Suspect killed man in Phoenix neighborhood in self defense, police say

By FOX 10 Staff
PHOENIX – An argument in a neighborhood near Bell Road and 32nd Street ended with a man being shot and killed on Friday, Phoenix police said.

Investigators say the shooter was defending himself when he killed 45-year-old Jorge Rodriguez, and he was not arrested.

The incident happened at around 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 2 after Rodriguez reportedly began arguing with the suspect, who was working in the area at the time.

The suspect told police that Rodriguez took out a gun and pointed it at him.

“The suspect took out his own handgun and shot the victim,” police said.

Those words he used. Suspect. Victim. I don’t think they mean what he thinks they mean. Guess folks are getting in the holiday spirit, as articles today are, well…

Crisis is the rallying cry of the tyrant.

Whew! Looks like ‘Ed decided to play Medicine Man and help return Gun Bunny to a healthier state of mind and body with that depiction of the all metal hand cannon. (only things missing are the carriage and wheels).

Just further proof that Kid Squid loves his dirt digging doggie and wants him to be happy, Tox. Not that there is any strange love going on there. Yesterday’s hunt for FGS was kinda sorta slim pickens and we were bombed with some late breakers. Had a holdover stashed away from earlier that we could ride on. ‘Ed made mention he was happy with today’s FGS and I would see why. He was right. Too bad Team (BEAT) Navy won’t score that well this weekend against (GO) Army.

I suspect that the “victim” got what he deserved.

Speaking of strange love and Drs, I wouldn’t mind getting some strange love from my Ginger Haired Dr. Jennifer. She is a bomb worth riding. I look forward to the “Turn your head and cough” exam. Almost as hot and desirable as that Desert Eagle…Almost.

The tyrants have made an industry of not letting a crisis go to waste. Torch? Pitchfork? Rope!

Phoenix…..Bell and 32nd…….I’ve probably driven past there a time or three on my way to visit my mom. (and yes, I do have a mom)

Graybeard

Know a lovely young lady who loves her Desert Eagle.
Petite little thing as she is, she handles it well.

She is also the reason an indoor range near Texas A&M no longer allows Desert Eagles to be fired in their facility. She set off car alarms outside…

If she ever has to use that for self defense, the perp will never know what hit him until he wakes up in Hell going “Wha….?????”

James Madison’s words ring truer today as they did centuries ago.

So, good news?

Connecticut-Based Sikorsky Loses $1.3 Billion Contract With U.S. Army

It’s the end of an era as Connecticut-based Sikorsky lost out on a $1.3 billion contract to create a new aircraft model.

The Army envisions [Bell’s] model would replace its fleet of Black Hawk helicopters once they retire. (link)

Congrats to Bell and the fine folks of Texas! I hope the better design won and my Southern Brothers & Sisters a steady hand.

What?!? You mean to tell me that DaNang Dick’s testimony on how many times the Sikorsky Whirlybirds got him out of the sh^t in The Viet of The Nam Times didn’t secure the contract for them? Da Hell are they paying him all of those lobbyist fees for? Did Bell kick in an extry 10% for the Big Guy? Is not Commiecutt still a workers paradise? Next thing you know Big Navy will put some subs in, oh I don’t know, maybe the coast of SouthEast God’s Country. I understand there is a Bay down there that would be a simply Kingly spot. Remember the good old days when a bought politician stayed bought?
