The shooting incident happened while Atlanta police responded to a 911 call for a domestic disturbance

By Lucas Manfredi
The Georgia Bureau of Investigations has opened an inquiry into a shooting incident involving an Alanta police officer on Monday.

According to police, a 911 call was received at approximately 7:25 p.m for a “domestic disturbance” involving a man identified as Dearian Bell, 28, and his wife outside of an apartment complex near 510 Cassanova Street SE in Atlanta.

Body camera footage of the incident obtained by Fox News shows three officers who confronted Bell in a vehicle outsides of the apartment.

The footage then shows Bell retrieving a firearm from the vehicle and proceeding to walk around the area for approximately 12 minutes, ignoring verbal commands to put the gun down.

DA: Fatal John Day shooting was in self-defense, initial investigation shows

By Rudy Diaz
No arrests were made in a fatal shooting Tuesday evening in John Day after the initial investigation indicated the shooting was in self-defense.

According to a press release by Grant County District Attorney Jim Carpenter, the preliminary investigation indicates that Patrick L. Duignan, 34, was harassing Lloyd N. Leach, 86, while Leach was attempting to get from his vehicle to his apartment in the 100 block of Southwest First Avenue in John Day.

“Leach managed to get into his apartment, closing and locking the door,” Carpenter said in the release. “Thereafter, Duignan forced open the door to Leach’s apartment causing damage to the door and door jam. Duignan rushed down the hallway of the apartment and physically attacked Leach.”

Three (3) lessons for this morning Girls & Boys.

(1) Black Cops WILL shoot Black dirtbags that threaten them. The news of that rioting is overshadowed by other, more newsworthy rioting.

(2) Don’t harass/threaten old men who just want to go home to a cold Yuengling. We won’t fight you or run too far. We will just shoot you. At our age, a potential life sentence for taking out the trash is NO deterrence.

(3) Make a listing, with SN and pic, of every firearm you own. Put it in a very safe place with a friend or personal safety deposit box, yet handy enough to get to. That love of your life, when her true colors are revealed as a snake headed bitch from the loins of Satan, will swear to the po po and the divorce court that she has no knowledge of any thing like that and it will hurt more losing your Classic S&W Model 10 (with real Ivory Grips) (among other pieces) than it did losing the money she stole or the Love you thought you had.

Imma got to be out and about for most of today, leaving right shortly. Duty calls at FOB Hawkins and COP Elizabeth. Least ways this time, I have a driver and assistant in the form of Miss Lady Friend to do the driving and keeping the Boy stabilized. The Crown of FIRST will most probably be laying around, orphaned, on the Bar Top. It will be next to the other Crown. Help yourselves to either or, as needed. Roh-Dog, lube up that F5 Key, I’m counting on you to GO ARMY/BEAT NAVY…or any of the other Services.

We had guys whom were issued Colt Police Positive .38″s and S&W Mod. 10 .38’s all with pencil barrels. When I was hired back in 1970, the company went to S&W Mod 10’s/bull barreled .38’s. I carried one until just after 9/11, we went to S&W 4046’s .40 cal. DA/SA. I just googled the S&W .40 to make sure my memory was still good and came up with a company that were selling used 4046’s and they had two for sale with the Brink’s emblem lasered on the slide on the one that was pictured. I know that they went over to the S&W M&P Mod. after I retired in 2007.
