David Hogg and Emma Gonzalez on CBS

| March 20, 2018

According to CBS News, David Hogg and Emma Gonzalez are “survivors” of the Parkland shooting. I suppose that’s true, in that they were in school when some clown broke about a hundred laws in order to shoot other people who are not Hogg or Gonzalez. They also survived the Iraq War if you use their measure of the term.

Both Hogg and Gonzalez, who refer to themselves as members of the “mass shooting generation,” say they’ve received death threats in response to their efforts in launching the movement. But they aren’t letting threats deter them from making progress.

“There’s always been people who are going to want to harm us,” Gonzalez said. “I’m not going to pretend that this like opened my eyes to a cruel and harmful world … When it comes right down to it, we already knew that this world was going to be tough. So getting death threats like that doesn’t really faze us.”

Asked about the NRA’s response to their movement, Hogg responded: “I think it just goes to prove what exactly they are. I don’t think NRA members are bad people at all. I think they’re responsible gun owners that want to become politically active and make their voices heard in this democracy, and I think that’s an excellent thing.

There are laws against making threats to people, so I’ll believe there were death threats when I see some arrests. How many times have we been told that we made death threats to people, but it turns out to be nothing but a ploy for sympathy. There was the time I got a restraining order because I knocked on someone’s door in Oregon and ran away, on a date that I was in the White House. I’ll just figure that Hogg and Gonzalez are lying until they get the courts involved.

One thing about these two children that I’ve noticed. Gonzalez is always wiping tears from her eyes, but there are never any tears. I think we call them crocodile tears.

I think Hogg is going to end up being a school shooter, because I can imagine Shannon Watts convincing him that act would benefit the Gun Grabbers. He just has that Charles Whitman/Lee Harvey Oswald look about him, you know, without the Marine Corps training.

“I think the problem comes in when it’s people at the top of this organization that don’t listen to their constituents and continue to scare people into buying more guns, creating more violence, so they can scare more people and sell more guns,” he continued. “The people at the top of the NRA are no longer working for the people that are in their organization. They’re working on behalf of the gun lobby.”

The NRA has never influenced me to buy a weapon – it’s always the people who are trying to take my guns from me that influences me to buy more guns. People like Bloomberg, Watts, Hogg and Gonzalez. I wouldn’t own half the guns I own if people would stop clutching at pearls over them.

Give me a break, when will they stop paying attention to these candy pants bedwetters? I could say I survived 911 using their pussy logic? Show me anything that says the NRA is trying to kill people or get others to do the same? Go back to your little safe places you whinning pussies! I survived birth. At least so far I have.

OK, I think I have figured out which one is David, and which one is Emma, but it is a little “iffy”.

On the other hand, who cares what some snotty-nosed kid thinks? They need to shut up and learn from the real adults – not their animal trainers.

The skinheaded lesbian is Gonzalez.

Couldn’t figger out is zit was lesbi or trans – can’t see much of a female figure in that t-shirt.

Then, that zit has a “Beatles” shirt on is indicative of being air-headed.

When they were alive, the Beatles had some decent tunes, though. Before zit’s time, tho’.

Airhead Gonzo has no Adam’s apple. Airhead Hogg has one but no neck and no apparent musculature. It’s a toss up.

My Dad always said the Beatles sucked ass. When I actually heard their stuff, I found him to be overly generous.

I was going to say the Beatles shirt suggests that she may have some redeeming qualities – she can appreciate good music that was made before she was born. It beats most of the current garbage. I like a lot of music that was made before I was born.

The Beatles were CIA assets just like these two

The beatles and the rest of the british invasion put the Kabosh on the good old 50’s vocal group harmony scene which was coined in the 1970’2 as Doo wopp.

And I remember being jealous that the cute Jewish girl in 5th grade was all starry-eyed over them. How was a goofy-looking 5th-grade boy supposed to compete with these pop phenomenons?

Yeah, those arms and shoulders on the one on the left should make the metrosexual-in-training on the right cower in shame.

Ex-PH2

Which one is which? The one on the left, biting her lips is Gonzalez.

The anorexic skeletal twit on the right is Hogg. Any near-adult male who is that bone-thin is either anorexic/bulimic (which would not surprise me) or has an oddball glandular disorder as an excuse for not being able to carry a bagful of groceries.

