Perfectly summing up Joe Biden’s presidency.”  Fox News III

What can you add to that?

In closing – an Indiana prisoner had an interesting night Monday.   No, he won’t pass go – or collect $200.

Christopher Boyd, 32, was a passenger riding in a vehicle that police pulled over in the city of Evansville on Monday at about 2 a.m. for an obscured license plate.

But when officers patted down Boyd, they discovered “a small bag with multiple pills” in his right sock, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun. Boyd claimed the pills were Percocets that he had received from his “Aunt Trish” to help with the pain from having a “bullet lodged in his spine.”

To make a long story short…noticing Boyd was ‘walking funny’, next the cops found marijuana bags in his groin. When Boyd refused the cavity search, cops found a SW&W Bodyguard .380 hidden up the old poop chute. Now, on its best day, that gun is gonna go a non-negotiable  4″ at the smallest. I’m guessing that Boyd, whose career includes convictions for attempted murder, burglary and domestic battery  Fox News IV, was NOT the winner of “you wanna be the husband or you wanna be the wife?” and was successfully turned from a tight end into a wide receiver. ‘Bout  4 inches wide.

I read about that tree: Democrats Nominate Fallen National Christmas Tree For Presidential Run | Babylon Bee

Tree 2024!

It really does kind of correlate with Ol’ Joe’s presidency thus far. He trips on stage, bows to people he probably hates (LBGTQ, and minorities, given his age and history) and is slipping in polls, so the National Christmas Tree stands in solidarity with him…well, falls on his side of history and needs constant sprucing like our PINO.

Oh, and that Bodyguard 380? Tiny pistol, the one shown has the Crimson Trace laser but it’s still very small and great for small-statured women. I prefer the thicker and longer grip of my LCP Max, though: Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard 380 vs Ruger LCP MAX vs Bond Arms Grizzly size comparison | Handgun Hero (I threw the Derringer in there since they’ve been brought up some recently). Still not something I want to keester.

What a deadly little toy.
Looks like it’s a 4B (Bad Breath Belly Button) gun.

Not imported/sold here anymore but the STAR Firestar M40 in 40 S&W was a nice little weapon especially if you subscribed to the motto friends don’t let friends go to a gun fight with a caliber that doesn’t start with a 4.

Didn’t use’ta’be that you had to build housing for he homeless.
Use’ta’be that you had state mental hospitals for housing the homeless, and other mentally ill people.
That is, until the DildoCrats closed ’em all…….what’s it been? About 40 years ago?

Not even trying to hide their corruption any more, are they?

Y’all do know that Noisesome wants to do to the rest of the country what he did to Commiefornia, right? Look for him to be (s)elected to move into 1600 PA Ave…soon.

Throw the tree onto the dumpster fire that is the current grubermint. Least ways we”ll be warm…and can roast a hot dog.

Not exactly a quick draw holster you’re using there, Chris.

Maybe the gun inserts easier if you turn your head and cough?

I’m no gun expert by any stretch of the imagination, but don’t those that carry look for something that’s easy to use, comfortable and accessible? This method meets none of that criteria, but what do I know. As stated before, I’m no gun expert.

Graybeard

I know sometimes females (biologically) will insert a gun or drugs up their wazzit, and male inmates have traditionally had hideout stashes up their anus.
Not surprised by what a crook will stick in their body cavity.

It’s been said that the homeless actually travel to California because of all the handouts they offer, just a rumor I heard.

Sparks

$300 million TAXPAYER dollars, local, state, and ours…federal to put homeless into housing. Every place this has been done, it has failed. The only upside is the drug dealers and users, the criminals and the prostitutes can be found in one place. But, considering it is CA, police will be told hands off those areas unless it’s a murder. What a cluster f#k.

Holy ass expansion, Batman!
