Now it’s official, this woman is a pathological liar.

My criticism of the manner in which the Bush Administration did not appropriately inform Congress is separate from my respect for those in the intelligence community who work to keep our country safe. What is important now is to be united in our commitment to ensuring the security of our country; that, and how Congress exercises its oversight responsibilities, will continue to be my focus as we move forward.”
That’s a nice statement but that is not what she said.
She did not say that the Bush Administration lied to her; she said the CIA lied to her.

Uh, Madame Speaker(not for long), it was the CIA officers who briefed you, not the “Bush Administration”. So, as COB6 said, you didn’t accuse the Bush Administration of lying to you. so, now don’t trot out the typical lib dem mantra that you respect the CIA, but you hate the administration.
I’d bet your staff is busy beyond belief, trying to keep track of the lies you’ve told and the denials, lies and qualifications you are going to tell.
Do the honorable thing, fall on your sword. If you can’t do that, just quit, go home and live off the money your family is making off tuna boats.

How nice of you to continue this little charade by refusing to go on ANY of the Sunday morning talk shows, instead claiming you’re too busy attending your granddaughter’s First Communion in Phoenix tomorrow.
What, they don’t have television studios in Phoenix? IIRC, Phoenix is three hours behind the East Coast right now, so I don’t see there’s a whole lot of time issue–you get up for Meet the Press or whoever will cover your ass, then go to church. You can’t be interviewed for that, but you can waste my time and bandwidth accusing the CIA, then the Bush administration, of something which obviously never happened because you can’t keep your story straight for more than 10 seconds at a time?
