New Jersey stolen valor bill
New Jersey 101.5 reports that new legislation is being presented in the New Jersey legislature this year. I call it the “Ron Mailahn Attitude Adjustment Act”
The legislation would make it a third-degree crime for anyone to knowingly misrepresent themselves as a member of the military — for the purpose of obtaining money, property or another benefit — by wearing the uniform, or any medal or insignia, authorized for use by the members or veterans of the U.S. Military. Anyone convicted of such a crime would be fined a mandatory minimum of $1,000.
“They’re going to be fined, and also, it’s going to be able to help other families going forward,” Mazzeo said.
Any fines collected under Mazzeo’s bill would be dedicated to the Military Dependents Scholarship Fund, which would be established by two bills currently pending in the state legislature. The fund would provide college scholarships to the spouses and children of those killed, missing in action or disabled in Operation Noble Eagle, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, or Operation New Dawn.
Good thing you’ve already been busted, huh, Ron? We saved you from getting arrested. But we still have that den of thieves up there who like to troll here sometimes and then there’s always Snake Eyes Jordan – he’s from new Jersey, right? I think Jonathon Sharkey ran for governor of New Jersey once, too. So, Lord knows there are enough up there to keep prosecutors busy – but will they? Prosecute, I mean. We know politicians love to write these laws, but they don’t get enforced.

Is Gunny Driveway still calling you, Jonn? Or did he fail at that, too?
He stopped after that second video I posted. I don’t know why.
Sand in his mangina… all of his girly party are just so sandy.
Shocking.
We need to get Stafford Twp NJ Mayor John Spodofora back in the limelight.
Ah, yes… Steve “snake eyes” Jordan, the original penis warrior…
Yeah, for a good time, call Snake Eyes Jordan, the air soft, comic book, combat-pics in backyard warrior. He was a pip.
More like Steve “Penis Envy” Jordan!!
Let’s not forget this greasy fuck….

We need to bring this miscreant back in the limelight. He is considering re-election and has to formally announce his decision to the Stafford GOP on 13 Jan.
This should be interesting. At least the States are taking this seriously. Now, to see if the non Reid controlled Senate does the same.
Snake Eyes Jordan.
The man.
IF this bill passes into law, and IF the prosecutors are willing to enforce, THEN there should be PLENTY of money to give the children of true fallen warriors a free ride through college. After all, it’s not as if we’re lacking in SV f**ktards around here.
Don’t forget former Atlantic City mayor Bob Levy who spouted off his being Special Forces as well.
“for the purpose of obtaining money, property, or another benefit”
The term “another benefit” can be broadly defined, and I hope they really take it to the extreme.
Some things I see as a benefit:
1. That simple “Thank You for your service” I receive on occasion. – benefit – fine them for each time and for each person they received that from. Could add up to several thousand dollars per incident.
2. Recognition on social media sites – benefit – fine them for each comment that is a direct result of their lie. Again, several thousand dollars could be raised per incident.
I could go on, but you get the general idea.
“another benefit” is such a broad term. Let’s us it to the fullest!
Here’s a few more.
3. Using fraudulent credentials to obtain “positional authority” especially with young children. For example. Scout Master, Little League coach, etc.
4. Using fraudulent credentials to gain faster access to employment opportunities. Now think about this one. An honest guy has been waiting a long time for an exclusive job opportunity. Along comes Mr. Phony Navy SEAL of the Week who shoves the poor honest bastard aside. The lying punk gets the job, no questions asked, while the honest guy cuts his losses and starts over.
Faking service for gaining an employment edge is an especially egregious thing for someone to pull. In the 70’s putting your service on an application would result in your application hitting the garbage can before you got out the door…don’t call us we’ll call you. Finally we are looked upon as at least tolerable from the Vietnam Era, and welcomed home from the more recent wars.. And some douche wants to take that. That’s exact why I started my own business…to have a job. The vets need all the help they can get to transition to civilian life. Vets put there lives on hold to serve, and don’t need SV retards trying to take advantage over anyone else. Jail time and payback the wages when they get caught. Screw’em.
Fuckin’ A!!!
What a lot of these bozos don’t realize is that more often than not, it’s their MOS alone that may get them in the door and that job. Most civvie employers don’t know the difference between a Bronze Star and a shooting star. We need a truck driver – get me a former 88M with 6 years in service. Find me a combat medic to fill this EMS position at the FD. This guy’s got a medal? Okay, but can he triage and treat a car wreck victim?
All that extra rubish gets ignored by real employers. They want someone who can do the job.
if this does go through I wonder what the state AG guidelines will be. Will there have to be a FOIA or can I just testify that the guy is full of shit?
I have the funniest pictures of this spermdumpster. It would be so awesome if I could send it to you!
New Jersey is still awful.
This will get overturned by some judge.
Stafford Twp NJ Mayor John Spodofora being exposed as a fake Vietnam Navy SEAL who boasted being the recipient of a Vietnam War Medal of Valor. The Medal came from Safari Club International, a hunting organization he duped. He is considering seeking re-election. At the end of this video is his email address: http://www.johnspodofora.com
