Footage of Paul Pelosi’s field sobriety test is released
Paul Pelosi pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence. He was subsequently sentenced to three years on probation. He also must complete a three-month DUI program and provide restitution to the victim. Shortly after this event, the police released the video of Paul Pelosi’s field sobriety test.
From the Post Millennial
Pelosi is barely audible during the interaction with highway patrol, however at one point, he is heard telling the officer “do you know who I am?”
In response to being asked to complete a breathalyzer test, Pelosi says he’d rather just go home, and after being reminded that he was involved in a crash and smells of alcohol, he tells the officer that he is a “high-profile person.”
“I understand who you are,” the officer replies, adding that so long as Pelosi is honest with them, he has no reason to fear any negative attention.
As Fox News reports, Pelosi has been sentenced to three years on probation, restitution to the victim, and a three-month DUI program. He is also required to have a certified ignition device installed on his vehicle and keep it for one year.
On May 28, police responded to a 911 call of a crash near the intersection of California Route 29 and Oakville Cross Road, which lies around five miles from the Pelosi’s vineyard estate.
The other driver, identified only as John Doe and who was driving a Jeep Wrangler, told police that he was heading northbound when he “saw a glimmer of light go across” just before the crash occurred.
While the other driver declined medical treatment at the scene, he told Napa County prosecutors that he had begun suffering pain in his upper right arm, right shoulder, and neck the day after the crash, and complained of headaches. He says that it was difficult to lift things with his right arm.
The Post Millennial has the rest of the article here. CBS news provides additional information along with some of the statements from the video. A short video segment can be viewed from the video below.

Here is footage of the court hearing:
“Please, lock me up,!”
If you tolerate feudalism you get tyranny.
Anqueefa, doth thou protest real inequity?
I’m sure Commissar Ghetto Dweller would disagree.
At least he wasn’t knee walking.
“do you know who I am?” Yeah, you’re the corruptocrat that is stuck with a power mad Hag from hell that thinks he’s above the law. Don’t say as if I blame you for going thru life drunk…you have that right…and probably that need. It does NOT give you the right to go thru life drunk while operating a motor vehicle on public roads, causing mayhem and injury. Gotta wonder what the sentance would be for the average citizen.
Hope “John Doe” sues this mofo for as much as his lawers can get him.
Yeah…..I know who you are, Grifter! Now take the fucking test, or get a Wood Shampoo!
The Sheriff’s Office just released some additional video of the field sobriety test.
Paul Pelosi is not fit to lick the soles of Jim Lahey’s shoes. Apparently, the actor who played Mr. Lahey, John Dunsworth, didn’t drink. But man, could he play a convincing drunk! RIP John. And Paul Pelosi can go fuck himself.
Where’s the young chippie he was taking home because Nan was out of town?
Chipper. Nan wasn’t going to fall for the old “Just driving the pool boy home, dear” again.
AW1Ed’s Evil Twin
Chippie in the chipper?🤣👌
“Do you *BURP!* know who I am? You can’t arrest and charge me; I have lots of money!”
IMHO BOTH of the Pelosis are part of the crowd who would throw that card.
Hopefully the LEO doesn’t get the blowback my AB Brother got for arresting Rudy Tomjanovich for DUI.
AB Brother got moved to day shift ’cause he’d “lost his sense of humor” – and they knew the next time he’d not leave them any loopholes to let the jerk go.
Glad this LEO dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s.
He’re hoping John Doe gets a huge payout from them.
DUI is one of those crimes that cross a lot of boundaries. I’ve arrested everyone from Federal Agents, Cops, Politicians and whoever. Never had any blow back from any of it.
They may ease it out in court with a wink and a nod but they at least my conscience is clear they didn’t kill anyone that night.
😉😎
Does the name Cooter Brown mean anything to you?
He was wearing a nice suit, I wonder if they checked his pockets. He was more than drunk.
Don’t tell what to drink when I am thunk!
Paul Pelosi should get some tips from the False Commander “Phony” Phil Monkress (CEO of All-Points Logistics) on his DUI issues.
I caught this image at CFP. It was too awesome not to alter and share.
How he thought he came off (bet he’d be fun to see wasted on Soju in Korea):
