Suspect allegedly tries to deter Spokane County deputy by igniting spray from aerosol can

A man tried to escape from a deputy by lighting spray from an aerosol can on fire Thursday morning, a Spokane County Sheriff’s News release said.

The ignition reportedly created about a 2-foot flame, but the sergeant was uninjured, according to the release.

The sergeant deployed his stungun on Ace Harris, 40, and arrested him. The sergeant was attempting to contact Harris because he was reportedly prowling vehicles at Whitworth University before threatening a security officer, the release said.

Deputies said Harris admitted to lighting the spray from the aerosol can on fire, stating his intent was to have police shoot and kill him.

Harris was booked into Spokane County Jail for suspicion of intimidating a public servant, second-degree criminal trespass and obstructing. He was also booked on an unrelated Washington State Department of Corrections warrant.

Joe Biden’s an idiot, thinks they’ve changed the name for tornadoes

President Joe Biden struggled Tuesday during a discussion on extreme weather threatening the country, inexplicably declaring that tornadoes were no longer referred to as tornadoes.

“Looks like a tornado — they don’t call them that anymore — that hit the crops and wetlands in the middle of the country,” Biden said. “In Iowa, in Nevada, in —it’s just across the board.”

The president spoke about extreme weather and tornadoes during a visit to New Jersey after sudden rains and flooding led to the deaths of over 50 people in the Northeast. Biden paused and returned to his notes, reminding Americans that “we are all in this together.”

It’s unclear what Biden was referring to, but perhaps was talking about the devastating derecho storm in August 2020 that damaged millions of acres of crops in Iowa.

Trudeau’s an idiot, insults Canadians who protest his asinine policies

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau derided Canadians who protested against him at a campaign stop in Newmarket, ON, lashing out at what he called “anti-vaxxer mobs” who are “racist,” “mysoginistic, and “don’t believe in science.”

While speaking with reporters on Sunday in Welland, ON, Trudeau was asked about those who demonstrated against him a day earlier in Newmarket. He remarked:

Yes, there is a small fringe element in this country. It is angry. It doesn’t believe in science. It is lashing out with racist, misogynistic attacks, but Canadians — the vast majority of Canadians — are not represented by them, and I know will not allow those voices, those special interest groups, those protesters — I don’t even want to call them protesters — those anti-vaxxer mobs to dictate how this country gets through this pandemic and how we recover our economy from lockdowns, where people can get back to work and back to doing the things they want to do and keep our kids safe.

You should totally take Trudeau seriously when he calls someone a racist. He knows all about racism, because as a college-educated adult man he repeatedly wore blackface at a time when the acceptability of the gimmick had already been deemed racist for decades. Like Governor Ralph “Coon Man” Northam (D-VA), Prime Minister Trudeau knows a racist when he sees one, because he looks one in the eye every morning when he shaves.
