Wikipedia lists Tim Walz as Command Sergeant Major and Afghanistan Veteran
A tale of two candidates for vice president, the Wikipedia angle. Wikipedia lists Tim Walz as “Command Sergeant Major.” They also listed his “battle/wars” as “War in Afghanistan – Operation Enduring Freedom.” Where they were willing to “give” to Walz, they “took away” from JD Vance. In July 2024, they had The Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, and the Marine Corps Sea Service Deployment Ribbon among Vance’s awards. Most of Vance’s awards, including his deployment related awards, were removed. As of this posting, their respective Wikipedia pages makes it look like Walz accomplished more in the military than Vance did.
From Breitbart:
Wikipedia has given Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz the false military rank of ‘Command Sergeant Major’ despite multiple reports noting he did not retire from his service in the National Guard with that title.
Social media users began sharing screenshots from Wikipedia noting that it listed him as a “Command Sergeant Major,” which has not been corrected as of this writing. For a period of time, it appeared that Trump VP pick J.D. Vance’s military had been temporarily edited before it was restored.
While Tim Walz temporarily served as a Command Sergeant Major in the National Guard, he was not allowed to retire under that rank after failing to complete the necessary coursework.
For accuracy, Wikipedia would have to list him as a former Command Sergeant Major while noting he retired as a Master Sergeant.
Walz’s use of the rank “retired Command Sergeant Major” since his run for U.S. Congress has drawn considerable criticism from members of the military community, with claims of stolen valor. Walz was not permitted to use that title after retiring when he failed to complete the final and necessary coursework.

Hack Stone would like to thank Governor Tim Walz for his service, but it will have to wait until the weekend.
You have one weekend a month or two weeks per year to thank him.
If you send Tim Walz in to get Rambo, you better have a good supply of at least one body bag.

Wiki updates Walz to the Big Red One 6/6/44…Another reason why Wiki was NOT an allowable source in college. One guy went to a warzone, and its ignored while the other guy downed plenty of pasta and vino but insinuates he went to war and has battle stars. The only think he came back with from Italy was few extra lbs.
CSM* Waltz was awarded the Michelin Star with Crossed Forks for that deployment.
I believe he was awarded the coveted Golden Wish Bone. No meal stood a chance against him, and he was a fierce enforcer of the “press to seal” on all left over food bags. As they were considered the spoils of war. As noted on his Award Certificate.
As part of a critical thinking exercise, I taught students the only value of Wiki was in the citations – if they exist. Follow those to verify, or nullify, the information in the article.
I’ve done that more than once, looked something up on wiki just so I could use the references. Like the man said: “Trust, but verify.”
And this is one reason (among many) that whenever Wiki has a “beg-a-thon” (please donate to keep our website up!), I totally ignore it. Give Wiki my hard(ly) earned dollars?! I’d rather give my “plastic” to a homeless person at a highway onramp, he/she would use it more responsibly.
The founder of wiki fully agrees.
“Please, please don’t scroll away”
“Support our Leftist horsesh*t; our cheapskate progressive brethren think the government does all their charity.”
Sooo…let’s see if I got this straight…One (1) inherwebz site is allowed to put false/misleading info out there as the truth and another web site (TAH/VG) is chastised for trying to get the truth? Got it. Repeat the lie often enough and it becomes the truth?
Mr. Orwell called it, didn’t he.
They suspended the PI database access for our main ninja. They claimed it was for searching for “Timothy Walz” who is considered a well-known government figure. Searches for JP Vantz, Eli Crane and other Republicans did not create such a flag and subsequent audit. We tried to explain we are non-partisan, but to no avail. **Maybe** they were not high enough in the political chain, and a VP candidate is. But that would be true for Vance. There is a clear pattern. The other, far-off, possibility is that the company is only policing searches that the person complains about having against them. You would think the company would just have null results come up or some message saying “restricted data.”
VG/TAH is non-partisan?
Do we not take to task SV phonies no matter which political party they identify with?
Good morning, Mason.
Yes.
But it’s only evident under the tab Valor Vultures.
