Luis Antonio Guerra-Thillet; phony SEAL
Our partners at Military Phonies send us their work on this fellow, Luis Antonio Guerra-Thillet who claims to be a former Navy SEAL. In this rambling letter to Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, in an attempt to get the Senator’s support for his VA claim, he tells a whole bunch of lies about his military career in the first paragraphs;
So the folks at Military Phonies sent for his FOIA. He spent three years in the Navy (1983 – 1986) and three more in the Reserves as a Boatswain Mate (E-4);

Ah yes. Memories of the Pentagon: congress critters would send letters like this one to Legislative Liaison who in turn would send them to the appropriate staff section. Someone had to stop doing his/her regular job and come up with a reply to crap like this that would satisfy echelons of staff weenies to send to the congress critter who didn’t want to piss off a constituent because a vote is a vote.
Yeah.
I would not be surprised if Senator Time Kaine did not approve and sign off on this turd.
I see it more and more with the substandard discharge crowd. Most politicians know that they are shitbags but will try to help them get an upgrade for the vote.
Dude states that he’s been trying to get a 1151 Claim pushed through since 1999.

That’s some fish story he’s got there.
Hey look another Team-6 sniper. I am starting to think that everybody on Team-6 was a sniper.
Hey – he was a sooper sekrit SQUEAL TEAM 6 Butt Sniper! He did is Seekrit Agent Orange OPS at the local Blue Oyster Bar!
Naturally they are all snipers on that team. After all, the word “snipers” has 6 letters in it, so it all makes sense.
(My apologies to the team for giving away the secret).
**mind blown**
I sadly predict we will NEVER see a cessation of the parade of no-load pus-nuts candyassed fleabag pisspants SLACKERS that just want to LIE and ride on the coattails of those of us who proudly served.
Another high drag, low speed seal (all lower case) trying to clap his flippers for more fish. Clap, seal, clap! Arf! Arf!
Shades of the Ed Sullivan variety show. Where are 8 the bicycle horns mounted on the rack.
Reading the letter makes me believe that exposing this guy to the world as a fake warrior was an unnecessary waste of time. I am sure the second he starts telling his story, many people, no matter their knowledge of the military, immediately assume the guy I’d full of B.S.
It’s kinda funny, a few years ago I worked at a station where we would issue burn permits to a guy down the street who we were/are pretty sure was a retired SEAL. We think he’s a SEAL because there’s something subtly but very noticeably different about the way he carries himself, yet he doesn’t wear any SEAL memorabilia, nor have any SEAL bumper stickers on his truck, nor does he tell people that he was a SEAL. He just says that he was “in the Navy,” and he doesn’t make a big deal of it. Very nice guy, but there’s something about him that instinctively warns you that you don’t want to get in a fight with this guy.
Compare that to all the posers with SEAL pins, ball caps, t-shirts, tattoos, etc.
My late USAF Master Sgt father in law always said he was “just a crew chief”. Not a single item relating to the AF anywhere in the house or truck. No ball caps. Went through his stuff for the funeral and the dude had more time in VN and other places that we were not in than I did.
This turd looks a lot like the idiot on the corner down the street begging for handouts. Dude claims he was sniper in the 214th Infantry Division. Not sure what that is but hey, it original, right?
The only Army that maggot was around was the Salvation Army looking for freebies. Word has it that they told him to get lost as well.
found that he lifted his dive pic from usnavysealstore.com and cropped out the web addy. 🙂
Very Bernathian of him.
Six years in the Navy and the best he could do was E-4? I made that out of AIT at Fort Devens.
USS BARNEY?
It was a ship… named after Commodore Joshua Barney

Thought it may have been Barney Fife.
(ducks and hides)😆😆😆
Anyone ever think about asking SEAL Team 6 about these scene stealers? No? Hmmm….
So what’s the total count on SEAL team 6 now? About 6582 by my reckoning. That’s just this year too. GEEEEZ guys, be original and for gosh sakes, spell and grammar check are your friends.
6582….those are just the plank owners 🙂
BWAHAHAHA! That made me LMAO IDC!
According to her history, it looks he deployed Med/Persian Gulf in ’84. He git busted back to SR before rocketing up to 3rd class.
I don’t now how he ended up in a wheel chair, but it from being a sniper in Team 6.
Here he is in the 1985 USS Barney cruise book.

“But I didn’t do any mopping, swiping floor or paint”
LOL! Actually, as a non-rate SA that’s all he did, along with chipping paint, cleaning gear lockers and most importantly keeping the Chief’s coffee cup full.
Cammo (traditional) and seabag!
LEGIT.
More like “Teabag”.
This meatgazer strikes me as a former “official” teabag tester (if you know what I mean).
Right from the start of his letter … “a mind is a terrible thing to waste.”
That’s GOLD, Jerry, GOLD!!
At least he was in a SEAL source rating. That’s gotta count for something, right?
