Tuesdays with Claymore
And who’s been running Flint for the last 40 years?
Whine, blame others for your shortcomings and demand people pay for your shit?
So this is what passes for intellectual commentary
…and then blame it on hackers?
Dems winning will make Trumpers shoot you. True story.
Oh, I’m sure there’s plenty of blame to go around
So you’re saying there won’t be a Mueller Fitzmas???
Apparently Neil slept through the Obama administration
The wages of virtue signaling. Enjoy.

Gaaahhhdddaammit, 7:15AM,one lousy entry and my head hurts. I can only speculate that you just skim the original posts… your head would explode if you actually read all the responses.
Space them out, read quickly, and use “combat breathing” to help stay calm.
And stay away from the comments!
Never read the comments, David. Never!
Take your time. Put your head between your knees, take a few breaths and get a cold adult beverage of your choice.
Then start your journey, being watchful for ambushes around each corner.
In re: the very first clickbait: Millennials are drifting away from the Democrats!
They read Reuters?
“And they increasingly say the Republican Party is a better steward of the economy.”

Claymore, you are a god! I will sacrifice a large chunk of smoked cheddar and some crispy crackers to your throne at lunchtime!
The weeping! The wailing! The gnashing of teeth!!! The howls of pain from the Outer Darkness!! A mirricull happened!
Please let us know when it’s time for me to open my last bottle of Lost Cellars.
It’s a miracle! I can see again! Thank you, Claymore!!! (I never get tired of this scene.)
“GOP said Obama wasn’t born in America for 8 years.” (Jaw drops)…um…(Scratches head)…um…(Re-reads headline)…um…(Rubs chin)…um…(Shakes head and clicks off)
I think Claymore is definitely worth a bottle of the 40-year Glenfarchlas. We should start a gofundme page for it.

Send that to Jonn and we’ll all meet at the compound for Booze And Bullet Fest 2018! LOL!
I expected better for May Day. Maybe I’ll wander down to the commie occupation of the capitol for some keks.
Maybe the author of Dems Winning…, this little gem is there, “Just a reminder from one social field professional to another, if the Trump supporters think there is no solution to their love for Trump there is a good chance mass shootings and crowd run downs is going to increase.”
Ex was sooooo f’ing right. Projection.
Good grief, do any of those flunkies ever get out of their Momma’s basements?
One thing you can say about the DU crowd is that they’re predictable. It’s no surprise that most of the bleating about Michelle Wolf would consist of praise. Anything anti-Trump is good. Always.
There was a perceptive TAH comment yesterday by O-4E about the demographics of DU followers. It cited the prevalence of a sort of come-the-revolution personality type which has never been able to move away from the ’60s. What’s also apparent is that a lot of those demanding “resistance” have no realistic idea now, just as they didn’t then, about what to do if they were to actually win. Not that it matters to them. The process of the revolution is it’s own reward.
At the risk of going off-topic, it so happens I was reading about Wolf and the WHCD at about the same time as a piece in the Chronicle of Higher Education about an anti-conservative incident at the University of Nebraska. It’s worth a look:

Connect the dots and it’s not hard to come to the conclusion that women like Michelle Wolf and Courtney Lawton in Nebraska are not anomalous. Instead, they’re part of the advance guard of a progressive doctrine which provides refuge for the bitter, the vicious, and the dogmatic. They apparently want to run the country without running for office because they don’t want responsibility for their own decisions. It being easier to simply complain about the decisions of others.
They also apparently don’t want to risk, metaphorically speaking, having actual voters tell them to sit down and shut up.
Every year my high school reunion invitation says to RSVP to the “People’s Reunion Committee” or some such. I may have set the record for non-attendance for living invitees.
Think I am punting number 48 this year.
Reunions every year? Who’s got time to plan all that!
That’s a good read! I hadn’t heard of that whole hubbub. What I find most striking is that Lawton thinks she’s the victim of an evil republican agenda. She doesn’t get that as a grad student and a teacher she was expected to act like an adult and not a radical, screeching lunatic. Absolutely no personal responsibility.
My experiences in college were that almost everyone who worked there was very far left. The handful of fellow conservatives kept it well closeted. The ones I remember were not full time teachers/professors.
The link Start…Start? Includes a link to a salon.com article, known for their high caliber journalism to start with. It was supposed to be a “great article”. I clicked through, it’s an interview with disgraced former CNN Reza Aslan (I didn’t remember him either).
Reza graces us with this gem that probably represents his level of intelligence; “the United States of America will sometime, in the next couple of decades, become the first nation on Earth to be majority minority.” I could read no further to see what else he supposedly “gets” about Trump. It’s indicative of the literal nonsense the left pushes.
In other news, the libs want us to subsidize child care for women who want to run for office? WTF? Do we do that for men? I’m now the homemaker in my family, so would I get child care monies to run for office too? It seems to me if you can’t take care of your family, why in God’s name would we want you to run any level of our government?
