So, What Are They Saying in Montana?

| August 4, 2014

Wonder what they’re saying in Montana about Senator Walsh and his “unintentional mistake” of copying virtually verbatim around 25% of his War College final paper – including his conclusions – from other sources? As well as citing, but then lifting nearly word-for-word without indicating a direct quote, other sections? Well, let’s look:

And even though it’s from Joliet, Illinois (Times Weekly) vice Montana, this editorial “gets it”:

 . . .

So:  was cribbing that material instead of writing the paper yourself really worth it, Senator? “Oh, what a tangled web . . . . “

Unless his lackeys have some big fix in the bag for him he’s toast!!

All I can say is “HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA….”
I enjoyed watching him squirm like a nightcrawler that just got pulled out of a cow turd when he was asked face to face about plagiarizing!

From the comments section of the Independent Record (link above).

“When you look at the ‘entire military record’ that Walsh released, pay attention to the period of evaluation the ones dated 19961216-19970729, 20010501-20020930, 20011101-20020930, 20040622-20050621, 20050622-20051030. Conveniently enough, they were all done on the 2006 version of the form and signed in August 2008, right before becoming adjutant general.”

Is it just me, or does this look suspect?

I could see one instance were an OER was not done in a timely manner, but 5 and two of those command OERs from combat. How was the USAR board able to evaluate him for promotion/Federal recognition if the reports were not in his file?

One of the best paragraphs in the last story….

It is almost comical to think that Walsh has predicated much of his campaign on his service record and veteran status. He has proudly and loudly stated he will help represent veterans in the Senate. Thanks John Walsh, but veterans neither need nor want the kind of help you can offer; there are plenty of media nitwits that have that angle well covered.

Cheaters cheat and liars lie….this guy is both. I think you mentioned it in the past Hondo that there must be something in the water or food given to senior ranking officers to make them forget all honor and integrity…as there is a significant number of them that appear to believe their rank exists to provide them with a life of comfort at the expense of others, instead of using that rank to serve the nation and care for the troops entrusted to their “leadership”.

” They also seem to have forgotten the concept of “lead by example”, too.”

Bingo. The Prime Directive of Leadership: Set the Example.

I guess they are saying he is done.

I can only imagine that liberal academia is breathing a collective sigh of relief in that they can stay quiet on the subject of why they continue to support those that supported Walsh.

I love the hypocrisy.

GT:

A liar, a cheat, and a bedwetter like Sen. John Walsh, fits seamlessly into the Democrat Party.

MAJMike

Wonder what General Officer is Walsh’s “sponsor”.

Goin’ to Montana soon,
Gonn be a dental floss tycoon.
Yes I am.

Apologies to the shade of Frank Zappa.

One of the articles stated that the reason Walsh should drop out was so the Democratic Party could nominate someone who had a chance of actually having enough time to gain some traction and maybe winning. They didn’t care that he was a lying SoS, just that another Democrat needed a better chance of winning. No press bias my ass.