My money says the Beatle’s shirt was a $2 thrift shop grab and she wouldn’t know a Beatle’s song if you used them as psych-ops torture on her.

She does however, probably know all the current rap and hip-hop tunes and everything the Kardashians are up to, if any of them are still alive.

Hogg on the other hand, is just a couple of steps away from Bradley Manning, so he’s got that going for him.

douger

The NRA IS the gun lobby. They are protecting the people they represent from gun grabbers. Advocacy groups do that.

What Hogg, et al cannot do is point to anything the NRA does that encourages people to use firearms illegally.

Enough with the facts. You’re not playing fair. You’re a mean spirited gun loving bully.

That’s why all the “survivors”, like them, will get participation trophies. Just to keep their egos inflated and help their self image and greatly needed thoughts of significance while in their safe spaces.

Meanwhile not a damn mention anywhere about Kyle Kashuv because he doesn’t fit the narrative. This kid went to D.C. and helped get a bi-partisan bill through the Senate to help end school shootings/violence. Nothing within that goes against 2nd Amendment protections.

He is left out of Town hall Meetings, Group Interviews, and even Twitter AMA’s. Why? Because he doesn’t follow the agenda like his attention whore classmates.

David Hogg is the epitome of attention whore. He got a taste of fame being interviewed out in Cali regarding a Lifeguard/beach-goer dispute. (I wouldn’t be surprised if he called the news himself just to get on TV.)

He hid in a closet, in a separate building while the shooting was going on. When he saw the cameras he saw another opportunity to gain fame, and has ran with it ever since…facts be dammed.

Slogans like #NeverAgain and #BlackLivesMatter come to mind. Also, the passage makes me think of the way the newsies use the same words in featuring the same stories, and spotlight the same people who fit the desired narrative, ad nauseam. BTW, that passage is from Mein Kampf.

rgr1480

So explain to me why it is okay to say:
Woman of color

But it’s NOT okay to say:
Colored woman

When I grew up in the 50s-60s, it was polite to use the term negro or colored; “black” was a pejorative.

Then in the 70s “black” was polite and negro and colored were pejorative (unless you were referencing the NAACP).

Now, in the 21st century, it is polite to say “people of color;” however, “colored people”, and … probably … “negro” are still taboo words. What about “black?” Can we still use “black” without being called racist?

I’m so confused.

Now I additionally have to worry about more than three sexes.

rgr1480 (out)

Graybeard

They tried that on me in the 1960s when I was in HS.

I didn’t play along with them. I can recognize when someone is pissing on my boots and telling me it is raining.

2/17 Air Cav

And God help you if you call refer to an 11-year old black kid as a boy. On the other hand, feel free to describe a Caucasian male of any age as a white boy. I can’t follow all of this sensitivity shit. If I have to get race specific it’s “the black guy” or “white guy”–unless it’s an oriental guy. And if he’s Chinese, he’s just “the chink.” Getting specific about Europeans is easy: you have your wops, or dagos, frogs, micks, and those penny-pinching Scots, to name a few.

The Other Whitey

Interestingly enough, I call my half-black nephew “Boy” all the time. Why? Because that’s what my uncles have always called me. It’s a term of endearment.

2/17 Air Cav

Yeah, within a family, such things are fine. I loved my great aunt tremendously and called her “you old bat” more than a few times.

rgr769

Read an article that proves Emma and David are in fact first cousins, as they have the same Hogg grandma. Also, Emma was not a “survivor” of the shooting, as she is graduate of a California high school and she was never a student at Parkland. She is apparently working on an acting career.

Graybeard

So when is the wedding? Or are they just shacking up together?

rgr769

In addition to being cousins, I think they are LGBTQWERTY pals, who are likely being compensated with Soros and/or Bloomberg cash. So, don’t think we can reach any firm conclusions about their gender identities.

MCPO NYC USN Ret.

I think when two girls marry it is called a “civil onion”.

But I don’t know much about it, so I should not comment.

rgr769

That is an onion we don’t want to peel.

The Other Whitey

So she’s a verified liar. Nice. No wonder they don’t want to talk to anyone at Fox, CRTV, etc. she probably has nightmares about Ben Shapiro showing up!

