Black Mob Assaults White Couple — Crickets From the Media

A black mob assaulted a white couple. The male victim tried to shield the female victim. The female mob continued their assault despite both victims remaining down. Security allegedly filmed the action instead of providing security. For some individuals, social media likes and karma points are apparently more important then real life points and karma.

A disturbing video is making the rounds on social media featuring a mob of black women pummeling a white couple in an unidentified airport.
Shocking video shows a young white couple in an altercation with several black women at an airport.
It is not clear at the time of this writing what initially started the argument, but the white woman can be seen backhanding a black woman after the black woman rushes her to shout at her and her boyfriend.
At that point, all hell breaks loose and a horde of black women end up piling on top of the white woman and her boyfriend, relentlessly throwing fists, elbows, and feet.

With Marxism and its derivate out of the picture, there would have been no Cold War, probably not even WW2, as the Germans wouldn’t have had to choose between international and national socialism, instead focus on the defeating the brown shirts.
Without Marxism, China would be a republic, perhaps having to survive a few dictatorships, but by now it would be like Hong Kong ought to be, had the British not abandoned the shit out of it.
Without Marxism, Latin America would be a paradise, with free-market economics running free.
Without Marxism, Africa would have long ago transitioned from European colonialism to strong democracies with free-market economies, bringing prosperity to all.
Without Marxism, there would be an additional 100 million people in the world. Perhaps more. Think of the contributions those people would have done in a free-market environment. They say that per every 100k people there is a genius, statistically speaking. Think of the possibilities.

Far be it for me to defend the LC, but he’s right. These two rednecks were stirring the pond, see what would jump out, and got the smacking they deserved. Beating? Nah, no blood, no missing teeth. Should have seen a fight in my high school. Separated by water hoses like a dog fight,,,white/white, white/black, black/black. didn’t matter, the police and Fire Dept were going to Thornton.
She wouldn’t have gotten hit on the face if she wasn’t a part of a group of people acting threateningly against her. When one of those knuckleheads approached, in a tense situation like this, what did she expect would happen?
The woman that got hit on the face should not have walked towards the couple… The way she was walking… In the middle of a heated confrontation.
Where I grew up, we were taught/raised to see that actions like what was done by that woman that got hit first as stupid actions. Don’t walk threateningly to the person that you’re arguing against. You just might get hit.
I have another post going up tomorrow that takes on this same concept. You don’t act threateningly to people in heated, threatening, situations. The woman in the linked video just got the first punch. The guy in this upcoming article will no longer be acting in a threatening manner to someone else.

New cops are taught that jumping into a fight between men is vastly different than jumping into a chick fight. They’re more likely to turn and gang up on you.
As much as it pains me to say this, sometimes an attention-grabbing shot fired into the ceiling really might be the safest option for all involved.

No. Warning shots are bad news. “Stop or I will shoot” is a warning. “Bang” is use of deadly force. “Bang” in the direction of a non-threat is seriously bad judgement.

Sadly, there was no one there with a legal duty to intervene.
Even local sworn LEOs are exempt. SCOTUS has already settled that. There is no LEO duty to any individual, only society as a whole. The case that went to SCOTUS is stomach-turning.
I believe that “no duty” doctrine to be wrong, doubly so if that agency, or any other, prohibits or restricts the carry of sidearms by that victim.
But that lack of duty is currently settled law in the USA.
Not a lawyer but in the case in question, cops just moseyed around an apparently empty house while the girls inside were held captive. When a crime is committed directly in front of a cop, believe you would find there is a whole different set of rules.
Funny how some folks never seem to get in a fight unless they have a pack of followers. Kind of like gutless mongrels. That ain’t racial, by the way… but a definite observation about younger generations.

Once a LEO makes contact he/she now has a duty to intervene. There is no duty to intervene if no contact is made.

The case you cited includes a “contact” example as part of the “no specific duty” ruling.

In the horrific case where the young ladies were raped repeatedly the police did not make contact with the victims. The special relationship being referred to essentially means making contact with the victim. the police never made contact so no duty to intervene exists.
I was referring to the Warren V DC case. Not the Nicol case.

Something else to consider from this court case. It also forms a basis of why the cops in Atlanta intervened with Rayshard Brooks.
DWI/DUI laws aside, once they made contact with him they had a duty to intervene. He obviously had no capacity to care for himself (fell asleep at the wheel of his car because he was drunk). Had they just let him be, as some advocate, they would’ve been on the hook for virtually anything that happened after they left him.
That was taught to us in training, from the beginning. Once you make contact with a subject in an incident like Brooks and his DUI, you own what he does. If you let him go, and he crashes and kills himself or someone else, it’s on you. If you take him home, lock his car and leave it, and he sneaks back, the same applies if he crashes.
Yep. Or if he had been mugged, attacked his wife/girlfriend, etc…

Well, in my limited experience of life, I prefer not to fight. Bitches can scream and yell at me all they want. I ain’t going to stupidly escalate the situation by going from verbal to physical.
However, if they escalate and get physical on me, then I feel free to choose whether I flee or fight.