Unfortunately,
that’s not what new visitors here see.
They see the main page, the Home tab,
all but loaded with political articles,
clearly partisan, and way too many
(almost always by thebesig (ugh))
inventing, parroting, or expanding
FAKE AND FALSE online conspiracy theories.
The most recent, of course,
is the ridiculous article about Harris Walz Rally airport tarmac crowd photos.
ICMYI – Claims of crowd size AI faked by a campaign
(parroted by thebesig)
clearly proven FALSE by airport VIDEO of the same event, put out by many news outlets, including FOX.
So, asking “VG/TAH is non partisan?”
despite the red thumbs down -5 above,
is not only fair and appropriate….
…. it’s necessary.
MarineDad61: all but loaded with political articles, clearly partisan, and way too many (almost always by thebesig (ugh)) A check of the list of posts on this site, from the dashboard, does not support this statement, not even your “almost always” hot air release. The fact that you have to lob this claim argues against your sitting on the conservative side of the argument. If anything, you sound like Commissar at times. MarineDad61: inventing, parroting, or expanding FAKE AND FALSE online conspiracy theories. FALSE! I presented cold, hard, fact. I didn’t invent anything, nor did I expand on conspiracy theories. I simply described what I saw. For someone who claims or insinuates to “not” be a Democrat, you take issue with people calling out leftist propaganda while giving the people that do that a pass, while not tolerating what you perceive to be “wrong” when such is harmful to the leftist argument. MarineDad61: The most recent, of course, is the ridiculous article about Harris Walz Rally airport tarmac crowd photos. Accurately pointing out things, like the fact the reflection from Harris’s aircraft shows a pretty much empty tarmac, all the way to the buildings, phones showing conflicting images, sunlight not matching in different parts of the image, does not constitute parroting, inventing, or expanding on “fake and false” online “conspiracy theories”. MarineDad61: ICMYI – Claims of crowd size AI faked by a campaign (parroted by thebesig) clearly proven FALSE by airport VIDEO of the same event, put out by many news outlets, including FOX. WRONG! I’ve seen those attempts to prove, the fact that AI was involved, “wrong” by these other news organizations. Every one of them, including Fox, Politi”fact”, Business Insiders, etc., showed AI generated images… Something that clearly becomes evident when you expand on the images that they used. MarineDad61: So, asking “VG/TAH is non partisan?” despite the red thumbs down -5 above, is not only fair and appropriate…. …. it’s necessary. This is a clear indication that you severely lack self awareness, so let me spell this out to you. You’re clueless about how you “rub” others.… Read more »
That down vote was not from me by the way. But, anyway, to address the attempts by the other sites to “debunk” the AI crowds. Both Business insider and Politi”fact” used the attached image in articles claiming the AI crowd fact to be “false.”
How about scrutinizing these images the way you scrutinize the “I love me walls” belonging to phonies and embellishers? Expand on those images. Here’s another one, from Politi”fact”, if you expand the image, the reflection on the aircraft clearly shows no massive crowds where the image shows crowds:
thebesig,
It’s YOUR fault,
for failing to view the video,
widely available,
and taking the proper time to do any type of due diligence.
And then dragging it all here to VG.
WRONG! I viewed the videos that you, and others before you, showed attempting to prove that this was “real”. However, I expanded the video, and clicked “pause” at a regular intervals… Hence the fact that I did do due diligence when analyzing these videos and coming to the conclusions that I’ve argued above, and since.
Neither you, LC, nor anybody else that I’ve argued this very topic elsewhere have proven your argument. However, when I do the above screening of the videos, I found things in the video that would not occur in the real world… Like a crowd near an airplane that doesn’t show up in that airplane’s reflection.
In one of the images in the original post, for example, the flags were taken from a concert that was held in Wisconsin. I’ve seen that video, the sunlight checks given the angle of the sun in that video. However, it does not check with the angle of the sun in the foreground.
Your Fox News link showing a video of Harris deplaning. You could tell, by the sound in the video, that there was no crowd near the airplane… Matching what we see with the airplane’s reflection. Harris’s reflection walks on an empty tarmac, you could hear individual steps.
