Occupy the VA

| October 7, 2012

JP sends us a link to another video from the Occupy DC folks which was posted the other day. It looks like, for some reason, a bunch of scruffy-looking folks claiming to be veterans were denied access to the VA building on Vermont Ave. in DC, a few blocks from the White House;

They claim that they’re trying to get into the building to get treatment, but there’s no treatment available at that building. The Department of Homeland Security Police are preventing them from entering. The Department of Homeland Security police are different from the Department of Homeland Security in that they only act as local law enforcement, the FBI has FBI police, too. They aren’t agents only police.

The little fat turd making the most noise is Bill Perry. Perry was one of the original Vietnam Veterans Against the War who testified at Winter Soldier along with John Kerry. Perry told me once that his testimony at WInter Soldier was “complete bullshit” that he told the stories just so he could score some hairy-legged hippie chicks. After I told the world what he said, Perry, along with Ward Reilly, threatened to kick my ass. Needless to say, I laughed at him and continued to interview him and Reilly. Perry is still in Veterans For Peace, along with the rest of those losers.

By the way, Perry claims that he’s VSO rep, but I can tell you the names of at least one person who had their claim at the DVA dropped because Perry didn’t follow up on the application. He’s a VSO rep only so he can lie to more people.

What to say? There is nothing left. You just squished him, Jonn.

ANALYSIS

The police on scene are Federal Protective Service (FPS). They work for DHS NPPD. They are full up Federal Law Enforcment Officers (FLEO). They are responsible for protecting federal facilities and occepants (owned and leased by GSA) and any other duty assigned by the SEC of DHS. They do not protect DoD owned, WH, NSA, CIA, and other like sensitive areas. They do a good job, but get bad press. The so called Vets who showed up there could have recieved only one service: They could have looked for there record in piles and piles of other like records that are unsorted and not properly being processed.

I see that Perry and his band of unwashed brothers followed the script.
1. Don’t bathe for two weeks
2. Don’t wash your clothes
3. Call the lefty media types to make sure you get camera time.
4. Show up and make an ass of oneself.
Look at the squirrel’s nest on the head of the guy closest to the camera, I’m pretty sure one could enough oil out of there to change the oil in 5.3L GM engine, not to mention Perry’s oily coif.

How many of those smelly long haired freaks are really veterans? And just because you have a VA ID doesnt mean they have to let you in. Hell, they can bar you from their facilities whether youre service connected or not. Been more than one vet get crazy with our local VA and get told they were no longer welcome there.

Jonn, do you still have the video where-in “doughnut bag” Perry attests to lieing at WS 1? I’ve brought up the other links and thanks to Goggle’s little dustup that they had with me, my original article and that video are long gone from my blog…

Ex-PH2

Couldn’t understand it with that noise in the background, so I’ll take your word for it.

Don’t you just love protesters and all their witless crap?

I walk past the clowns in front of Walmart and Winn-Dixie down here in Pensacola who are supposedly raising money for a veterans charity. Usually, I’m in my retired Navy hat. They are invariably fake as hell. One dude in front of Walmart had BDU’s on that had “Veteran” in place of a name tag. Another guy obviously spoke zero English. We have a huge legitimate veterans population down here along with a large active duty population. A guy that has been discharged doesn’t carry any form of ID that would give his case any validity, so I don’t know what to do to challenge them. I’m not well versed in Army units so I couldn’t go that route.

Like most Vets for peace or Ivaw– They are full of shit and we laugh at them. My son confronted a IVAW vet and he couldn’t
describe or knew nothing about Mosul where he said he was Stationed. My son has operated out of there.

While I have no quarrel with folks exercising their right to assembly and dissent, why do so many of them have to be full of sh1t liars and turds?

Make your point, you don’t like the war. Offer an intelligent argument.

If you were born here you have the right to an opinion about anything that goes on here. You don’t need a degree in economics to voice concern over taxation and you don’t have to serve in the military to have an opinion on whether or not this country should engage in military conflicts in the middle east, lying about your service past and present gives no credibility to your arguments whatsoever. Stupid b4stards….

Ex-PH2

VOV, the answer to your question is that it gets them the attention they so desperately want, vis a vis this Bill Perry, lying his ass off to get free sex from hippie chicks. I hope they gave him crabs. Make love, not war. What a load of hogwash. This ain’t the ’60s.

Veritas Omnia Vincit

Doesn’t say much about the caliber of female he was pursuing from what I can ascertain.

While I might understand a “little tale” to get a “little tail” some lines are never crossed by honorable men and women….too bad that 4sswipe doesn’t understand that.

Never underestimate Perry, PH-2. He has made a very nice living from hating this country and badmouthing the troops and veterans that he professes to “help”…

Ex-PH2

Maybe we should give all those like him their own island to live on. And send the Taliban and AQ with them.

Ret12B40

I can smell the hemp, desperation and BO from here.

I was there just yesterday, and I have to say, those scruffy people are Occupiers, they want a different world, and there is nothing wrong with that. they are supporting those that are standing up for our veterans. To put them down is a symptom of what is wrong with this country. Didn’t we ignore our veterans when they were in Vietnam, and did not learn a lesson. They are not getting their benefits, because of a new computer program, and the vets are 900,000 behind, and are waiting a year or more for those benefits. 18 soldiers commit suicide a day because of no mental health treatment. Wake up, stop criticizing people who are standing up instead of sitting at a computer. By the way my husband died of Agent Orange at age 47, my neighbor 29 Afgan vet shot himself in the head, so don’t put down those standing up. Shame on you.

OWB

And you, jackie, are free to spend your time as you choose. Don’t expect thanks from those of us who consider “occupying” counterproductive. We are free to form our opinions based upon whatever criteria we wish to use. As are you.

So, the “shame on you” directive really isn’t productive either. If you want to engage with this crowd, you might want to bring a better game.

Right Wing Idiots.
Do a little thinking for yourself, don’t spout falsehoods.
Thats right a radical leftist Gyrene.
Semper FI.
Without taking over the VA’s in the 1970s we of the first false war would never have gotten Agent Orange “considered” as fact by VA.
Just real History not right wing Rush “talking points” of shit.
There is a reason America rejected that junk in our election. I vote do you?
