Two men killed in shooting outside of fast-food restaurant in Murfreesboro
By: Rana Mitchell
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Two men were killed outside of a fast-food restaurant in Murfreesboro early Saturday morning. The 21-year-old shooter claims he was protecting himself from the two men, who police say were assaulting him in the backseat of a car in the drive-thru line at Cookout.Officials say that the incident happened around 1:00 a.m. after an altercation took place outside of the Cook Out on Memorial Boulevard.
Murfreesboro Police discovered 31-year old Tony Fuller with a single gunshot wound at the scene, and was pronounced dead along with his 18-year-old brother, Jacob Hawkins, who was also shot and taken to the hospital where he died.
The 21-year-old suspect, who has also not been identified, has been taken into custody. He was the one who called the police to report the shooting, and claims he was defending himself when he shot Hawkins and Fuller.
Officials say Fuller and Hawkins approached the car with the shooter inside at a McDonald’s drive-thru on S. Rutherford Blvd, but the driver left the scene to get away from them. They later discovered the same car in the Cookout drive-thru lane.
They approached the car and began arguing with the shooter and assaulted him in the backseat.

The “suspect” defended himself from an attack he tried to avoid and prevailed. Thanks for the trifecta, Gun Bunny.

Pert near 1000 hrs and I’m the FIRST (ht2 R-D) to comment? DaHell?!? Y’all got served up a trifecta of DRTs AND a most wondermous Gun Pr0n article and you got nothing for us? Not mad, mind you, but am a little disappointed.
I guess we are pushing strings around here, sometimes.
Maybe y’all are just awed and speechless over the awesomeness of today’s FGS Thread? Yeah, I’ll go with that.

THere is something very odd about this assault. How did the driver get in the back seat where he was assaulted…the second time?!
Y’all remember the sick shitbag “doc” that molested all those gymnast girls?