LC

Oh, come on.. stop reading the conspiracy theory websites. Emma is a student at the school, not a ‘crisis actor’. There’s crazy, and then there’s everything-is-a-conspiracy crazy.

I’d also love to see the ‘proof’ that they’re first cousins. I don’t rule that out because it doesn’t defy belief, but you’d think that’d be mentioned. My guess is, like so many things, someone found a parent with the same name as someone else and decried, “Proof!”.

I’ll take Fox News articles. Just something.. you know, with at least a semblance of credibility. Otherwise I’ll just assume you’re a lizard-shapeshifter out to control the narrative. See how easy it is to make stuff up?

11B-Mailclerk

A Lefty admitting how easy it is to make stuff up…

The end is near! A sign! A sign!

LC

Pretty sure ‘Lefties’ know how easy it is to make stuff up – they see it all the time too. What makes you think otherwise?

And I’m hardly a Lefty, except by relative comparison to most of the people here. It’s entirely possible to be Left on social issues, Right on national security, and middle of the road on things like economic policies and politics.

OWB

As occasionally occurs, I read your comment and actually tried to make some sense of it. I failed.

What are you trying to say? Emma is a student at the school? Really?? And why would it matter? We are all survivors of something, so that is another giant “So what?” These folks are as entitled to their opinions as any other US citizens. The rest of us are entitled to laugh at you, them or ourselves as we wish.

Why are you insisting, LC, that commenters here have any credibility, as you define it? You are not concerned with providing any credible sources yourself, so just get off your high horse for a change.

Yes, we have had almost civil conversations in the past, but they only last until your logic is proved unsupportable, then I stop trying. Now my default position is to not try.

But then, for some inexplicable reason I read the above comment. What a waste of time.

LC

Yes, I was simply saying that Emma is a student at the school. Not, as rgr769, a ‘crisis actor’ who didn’t attend Parkland.

I didn’t comment on the ‘survivor’ aspect. I didn’t even comment one way or the other on the kids’ opinions – frankly, I’m pretty tired of seeing them, too, whether I believe them or not. I’m all for civil discourse and disagreement,… but I think when we veer off from reality and start spouting conspiracy theories only to make ‘our’ side of the story seem much more serious, we’re in a heap of trouble. And yes, I apply that equally to both sides of the political fence.

If you want credible sources that Emma is a student at Parkland, I can point to many. I think the more unbelievable claim is that she isn’t, and thus that’s the one needing the immediate proof. But if you doubt she is, I’ll get you plenty of articles from multiple sources stating it.

Again, the main part of comment didn’t make any claims other than, “Emma is a student at Parkland”, correcting an outlandish claim that she’s a ‘crisis actor’. Sure, I also expressed some skepticism that she and Hogg are cousins, but that was just an afterthought.

Where is my logic that Emma is a student at Parkland proved ‘unsupportable’?

LC

I was in a rush, that was more garbled than I wished. Here’s the simple version:

If you say, “Emma Gonzales is a know-nothing kid and an ugly lesbian“, fine, I may dislike that characterization, but you’re entitled to your opinion.

However, if you say “Emma Gonzales is a CIA asset – the ‘deep state’ is using her to undermine the 2A!“, or “Emma Gonzales is a member of the Illuminati and she’s brainwashing people in her TV appearances!“, or “Emma Gonzales isn’t really a student, she was a fake bused in as part of a media conspiracy!“,.. then you require some significant proof before you can be taken seriously, as those claims are pretty outlandish. You can have your own opinions, but not your own facts.

OWB

Will not respond to the ridiculous statements, none of which I or any of my friends have advanced. I simply don’t care if she is or is not a student. It is clear that she is willing to advance an agenda with which I do not agree, evidently at someone else’s expense. (Does she have a high paying job which allows her travel or is she doing it on someone else’s dime? You can’t be both ways.)

It has been widely reported that she has a history of advocating for lefty causes in multiple states. Again, so what? But can we not pretend that this is her first rodeo? It walks like a duck, sounds like a duck, and molts like a duck – there’s a good chance it’s a duck. The subspecies really doesn’t matter to me.

LC

One of those ‘ridiculous statements’ – namely, that she’s not really a student and, the implication being, this is part of a media conspiracy – was made by rgr769, which is why my reply was to him.