As the Fox News video progresses, it shows crowds up to the airplane, despite the airplane’s reflection showing a mainly empty tarmac all the way to the buildings.
So yes, I did my due diligence. The facts are on my side, not yours. Below is a screen capture that I got from a video posted on X by someone claiming that this was the “real deal.”
If I need to hear any viewpoints from the left, I’ll simply turn on any Mainstream Media outlet and listen to the approved, assigned talking points. For that reason, I consider this a refuge away from the stupidity that is blasted to the citizens of this country. Conspiracy theories??? I don’t believe that they are created or passed along- HERE! (BTW, which ones are fake and false? Over the last couple of years, they ALL seem to become true!)
Our government, especially the left, BUT including the Right are not looking out for us! They are looking out for their personal bank accounts!
Finally, if this conglomerate of mostly like-minded people is not the cup of tea that one likes to drink from, it’s very easy to “scroll-on”!
Not speaking of VG/TAH articles and readership. We are an equal opportunity SV verification service when it comes to ordering records. If we presented only D or only R variants in the blogs, then we would be partisan, but that is not the case. When ordering records, we have a blind eye to political party affiliation, so yes, we are non-partisan when we do background.
sbalm,
Understood.
But I have an up close example here.
Everyone knows I’ve been pointing out Teddy,
for 5 unearned minor medals since December 2022,
and his campaign trail and podcast history of spinning tales of Phony Rambo
(with FOIA and DD-214 in hand)
since Spring 2023.
VG never published anything.
Ok.
I get it. He’s a turd. But not a big enough turd.
But now, just a week ago….
Newer and bigger Phony Rambo VIDEO,
on his new ($67 self defense books) website.
And remember, the ACTUAL 2012 YouTube video, seen by over 45 million, is STILL UP
Knowing what we know…
How deep must Teddy and his phony phuckery go?
Just watch the 1st 30 seconds.
And see for yourselves.

So, we’re not allowed to research on line the background of politicians?
I’ll just stick this right here as an example of what we are facing in this “information age.” There are dozens of blog and news sites bringing all kinds of dirt on this embellishing POS. Time to…Prepare…for the Fall…and I don’t mean the autumn season…

The rest of Mr. Cannon’s comment is here…
“I guarantee you by voting day, 95 percent of Democrat voters (the real life ones, that is) will know about Kamala’s proposal to remove taxes on tips, but less than 25 percent will know Trump proposed it first, nor will they know about child tax credit increases or Trump’s proposal to not tax social security benefits. Nor will they hear that Kamala cast deciding vote in a recent bill to better track tips for taxation. For as long as I can remember, there’s beeen a debate if the media was liberally biased. Nowadays, they’re not. This is NOT a bias. This is deliberate, organized corruption. The mainstream sources are nothing more than a propaganda network completely controlled by the Ruling Class and their puppets.”
“The truth is what we tell you it is, Citizen. Nothing to see here, move along. And you can only access research sites that we want you to access.” The Gun Bunny
I keep thinking about this:
Or this.
https://anodtothegods.com/?p=39600
so walz else is new with Herr waltz as he waltzes around in the the world of stolen valor.
My concern with all of this is that they (media and politicians) will water down the importance of stolen valor (i.e. ah, he misspoke or misremembered). We who care deeply about this issue will be left holding the bag to fight the “muchado about nothing” argument.
Fuck this guy. You’ll see this again, and again…
Looks like a waltzing matilda.
He looks to me like the type of SNCO who would always have perfectly clean TA-50, because the only time he wore it in the field was to take a trip from his air-conditioned office to visit Units in the field to “advise and motivate them”, that or some pic in front of some bushes for his own aggrandizement.
…And furthermore
THAT CSM who would only go outside at night to bust Troops for not wearing their PT Belts!
