For Your Reading “Pleasure”
We now bring to you another in the never-ending series of “WTF Moments” concerning the US response to the West African Ebola Outbreak, courtesy of the fools and tools DC clown krewe clueless jackasses idiots in charge current Administration.
Obama Plans to Let Ebola-infected
Foreigners Into US for Treatment
Yeah, that REALLY passes the “common sense” test. And I just love how the plan involves bypassing Federal law – and is allegedly being kept secret from Congress.
Idiocy. Sheer freaking idiocy.
Category: "Teh Stoopid", "The Floggings Will Continue Until Morale Improves", "Your Tax Dollars At Work", Barack Obama/Joe Biden, WTF?
If he were trying to cause an outbreak, what would he do differently?
Well, he could name an incompetent Bloomberg aide to run the CDC, He could name a political operative out of Crazy Joe’s office a the new Ebola Tzar/ coordinator, he could fight tooth and nail against any common sense quarantine suggestions, he could issue untold tourist visas from the infected countries, and he could.. wait that is exactly what he has done. Oh, that reminds me, I need to cut the brush in the line of sight to my gate and zero my anti ebola rifle. I plan on stopping anyone jumping the gate before they can hear the first shot.
Deflect incoming administration criticism with well placed Ebola outbreak news………
Yep. Tools. All of them.
Will the press allow the next administration to blame the resulting disaster on eight years of fundamentally transforming America, or will they say “you know what you were getting into when you ran for office.”?
I’m highly suspicious of the article in question.
I’m not saying that it couldn’t happen, just that I find the article seriously lacking in any sort of proof. Looks like a form of click-bait to me.
Even discounting this particular article, the number of stupid decisions being made are too many to lay onto simple coincidence, in my view. Not big on conspiracies, but at some point it is impossible to conclude anything other than there are just too many crazy things going on with this bunch of clowns to ignore the probability that they really are crazy.
Not saying that they are intent upon destroying this country, but the evidence continues to mount that whether by accident or design that is exactly what they are doing.
OWB…”Not saying that they are intent upon destroying this country, but the evidence continues to mount that whether by accident or design that is exactly what they are doing.” Thank you.
Since he HAS shown his true colors in destroying the Constitution, the military, middle class America, etc. I have no doubt this kind of decision could come out of his mouth. Since he knows nothing, is advised by staffers and Cabinet members who know less apparently, he could do something as dumb as this. I pray not but would it surprise me, no. With a stroke of his “Executive Order” pen around the law of the land, he has already done much to harm our nation.
Of course, this could be exactly what he meant by “Fundamentally transform America.”
Isn’t there an aphorism that you should be careful not to attribute anything to hostile action which can be explained by just plain stupidity? I am really torn with that…. are they really that antipathetic? Or just collectively dumb as posts?
While I agree with you, I also ask myself if it would be out of character for this bumbling, idiotic administration. The answer to that is a resounding NO.
I’d have to agree with your assessment.
Gravel…I agree. I would like to see some other news sources on this. However, we are already allowing “potentially” infected Ebola “patients” into the U.S. via the wide ass open Southern Border. Who the heck knows who is crossing that border along with all the “poor homeless, innocent children fleeing oppression”. (Read that, they heard about the free ride system in America and their coming to get theirs.) Since it has been shown for sure terrorists, including possible ISIS members have crossed the Wide, Wide, World of Open Borders, who can say. I can’t.
Judicial Watch is the source, Gravel. They tend to have a damn good track record on ferreting out official stupidity and/or shady dealings in the Federal government.
Part of me wonders if B. Hussein 0bama WANT the USA to become Ebola-infected to the point they can declare a National Emergency, declare Martial law, etc, and B-HO sees that as a way of making himself the first Dictator-POTUS in US History. The other part of me sometimes wonders if they want Ebola outbreaks across the USA so they can put some halfassed plan or program into action and pat themselves on the back via some media campaign in order to bandage B. Hussein 0bama’s legacy? Remember when GW Bush’s approval ratings soared after 9/11? Rahm Emanuel was quoted saying “Never let a good crisis go to waste” thus I sometimes think this idiot krewe WANTS as big of a mess as they can let happen!
He doesn’t seem to want the current job he has – why in the world would he want to extend it?
I’m quite sure President Obama is looking forward to a lucrative post-Presidency lecture circuit and frequent golf outings. He has zero desire to do this job, let alone in perpetuity.
