Democrat fundraising committee reportedly low on cash: Considering money borrowing

| June 20, 2025 | 21 Comments

The Democratic National Committee is reportedly losing big doners while trying to figure out how to unify the Democratic Party’s different competing groups and individuals. The removal of David Hogg from his role in the party did not help the Democrats either. A “source” has claimed that the party has no clear plan, or path, nor do they have a clear or unified message. One of the solutions that the DNC is considering is borrowing money.

From New York Post:

“It is incredible that [Martin] has not sought to bring all the factions of the party together. He assumed the chairmanship after being opposed by the Democratic leader of the House, the Democratic leader of the Senate, organized labor leaders and many of our country’s leading governors,” a DNC official told The Post.

“And so you would assume after he becomes chairman… he would try to bring all of the party officials together and unite the party. And he’s doing just the opposite.”

“It could have an impact on governors races, it could have an impact on the midterm elections. It’s totally unnecessary,” the official added. “Either he changes tactics and mends fences very quickly or he ceases to be relevant.”

The latest federal records show that by late April, the DNC’s war chest shrank to just under $18 million — approximately one quarter of the cash currently in the RNC’s coffers.

Party members complained to the Times that the newly installed Martin has been so preoccupied with navigating internal divisions and pursuing financial boondoggles in territories as remote as Guam that he’s been unable to lead the party effectively.

Since being elected DNC chair in February, Martin’s tenure has been dogged by controversy over Hogg’s decision to have his “Leaders We Deserve” group unleash $20 million to fund primary challenges against incumbent House Dems in safe blue districts.

If only there was someone they could call.

Did they try groveling to Georgie Soros and his kid? That might help.

Yeah, my thoughts eggs-xactly, A-AFG. That whole crowd was gathered together this weekend past to celebrate the Bad Orange Man’s Birthday with a wedding cake. They prolly spent more on the party than what’s in their bank account now. I would check my field to see if I have anything to give but I know, without a doubt, that said field is barren. If only a certain Glo_Bull Incidious Foundation wasn’t spending all their $ building homes in Haiti they could throw some $ to the DNC.

They’re losing a lot of their puppet DA elections across the country, too (including two in my neck of the woods, Washington and Multnomah county, OR) so maybe they wised up. Like you, I couldn’t give two shits, either.

If money is tight with the Democrat National Party, just do what Paul of The Ballsack does; don’t pay your rent, stiff your creditors, and declare bankruptcy for the third or fourth time.

Rumour has it the California branch got caught expensing multiple pallets of construction bricks in May that coincidentally appeared on planned “protest” venues. They claim infrastructure repairs but show no plans, or proposals to account for the materials. Somebody gotta pay for this. It ain’t free.

Do they have the 47 permits required in Los Angeles County and the State of California? We need environmental impact studies to see if it would unhouse the endangered single boo bird spotted snowflake.

They DO have a unified message; HATE TRUMP.

Well, if they are desperate enough, they could always try selling outdated and overpriced Red Hat Software to the federal government. That generates enough income for an employee to live comfortably in a 5 bedroom home on Lonesome Pine Lane in Bethesda that rents for $6500 a month.

Full disclosure, the above statement does not implicitly or explicitly state that Red Hat Software third party vendor employees actually pay their $6500 a month rent.

Maybe the fatcat donors aren’t opening their coffers since the NGOs they have their fingers in the pudding with are no longer getting money from USAID? Asking for a friend.
