Monday morning feel good story
Chief Tango sends us our feel good stories to kick off your work week. The first is from Muskogee, Oklahoma where three fellows thought they could rob a woman.
According to a release from the Muskogee Police Department, the neighbor, Dana Lewis, 46, approached Kyle Ford’s house asking for help after telling him that three males had entered her home and demanded property.
Ford, 20, then grabbed a semi-automatic pistol went out and observed those three men outside her home. Ford reportedly told them to leave. One men allegedly approached Ford aggressively, and Ford, fearing for his safety, allegedly shot the man in the chest.
The suspects fled but the man with the gunshot wound did not make it far. Police found the wounded individual and transported him to a hospital, where he passed away shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday morning. He has not yet been identified.
In San Antonio, three others tried the same thing with the same results;
Police were called to the 6400 block of Mineral Bay around 3 a.m. Sunday, after three suspects broke into a woman’s home.
At one point, someone pulled a gun and shots were fired.
Police say one of the intruders was hit and died at the scene.
The other two suspects were arrested.
The homeowner, who was shot in the leg, was taken to the hospital but no word on her condition.
It ain’t easy being sleazy.

And that my friends, is how we do it in Oklahoma.
It’s almost as good as starting the day with a perfect cup of coffee.
I have both ^_^
The sad part is that those two scumbags that died, and every other scumbag that dies when someone protects themselves from such scumbags, will be listed as poor innocent dudes killed by evil evil guns, when the grabbers float their bullshit stats to prove that all guns should be grabbed.
What is fascinating to me is that I’m seeing more and more spokespeople for the police praising the citizens who do the shooting instead of the usual bleating about “taking the law into their own hands.”
I’m not optimistic enough to think that things are turning around but I’m somewhat hopeful.
Enough caliber was brought, and no further range time needed.
Notice the number of scumbags at each home invasion? Yet, the anti-gun nuts will tell you that you don’t need more than 7 rounds, or more than a double barrel shotgun firing 2 shots. LE fire more than that for 1 perp, let alone 3.
An Oklahoman calling 911 is like hearing “Mop up, aisle 9” on the intercom at Wal-Mart.
That was exciting.
Almost as exciting as the MMFIC-MCPO summit today. Will there be a new poser strategery? Will there be other pronouncements that will have Bernasty et al crapping their pants? Oh, and TSO said last week that he’s posting something awesome today.
Waiting for the press conference.
