Felix Carswell, phony SF, fights gravity

| September 21, 2014

Felix Carswell A

From our friends at Guardian of Valor comes their research on Felix Maurice Carswell, who was featured in a New York Post article which identifies him as a former “Green Beret”;

He survived a chopper crash in Germany and the toppling of the Twin Towers, but now a former Green Beret is suing the MTA for $10 million for a tumble he took on a city bus this year.

Felix Carswell, of Williamsbridge, fell to the floor of the Bx28 bus on Feb. 20 on Kingsbridge Road and Jerome Avenue when the driver hit the gas before he could sit down, he claims in his Bronx Supreme Court suit, filed Monday.

He had to be hospitalized after he hurt his head, neck and back, and has been having blurred vision, the court papers state.

His family tells in the story how he was in a helicopter crash in Germany and the rotor of the bird chopped off his arm, but Army doctors reattached it. Ya-huh, totally believable. But, it’s at least as believable as his “Green Beret” story;

It looks like he was in the 82d Airborne Division in the 1/504th Parachute Infantry for three years and then reenlisted for a supply job. Then he got out of the Army and worked in the New York National Guard then left the Guard in 1994. So, yeah, no, he’s not special forces. Three years in the ’04 would be honorable enough for most people, but not felix, apparently.

Wonder if we know his bus fall lawyer?

Club Manager

Looks like one of the San Francisco cable car operators.

Degrata Tactical will likely vet Felix Carswell as the “real deal”

Apparently, having a beret and some doo-dads is sufficient for them to declare someone as the real deal.

My service was harder than service in the 82nd. They finally broke me on day 58.

MCPO NYC USN Ret.

Mark,

You are an A whole, but that is funny!

LIRight

Have to agree…..very funny!

MCPO NYC USN Ret.

So let me net this out:

He is a serial litigant.
He is suing in da’ Bronx.
The jurers of da’ Bronx generally don’t work and want the “man” to pay.
He will win so there is more walkin’ around money available in da’ Bronx.

So I won’t touch this story with a “ten foot static line”.

LIRight

Maybe I missed it, but is his “real” rank listed in his paperwork? I find it difficult to believe this guy made 1stSGT.

LIRight

Thanks Jonn…..working on my second cup – shoulda seen it.

Just An Old Dog

Sgt E-5 ib 20 years of combined active and NG?… A real rank grabber this one.
Sadly none of his buttfuckery will be made known in the court or be considered relavant.
Shorty Shit-stins will win his case.

Just An Old Dog

LIRight

This guys lawsuit is toast after the MTA attorneys see the poser evidence.

A liar once is a liar forever, i.e., Green Beret, 1stSGT on his phony Green Beret and this SUCK BAG claims his arm was severed??!! Puleeeeze, give me as a brake!

Just An Old Dog

This is going to be a case based on witnesses and medical reports. If he fell and was injured he’s going to get paid. Its going to be a matter of if they can downplay his injuries or prove he is doctor shopping.

A Proud Infidel®™

He slipped and fell while on a bus and thinks he won the “Redneck Lottery”, what a snotweasel!!

LIRight

I just sent an email to the author of the NY Post article (Rebecca Harshbarger) alerting her about this phony.

Hack Stone

I know that Corpsmen and Army Zmedics are talented, but I did not realize that with a jar of Motrin and a roll of duct tape, that they could reattach an arm.

A Proud Infidel®™

That, and they’re aces on promotion paperwork as well, SGT to 1SG that quick, WOW!!

Sparks

Mark L. Wow. That was good enough I’ll ask if I can use it.

The Other Whitey

Did I read that right? He’s also claiming to be a WTC survivor?

Yeah, this guy was definitely a veteran of the special (Olympic) forces.

An Old Arty Sgt

Should find out the attorneys for the bus line. They would love to hear this.

Hayabusa

You’d think that a former paratrooper with so much experience falling out of things would have simply done a dynamic PLF when the bus accelerated and everything would have been fine.

BCousins

Hayabusa,
You beat me to it. I was thinking the exact same thing. Perhaps in his SF unit they always made standup landings.

Beretverde

Another Division guy claiming Group status. Damn…just go down the road and do it. Always hiring.

FatCircles0311

1stSgt cook chevrons.

Legit snake eater.

Slick Goodlin

Just finished reading,”Chosen Soldier: The Making of a Special Forces Warrior”, by former Seal Dick Couch.

Just looking at some of these clowns who claim to be, “Special Forces”, it’s laughable to think that any of them could have lasted 1 day in Special Forces Assessment & Selection(19 days), much less went on and finished the Special Forces Qualification Course.

Green Thumb

You guys should go easy on this upstanding man.

It is my understanding that he boarded the bus for his morning work commute to All-Points Logistics newly expanded New York office.

I am sure Lori Benson will have a say in this being that he obviously missed work.

Yet another APL employee surrounded with questionable circumstances and background.

Airdale USN

The National Defense Service Medal is authorized for the following time periods:[2]

Korean War June 27, 1950 – July 27, 1954
Vietnam War January 1, 1961 – August 14, 1974
Persian Gulf War August 2, 1990 – November 30, 1995
Global War on Terrorism September 11, 2001 – Present Day
So if his FOIA say Nov. 75-00 How does he have two NDSM?? Arm getting cut off, I don’t think so, Im a helo mech/ fix wing. Its kinda like walking into a prop no cleam cut parts. My two cents.