I usually never speak on politics, but after reading/seeing all the news about him, I don’t think he was ever one of those for real CSM’s, just another run of the mill E-8 who couldn’t hack it when the going got tough. In the Army I grew up in, the way we referred our disrespect/disapproval for an individual was to refer to them only by their paygrade, and never assigned a title to their name. In my books what E-8 Tampon Tim did to his troops by ducking out the door just before deployment ranks right up there with Ted Nugent showing up for his induction physical with a week’s worth of dried shit in his britches in an attempt to avoid going into the service.
Wikipedia are left/libtard ass-kissers.
That’s like saying that water is wet, fire is hot, and shit stinks!
Governor Tim Walz allows Black Lives Matter to burn down more businesses before 03:00 than most Governors do all day.
One of Hack Stone’s Facebook friends had a post this morning something along the line of Tim Walz is your favorite grandfather running against your drunk uncle. Not sure who the drunk uncle would be, but Had did respond with Walz’s DUI booking photo. Now her post is no longer up. But she did post a link for Swiftirs For Harris. Thank God that Taylor Swift came along to tell us who to vote for.
If Taylor Swift had everything sticking out of her that had been stuck in her, she would look like a porcupine.
Bazinga.
Taylor Swift has had more balls in her than a soccer practice goal.
Oddly enough, when the news of Ronny Jackson’s post-retirement demotion was released, his Wikipedia page had already been updated before I could even post the news on this blog.
Another item of business for Trump to take care of immediately upon taking office. Restore his rank and offer him appointment as Surgeon General. Or, Director of HHS. Haha, even better, put him in charge of NIH 🙂
Sooooo, the pen IS mightier than the sword?
IMHO Wikipedia is about as reliable of a source of info as say, the mainstream media and/or Google.
Cool. Wikipedia also says that the
famous 1812 Boston Tea Party occurred in the Gulf of Tonkin after President Davis tried to raise tax on British spaghetti.
It also lists Fidelito Turdeau as Male 🤣
In all fairness media just sucks all day these days.
Hear the top admiral from the army takes over in armored corps.
https://kdhnews.com/army-s-top-admiral-takes-over-iii-armored-corps/article_e0c26096-5a92-11ef-a24a-0f10b2bb829a.html
So if we Wikipedia were to ride an article about that, and then refer to it as a reference, one would be led to believe that admirals are in charge of armored corps.
It seems like the MSM has a bunch of semiliterate 11-year-olds to do their fact checking and proof reading.
That hurt my brain to read
Saying; “Wikipedia says”; is kind of like saying; “I heard some people talking on the bus, and they said”…. Because it’s basically the same thing.
I’d love to find a compilation of every false claim Walz has made, along with every time he nodded along as someone else made a false claim about his service. It cannot be just the few examples that all the progressive “fact checkers” are discounting.
I’d do it myself, but my already-weak google-fu is further compounded by my utter laziness.
In one of his interviews I saw, he implied he had the dreaded PTS of D from his service. Something really traumatic must have happened to him in Italy, maybe on a wine and pasta tour.
You might be referring to the clip where he told the story of being deployed overseas, then segueing into witnessing the bodies of those killed in action being loaded onto a plane in Bagram, leading the audience to believe that he followed to Afghan of The Stan.
Except the geographically challenged, simulated CSM doesn’t know what country Bagram is in.
“Leading the audience to believe that he deployed to Afghan of The Stan.”
As usual, Hack blames the crappy phone issued by the proud but humble woman owned business. Seriously, who has ever seen a cell phone with a coin slot?
The same people that have seen an afternoon FGS Thread drop….and then go “POOF”!

If anything, Tim Walz got PTSD from walking into a latrine after it got “blown up” by Troops fresh from the field after a week of eating MRE’s!
Wikipedia is shit. Always has been. Always will be.
Just in
Walz is nothing more than a cocksucking liar…just like his running mate.
Fuck that guy, and FJB.
Meanwhile, more good news for the Secret Service.

Bring your kid to work day? Everyone does it!!
No loss, she’s probably a worthless DEI hire anyway.
😅😃😜
It’s funny because it’s true.
I have always wondered why a man would want to run in a gubernatorial race in order to become a state’s new Goober.