That’s the only thing I’ve argued with. I get that you don’t agree with her viewpoints, and she may very well be funded by anti-gun types. That’s all fine to be against. But to claim she’s not a student when all evidence points towards her being one is to veer into “Bush did 9/11!” territory. That’s all I was calling out.

Is it so hard to say, “Yeah, rgr769 is almost certainly wrong on that count?”

OWB

“Is it so hard to say, “Yeah, rgr769 is almost certainly wrong on that count?” ”

Are you insisting that I say those words? Seriously?? It’s not going to happen simply because, as I have repeatedly already told you, I don’t care.

Evidently you are among the crowd who refuse to accept not caring about whatever is important to you as an acceptable position from the rest of us. Get with the program, LC – you do not dictate my priorities but I will give them to you anyway.

I have sympathy and a good amount of patience with the families of the students and staff who lost their lives that day while they were tending to business at the school. Those folks are all in the throes of heavy grief exacerbated by the unwanted attention they are receiving. I have the same degree of compassion for every other family facing similar grief around the world whatever the cause of their loss.

Next on my list are the first responders, students and staff who directly dealt with this mess and touched, felt and smelled the blood of the victims. Then there is a gap, but I do feel for the rest of the folks who heard the sirens, were confused about where they should go and what they should do, and were separated for a while from anyone who could comfort them.

Clowns like these two may have been in that last category for a while, but my patience with them ran out because they are obviously opportunists with no interest in sane resolution.

LC

Good grief, man – I wasn’t ordering you to say any words. It was a mostly rhetorical question. My original reply was to rgr769, about the ‘crisis actor’ conspiracy theory he was pushing.

I don’t need you to say anything. I don’t mind that you think Emma Gonzales is an idiot. I wasn’t trying to suggest you didn’t have sympathy and patience for those who lost people in the shootings. I never said any of that – all I said was that pushing the notion that Emma Gonzales is a ‘plant’ by some conspiracy is almost certainly wrong. That’s it.

No judgement on you whatsoever. Not even a judgement on rgr769 as a person, just that he’s almost certainly wrong on this point.

rgr769

You, as a lefty cuck who likely never served in combat are not qualified to pass judgment on me, period. I was commenting on an article which shows facebook photos and other info which demonstrate Emma and Hogg-boi are related. I will accept the fact that she may have been a student, but she, like Hogg-boi, is not a survivor of the shooting.

Woooah

She went to NYU apparently ..studied acting..shes playing a ‘part’.. and yes, I read they were first cousins too

“Parkland shooting survivors say the NRA is ‘”basically threatening”‘ them”

That’s the story’s headline. When one uses the word “basically” that way, it’s another way of saying, What follows is utter bullshit.” I learned this, in all places, in law school. Whenever a fellow student prefaced his answer to a question with basically, babble followed. And I don’t mean most or much of the time. I mean every single time.

rgr769

Correctamundo, and if the person is a politician who prefaces their pronouncement with “clearly,” what follows is highly suspect. In one iteration the phrase was, “let me make this perfectly clear….” I learned not to use “clearly” in a law school class on legal writing.

And another thing. That survivor tag is a load of horse shit too. It started, I think, with the cancer survivor business and it is now everywhere, most often appearing as another word for victim but with instant creds attached to it. The Other Whitey

Can you really claim to be a “survivor” when you were in a different building on the other end of the school, never took any fire, and saw neither the murderer nor any of his victims?

Y’know, my in-laws are Cambodian Genocide survivors. They’re survivors because they were actually forced from their hone at gunpoint, placed in a death camp, starved, tortured, and in my Mother-In-Law’s case frequently raped by the Khmer Rouge. They survived thanks to a fortuitous opportunity that my US-trained former-Royal Cambodian Army Father-In-Law was able to seize (along with an AK and some ammo from a commie asshole who was suddenly too dead to need it anymore). They are understandably rather particular regarding how they define the word “survivor.”