Uh, LC, in case you’re still living in a cave, when bodaprez shows up some place for a fundraiser, the numbers keep getting smaller and smaller each time. In Chicago, 25 whole people showed up. In California, barely 110 people showed up.
And gee, he used to be able to draw 1500 to drop big cash sums just for showing up at those affairs.
He’s not nearly as beloved as he used to be, but he’ll still pull in big bucks from books and speaking tours.
President George W. Bush’s ratings, at this same time in his Presidency, were even lower than President Obama’s, and President Bush has kept a pretty low profile… yet has still managed to pull in an estimated $15M by 2011 from speaking engagements.
If you want sources for all of those, let me know. I used Gallup for the polling number comparison.
You hate the President, I get it, but you shouldn’t let it blind you to reality. He’ll earn plenty of money if he chooses to.
The difference in positive approval ratings between Bush and the current POTUS at this point in their presidency is 4.7%, LC.
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/obama_bush_first_term_job_approval.html
All that shows is that there are 4.7% more people in the old-style “idiot/imbecile/moron” mental categories than in the “superior/very superior/near-genius or genius” mental categories in the US today. (smile)
The source for the numbers I used was the evening news reporting on two different October fund raisers that he went to.
And for your information, I don’t HATE bodaprez. I think he’s an incompetent ass who is so coddled and wrapped in protective layers of non-reality that he will do more damage than he has already done. He has a history of picking wasteful and loss-centered projects to glamorize. Must I bring up Solyndra? That is one of several.
Hate him? No. Hate is a strong emotion. He is not worth the effort.
LC! You have fallen into the trap of those who falsely accuse others of things like hate, racism, and all the rest without basis in fact. It’s an emotional response, and not worthy of you.
It is often just projection – ascribing to others characteristics which we possess with no knowledge of whether specific others do or do not possess those same characteristics.
It can also be a form denial when folks refuse to acknowledge that they have that characteristic but project it onto others rather than own it in describing themselves. Other times, it’s simply wishful thinking.
Wherever your accusation falls, try using reason instead of emotion when engaging others. Accusing people of things which you simply have no way of knowing about them makes you appear very small minded.
Yeah, I shouldn’t have added that line in – I try to just argue the issues as reasonably as possible, but every once in a while I screw up. Thanks for pointing it out.
Well…I suppose people wanted to beat the traffic & get home for dinner.

It’s not a question of incompetence versus malice. Both apply to pretty much everything this administration does.
I wish I could say that the Glorious Leader’s stupidity surprised me.
I’m not so sure letting people into the US for treatment is really a bad thing, the problem is our seeming lack of ability to properly quarantine patients and provide safety for health care workers who treat them. This entire situation with the Ebola virus really has blown up out of proportion though.
When is this high yellow cum bubble going to be held accountable by Congress?
Only when Congress is finally held accountable by WE THE PEOPLE.
Come on folks. I can’t do it myself.
Here’s a WH petition to ban travel to and from African countries with an ebola population.
https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/have-faa-ban-all-incoming-and-outgoing-flights-ebola-stricken-countries-until-ebola-outbreak/FFJHH9yX
Someone was talking about starting a petition to NOT send our troops to those places. If she did and she sends me the link, I’ll post it.
So Judicial Watch says that they have a source inside the administration that says they intend to import Ebola sufferers to the US for medical treatment. Now Breitbart says the pentagon will quarantine any american service members to contract the virus in Liberia. So non citizens get to come here for top notch treatment and Americas get to die and be incinerated in an african shithole. This is starting sound like the American government doesn’t have a clue about anything.
‘Starting to sound’?
What have I said from the beginning? That he’s clueless and out of touch with reality.
Breitbart is not the most reliable source for the kind of thing you posted. Find a better source for it.
Actually, Ex-PH2, the Breitbart article cites its primary source. It links to a transcript of an on-the-record interview on DoD’s website.
Breitbart indeed is very conservative, and sometimes makes that POV very obvious. But the site generally fully documents its sources when it publishes an article.
If you post a link to that, I’ll read it, Hondo, but Brietbart sometimes comes off as a bit on the hysterical side, IMHO.
Agreed – but the site does generally source their material quite well.
The link to the transcript is in the Breitbart article here:
http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Peace/2014/10/17/General-U-S-Troops-That-Contract-Ebola-Will-Be-Quarantine-in-Liberia
The first one is to the transcript; the second seems to be to a C-Span video of same. I say “seems” as I didn’t bother to watch the video.
