IVAW: Manning is heroic

| June 22, 2010

I’m sure you remember Bradley Manning, the Army specialist who released classified material to Wikileaks which included the video known by the biased title “Collateral Murder”. Well, IVAW, that band of veterans who pepper their ranks with a few combat veterans to give themselves some measure of credibility, has decided that Manning is a hero for disseminating classified material;

These videos and possibly more were reportedly leaked by SPC Bradley Manning. Manning worked as an intelligence analyst, and is currently under arrest in Kuwait. If true, Bradley’s actions are heroic and he deserves our support.

I guess pretty soon they’ll be praising Faisal Shahzad for his attempt to bomb Times Square. Or BP for robbing us of material resources to fight the war. I don’t see any IVAW members trumpeting for Stanley McCrystal or his staff for saying the same things about the Administration that they’ve said.

Yeah, calling Manning a hero is right up there with burning the flag. I guess Matthis has sent them down this path.

Manning is a self centered little traitorous POS. He should get life in front of a firing squad (h/t LTC Henry Blake).

“Yeah, calling Manning a hero is right up there with burning the flag.”
I don’t mind any Libturd idiots burning the American flag — as long as they’re wrapped in it. After all, it is First Amendment.
And I don’t mind “IVAW” praising Brad Manning. We don’t control thoughts (yet – even though Socialism would like to try).

But I DO MIND THAT A PERSON WHO TOOK AN OATH AND WAS “GIVEN” A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WOULD ABUSE THAT PRIVILEGE BY RELEASING CLASSIFIED INFORMATION DETREMENTAL TO THE MILITARY AND COUNTRY. Scum-sucking G-d-damn traitorous M-F’ing SOB. And even the bitch who whelped him would disown him.

Please — please — all I ask is 5-10 minutes alone, no cameras, no witnesses, in a sealed soundproofed room, for a little “wall to wall” counceling. Please?

And when he recovers from that, then put him on trial. And make the execution PUBLIC, even on Nat’l Public Television. I’d even donate (gag) to NPRTV to see that.

From the IVAW site I assume that it’s a org sponsored message seeing is how not one individual member signed it. I had my lawyer go over all of my films to make sure I was not giving anything away to the enemy. I think this kid just wanted to feel important.

OldTrooper

Well, Casey, he may have wanted to feel important, but if I’m ever close enough, the only feeling he would have is my foot in his ass.

Oh, I do not agree with what he did. We also do not have the full story as of yet and he has not been found guilty. So for anyone, to include myself, jumping to conclusions is not right. for IVAW to call out for support before anyone really has all the fact just shows they are blinded by the mentality of their “movement”.

Based on what I’ve seen so far, I would not be surprised if this punk’s lawyer tries to blame his actions, at least in part, on some mental illness or other biological abnormality. Not that that will make him any less of a hero to IVAW, where troops generally are regarded as criminals, racists, uneducated, bumbling or some combination thereof. I mean, if Matthis can get away with raping a woman because he says the army made him do it, and still be lauded as a hero, who can’t be a hero to IVAW?

Leaked films, tactics, etc., cause the deaths of how many of our troops? And IVAW supports it? Guess the Carl Webb wing is calling the shots after all.

C’mon, Army Sergeant, defend this–I dare you.

No, Manning is a punk-ass cock-knocker.

NHSparky

Carl–Yes and he probably didn’t even think that far ahead. Perhaps YOU’D like to take his place in federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison if you feel so passionately about his actions?
