Quisling Couple Indicted

| October 20, 2021

Several of the usual suspects have sent the news that Jonathan and Diana Toebbe were indicted Tuesday by a Federal Grand Jury, with one count of “Conspiracy to Communicate Restricted Data” and two counts of “Communication of Restricted Data.”

They are suspected of attempting to sell our nuclear powered submarine secrets to an unnamed foreign power.

US: Couple accused in submarine espionage case indicted

A Maryland couple arrested earlier this month on charges of trying to sell information about nuclear-powered warships to a foreign country have been indicted, the Justice Department said Tuesday.

Federal prosecutors say Jonathan and Diana Toebbe are each charged with one count of conspiracy to communicate restricted data and two counts of communication of restricted data.

They were arrested in West Virginia on Oct. 9 and charged in a criminal complaint with violations of the Atomic Energy Act. The couple is due in federal court Wednesday for a detention hearing.

Jonathan Toebbe, a Navy nuclear engineer, is accused of trying to pass information about the design of submarines to someone he thought was a representative of a foreign government but who was actually an undercover FBI agent. Court documents do not reveal the identity of the foreign country he is accused of trying to sell the information to.

Prosecutors say Diana Toebbe accompanied her husband on several instances to pre-arranged “dead-drop” locations at which he left behind memory cards containing the sensitive information.

A Jonny Walker “Red” wannabe in it for the dollars, or anti-US ideologues- really doesn’t matter. For the record, Walker should have been hanged.

Oh noes, not the big, bad, evil Trump! Say it ain’t so! /sarc

It’s high time the left gets off using Trump aa an excuse for literally everything, and starts owning their actions. Her being “stressed” over Trump has absolutely nothing to do with this case beyond trying to farm sympathy points from the left.

As bad as Walker was, his arrest came at a time when multiple other agencies were dealing with insider threats of their own (Hanssen, Howard, etc). The Navy needed a full accounting of what was passed by Walker’s network. If they didn’t, another insider could use that gap to claim plausible deniability in their own court case. “How can you be sure this other spy didn’t pass that information?”

Those who would sell you out for a few pieces of gold deserve zero consideration from we the people.

What they deserve is a short drop while attached by the neck to some overhead device and a subsequent neck break death or strangulation…preferably the wiggling, struggling, choking variant as it’s a more appropriate end for rat bastards who would give our enemies the means to destroy us.

May their lives be short and miserable from here on out and may history remember them only as a footnote, nothing more than an object lesson as to what happens to traitorous rat bastards.
