ERMIGAWD, Biden tells the truth

| February 10, 2023

Had to happen someday. In an interview on “PBD News Hour”, President Biden was asked again about the discovery of classified documents at his residences/offices.

“What was not done well is, as they packed up my offices to move them, they didn’t do the kind of job that should’ve been done, to go thoroughly through every piece of literature that’s there,” Biden told Judy Woodruff on PBS’s “NewsHour.”

You know he didn’t personally pack up anything… Joe is the kind of guy who directs things to be done, he doesn’t actually DO them. Anyone want to bet he has never done anything to his famous Plastic Pig (Corvette) he so loves to be seen in, other than maybe a ceremonial wash? I could be wrong, but he isn’t a grease-under-the-manicured-nails kinda guy. So I tend to think that in this case he is actually telling the truth, and it’s actually, probably, pretty reasonable.

But… then, in an obvious handler-induced shot at Trump, Biden has to try and contrast his “Allied Van Line errors” with Trump’s treasonous concealment of nuclear launch codes or whatever the Dems call it today:

He also maintained he “volunteered to open every single aperture” in cooperating with the Justice Department, a notable difference from Trump. The former president is under investigation not only for allegedly holding highly sensitive national security documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate, but also for possibly obstructing the investigation process.

“Under investigation for” – meaning “accused but not even formally so”.  Me, I suspect the “classified docs” Trump had were similar to the ones Biden had, and probably from the same cause – they were overlooked in all the piles of paper crap attendent on moving from the White House. Doesn’t excuse Biden’s, Trump’s, or the staff’s sloppiness at all – you sign on to handle classified info correctly, then damnit, do it right! But wouldn’t a little reasonableness on all sides like the kid-gloves Biden is being extended have kept things a lot calmer?

Oh, wait – “volunteered to open every aperture”? Okay, I believe him there.

It’s another “someone else did it” statement from the Deflector In Chief. Do you think that man will EVER take responsibility for anything he actually does wrong?
Of course not; it would tarnish his upstanding, incorruptible, miracle working, future Catholic Saint image.

No!

There is always extenuating circumstances with the left that the Right is not, nor ever will be allowed!

USAFRetired

Was his office certified for open storage?

USMC Steve

I will go with no.

No Tennant Security Plan, no Tempest Review, no SCAR!

A lot like HRC’s personal server that was wiped “with, like a cloth”!

Even if he hired someone else to move the documents, there was still a violation in security protocols. I doubt the moving company (apparently made up of attorneys) went through any protocols to be authorized to handle classified information.

In my mind, the bigger issue is Biden was not authorized to have ANY classified information, and anything else associated with improper possession should be considered additional violations.

“I didn’t do it nobody saw me do it you cant prove -anything-!!!”

The only people who go to jail for this shit are the blue collar security clearance people, whether civilians or enlisted military….officers and politicians being our betters are never held to the same standards we peasants are held to…

The fact the public simply accepts this idiocy speaks more the uselessness of the average American these days than it does to the corrupt nature of the American class system.

what do you mean you don’t believe the truck driving, coal mining boy from Scranton has never done any manual labor in his life. I’m in shock, don’t you know his son died in Iraq and his uncle “won” a Purple Heart in WWII.

I don’t even believe his story that his sons restored his vette. I would bet they had it restored by someone that owed the family a political favor.

The lying sack o’ sh^t probably didn’t tote no boxes but I’m pretty damn sure he knew what was in each box that was toted out. Don’t matter, as many of us have pointed out, nothing will happen.

Old tanker

Well to be fair he did tell the truth once before during the campaign. That was when he told the guy in the hard hat that he didn’t work for him (us).

Anyone with Irish family has a Joe Biden, an uncle or father that loves to talk, and tell BS stories, uses term like lord willing and is a devout catholic on Sunday, but the rest of the week he’s a shit head. He’s fun at parties and is the butt of jokes at family gatherings. He’s just the guy you don’t loan money too, and never go into business with. We just happened to elect him president.

How come they never show his license plate on the ‘vette? Didn’t it say, “Big Guy”?

One of my minions (underlings in my supply room) was busted from E-4 down to E-3 because he had a DND-classified TM in his locker. The Dementia Patient-in-Chief leaves things laying around so randomly that they are in the background pictures that his druggie son takes in the house he rented from his dad and nothing happens. All because, I don’t know… something about Trump. Come on, man!

Hey the cars innocent! Shitty owners happen to beautiful cars sometimes.

Going home tonight and snuggling with my yellow corvette. Hate the man, not the car. On a second note, I’ve moved with the army 15 times. Guess I’ve been doing it wrong because none of my movers ever rooted around in my stuff looking for classified docs. (They’ve lifted other stuff but that’s about it…) Hmmm

Blaster

Sometimes the sniff other stuff too, but never inspect for classified documents

TheCloser

Since he is merely passing the buck, this is one of the rare occasions where his speaking the truth is not being denied as ‘he misspoke’, ‘it was taken out of context’, or ‘he never said that.’