Duane

TOW, I think the other major difference is that outside of your immediate family, there are probably very few that know about the true horrors of life that your in-laws survived. From what I’ve read of your postings about them, they sound like wonderful people that were able to escape the horrors they actually lived in and have made it their goal to enjoy their new lives. People like this asshat want everyone to feel sorry for him before they find out that he has nothing for them to actually feel sorry or have compassion for him about. I just wish someone would use a green-ring pliers on him before he has the chance to procreate.. Give your in-laws my respect – THEY are the kind of people that help make America what it needs to be – not this twit.

Graybeard

I echo Duane’s assessment of your in-law’s, FWIW TOW.

The Other Whitey

Few enough kids today have heard “Arbeit macht frei” in a historical context. Hardly any have heard “To keep you is no benefit, to kill you is no loss” mentioned in class. My in-laws heard it every day, including the day their firstborn son was killed.

When the people are unarmed, they are defenseless against the capricious whims of their rulers. This has been demonstrated around the world throughout history. Machiavelli wrote a study on civil disarmament in the 15th Century, analyzing examples in Europe and the Near East going back to the Greeks and Persians, in which he concluded that any government which strips its people of arms, no matter how benevolent, inevitably becomes tyrannical and repressive within one to two centuries, sometimes quicker. The Founders were educated men familiar with Machiavelli’s work, as well as history, which is why they wrote the Second Amendment, with the understanding that it guaranteed the average citizen the right to arm himself at least equivalent to a light infantryman. Yes, “weapons of war” are EXACTLY what we are supposed to be armed with.

An unarmed population will be crushed under the rulers’ tanks. In the unlikely event that the rulers’ own army has qualms, then a fellow traveler’s forces will roll in, as seen in Hungary in 1956. It doesn’t matter how the regime aligns itself, the result will always be the same.

Graybeard

AMEN!

Ex-PH2

The only ‘survivor’ part these dorks have is survivor guilt, for not really being anywhere near what happened.

Unlike your relatives, TOW, who went through hell and managed to come out of it intact, these smarmy children have nothing and are nothing.

Apparently these two are the latest stars in the “non-informed, know nothings who speak shit out of their pie holes business”.

“And cousin, business is a boomin’!”

Sparks

Gonzalez-Hogg in 2036! Vote early and often.

The Other Whitey

I’d rather put my dick in a toaster.

Sparks

BWAHAHAHA!!!!

I just gotta steal that one TOW!

Members of the Mass shooting generation. WTF!! My Grandfather’s generation survives some pretty spectacular mass shootings, Like the Somme. My fathers’s generation participated in more than a few mass shootings from Anzio, Normandy, the Bulge, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa. Heck, my own generation shot a hell of a lot of people in the Republic of VietNam. And had a hell of a lot of their own killed as well. I just can’t get worked up by casualties numbered in the dozens when they could easily been prevented if the existing laws had been enforced.

Busy little useful idiots they are, as Yoda would say. If guns themselves are as dangerous as they say, then how does anyone exit a Gun Show or NRA convention alive?

MCPO NYC USN Ret.

Soros funded youth mouth movers.

The money pouring into this group of children is off the charts.

But what do I know …

Now THAT shit is funny!

NHSparky

Holy shit, I’ve got thicker FINGERS than he does arms.

Or legs.

Or torso.

No wonder he’s so fucking angry.

Memo to Davey–mix in a fucking steak into that diet once in a while, boy.

A Proud Infidel®™

He’s likely the type that would screech and faint at the sight of red meat, he looks like some wuss city kid raised on tofu, soy milk and almond juice which I refer to as nut juice!

“The NRA has never influenced me to buy a weapon – it’s always the people who are trying to take my guns from me that influences me to buy more guns. People like Bloomberg, Watts, Hogg and Gonzalez. I wouldn’t own half the guns I own if people would stop clutching at pearls over them.”

Truer words have never been spoken. I think I posted before that the jackwagons spouting THEIR bullshite, anti-gun rhetoric got me so mad I went & bought me another, yes [sigh] another big ol’ black killer. ‘Cept this one can, like the sayin’ goes, reach out there and touch someone.

I also read where Federal has come out with a new, updated Hydroshock round. Going to the base this weekend to see if they have them.

DataDawgDVX

These swillbitches only make my crotch itch fierce. Fungicide would be great to deal with them

A Proud Infidel®™

The more they get paraded around as they screech and bawl, the more real people buy more guns and ammo. Just last month they were eating Tide Pods and now they’re supposedly experts we’re supposed to be listening to!

