From Statesville, North Carolina;
Detectives said three suspects fired shots into a home, shattering a window, before busting down the front door.
There were four people inside the house and one of them confronted the suspects and was shot, officers said.
That shooting victim then grabbed a knife and stabbed the man who shot him, according to police.
The two other suspects ran from the house.
Both the shooting victim and the man who was stabbed were taken to the hospital and were undergoing surgery, officials told Channel 9.
From Virginia Beach, Virginia;
A robbery suspect is in critical condition after he was shot by a 7-Eleven clerk Saturday, a source tells 10 On Your Side.
Virginia Beach police say Davin McClenney robbed the 7-Eleven in the 300 block of Kellam Road. Officers were called to a reported robbery at the convenience store at 1:06 a.m. Saturday.
Police say when they got on scene, they found McClenney with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
McClenney has been charged with two counts of robbery and wearing a mask in public. 10 On Your Side dug into his criminal history and found he has been arrested three other times for robberies. He pleaded guilty in 2006 to two counts of robbery.
McClenney was also charged after a home invasion on East Bay Shore Drive in July 2016. He spent several months in jail and then in December, he was allowed to bond out.
Good news for a Medford, Oregon man;
A southern Oregon man who fatally shot an intruder two months ago won’t face charges.
The Jackson County District Attorney’s Office said Monday that 26-year-old Christopher Haase of Rogue River acted in self-defense when he fired a single rifle shot that killed David Anthony Vaughn.
Prosecutors said Vaughn entered the mobile home and attacked Haase’s friend. He then threatened to assault Haase while moving toward him.

[Malik] Hyatt and his sister Taffany were inside their home at the KRC Vista Apartments in Decatur when he heard a knock at the door, according to the report.
Police said Malik Hyatt told his sister to go inside a room and he went to grab his shotgun.
“He observed the male subject having his hands near his side pocket and started kicking on the front door,” Officer S. Nguyen wrote in the report.
Police said Hyatt fired two shots to the suspect’s head, killing him.
Police found the suspect, identified by Channel 2 Action News as 22-year-old Eric Ransom, on the ground unresponsive, holding a black pistol with a shirt over his face.

North Carolina has a similar law, IF I recall correctly, which is an anti-KKK measure.
Michigan law, 750.396 states: A person who intentionally conceals his or her identity by wearing a mask or other device covering his or her face for the purpose of facilitating the commission of a crime is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
That probably keeps AntiFa mostly outside the state.
