Nashville Police: Would-be robber shot after attacking woman
Natalie Neysa Alund
Metro Nashville police on Tuesday said a would-be robber shot earlier this week outside an Antioch apartment complex was Jordan Ponce, 19.

Ponce, of Ricehill Court in Antioch, was dropped off at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center after the Monday night shooting and transferred to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in critical condition to be treated for wounds to his stomach and hand, police spokesman Don Aaron said.

A 25-year-old woman told police that, about 9:30 p.m., she was walking to her Baker Station apartment when a stranger, later identified as Ponce, ran up behind her and grabbed her purse.

The woman said that as she resisted, Ponce grabbed her and started bashing her head into the wall of the building as she screamed.

The woman’s 29-year-old husband heard the screams, Aaron said, and came out of their apartment. At some point, he said, the husband jumped over a railing and landed on top of Ponce.

After a struggle between the men, Ponce got up and ran toward the parking lot, police said. The husband followed him, and the two got into a second fight in which the husband said Ponce hit him in the head and got up.

Not knowing Ponce’s next move, the husband said he pulled out a gun and opened fire on Ponce.

County attorney: Girlfriend acted in self-defense for fatal shooting boyfriend in central Minnesota
By Al Edenloff
ALEXANDRIA, Minn. – No charges will be filed in the shooting death of a 43-year-old man in his home near Leaf Valley on May 9, 2018.

After reviewing the investigative materials in the case, Douglas County Attorney Chad Larson determined that David Bragg’s girlfriend was acting in self-defense when she shot Bragg, 43.

In a Jan. 25 letter to Douglas County Sheriff Troy Wolbersen, Larson said the facts showed that Bragg discharged his firearm at his girlfriend from close range while the two were engaged in an altercation that had become physical.

First!

Outcast

First what, oh I keep forgetting in my feeble McNamara moron mind here that there is a contest going on here. Guess this dummy needs to jump in when I wake up at 0345 am MST and try, nah waste of precious memory in my moronic mind, I’ll just sit back and read .

Outcast, The Master Chief has to shoot for a FIRST whenever he can. Having been shot down FIRST by the time stamp and again by a staff meeting at the TAH Wide World of Sports HQs (Staff how do you vote hahaha NO!). The other Nautically Inclined Admins do apparently lean toward the land and air based services. This is evidenced by the time frame hint given in hundred hours v number of bells. Don’t tell anybody, this will be our secret.

My winnings at the betting window continue to add up. A standing bet that firearm trumps baseball bat always pays well. Tennessee hubby should have done a double tap. Seeing someone bang your wife’s head against a brick wall is good justification. The education of the girls not putting up with dirtbags is going viral. Keep up the good work, Ladies.

I’ll have the apple pie ala mode with Irish Coffee.

Outcast

5th, I don’t gamble except for once a week lottery but bet someone has all the odds as to any variation of a confrontation. I’d say that the biggest odds are fists versus guns, then knives, bats and finally guns and I base that on the proximity one must be to a gun holder that is defending himself. But then what do I know as never did the odds games. AW1 yeah I know but got to stir things once and a while, some need the practice but in some cases practice on the range is better idea. Old folks need entertainment where ever they can get it.

MI Ranger

Warning Shots? I figured they would arrest him for reckless endangerment for that, sure was nice of him to report it and return to the scene of the crime as a felon in possession of a gun. That there is exactly what all Libertards expect of felons.