Anyone else notice the dude looks more feminine than the chick and the chick looks like a dude? Serious being lectured and condemned by strange actors and the worst manufactured outrage of the decade.

Old Trooper

My nephew is a survivor of the Virginia Tech shooting. He was meant to be in that building at the time of the shooting, however, he was late, because he was waiting for his buddy and they were in the process of walking to that building at the time of the actual shooting.

“If the teacher dies and a student who’s a good student is able to get the gun are they now held responsible to shoot the student who’s come into the door? I’m not happy with that.”

Talk about an insane hypothetical! Who needs to concoct anything about her when she says things such as that? First, it assumes teachers are armed. Second, it assumes that an armed teacher dies. Third, it assumes that there is a shooter in the school in which the armed teacher died. Fourth, it assumes that not just any student but a “good student” is able to take the dead teacher’s gun during the active shooting. Fifth—and here is Lesbo Gonzo’s big conclusion—the good student with the dead teacher’s gun might now be responsible for shooting the shooter and she is not happy about that possibility. Lesbo Gonzo is insane. (BTW. The quote is from an upcoming 60 Minutes interview.)

But, but, but, if the sky falls and you can’t see the man in the moon, will the sun turn green? That would make me so sad.

Like anybody cares about that loony opinion either. LOOK AT ME!! YOU MUST L*O*O*K A*T M*E*E*E*E* !*!*!

Here’s a news flash, kids – despite the current actions of the media you are NOT the center of the universe. Just ask Cindy Sheehag.

Docduracoat

If the teacher is shot by a school shooter, then the student ( good or bad) next to her picks up the teachers gun and shoots at the perp
That is indeed the plan
No training necessary to pick up a loaded gun and continue firing

The 15 minutes of fame segment predicted by Andy Warhol some time ago is nearing its end for these two. And what will they put on their resumes when job hunting?

– I was interviewed on CBS’s 60 Minutes
– I was on the other side of the school where the shooting happened.
– I have a blog/Chat/twitter/forum that I use a lot.
– I get all my info from the ‘net.
– I buy my clothes online because they’re so cool and no one else has the same thing.
– I have my own credit card that my parents got for me.

CPT11A

Other side of the school? Uh, no. David Hogg, by his own admission, rode his bike to school when he heard of the shooting so that he could start getting interviews.

I am not a combat veteran. The closest I ever came to combat is finding the corpse of a DUSTWUN five days after he disappeared in an IED attack.

David Hogg is no more a shooting survivor than I am a combat veteran (and given his stated goal upon riding to school, I doubt he even saw a mangled body).

Kid’s an attention whore, nothing more.

2/17 Air Cav

His fame time is about up, if it’s not all ready, and Lesbo Gonzo’s date book is filled up.

NHSparky

I’m still waiting to see if they “unbury” his old Twitter account.

Some real interesting shit there, kids.

2/17 Air Cav

I’m wondering how these “students” find the time for all of their extracurricular activities while attending school. I just don’t know how that works.

rgr769

Apparently, when you are a proggie media whore, it is financed by the media and Soros/Bloomberg, and the proggie school administrators excuse you from attending school. After all, if the school admin looks the other way when its students commit crimes, what is a little AWOL (not justifiable school absence).

Anthony Bustos

This article (and site) are what contribute to veterans being viewed as uneducated and lacking compassion. I’ll continue to live my life to change that view and to also hold everyone accountable for their words. You should be ashamed of your conduct and the image you are portraying under the heading of “veteran”. Sickening.

3E9

Sounds like you need to go back to your safe space.

OWB

Only in your delusions, child, only in your delusions. The rest of us are under no obligation to validate your delusions in any manner.

You see, your saying something just doesn’t make it so. You are free to believe your own lies but none of us need join you in them.

NHSparky

Suck a wet fart out of my ass, Junior.

There, is that uneducated enough and sufficiently lacking in compassion for you?

Cause that’s how I talk to people who haven’t pissed me off yet. Annoy me more and I’ll bring out the multi-syllabic insults.

IDC SARC

What conduct is that? Engage your superior intellect and thrill us with your wisdom. If you can’t organize a linear goal oriented argument, fuck off.
