Woman Uses Stage Blood and Makeup to Accuse Neighbor of Assault

Police officers arrived at Christie Benoit’s residence. They found evidence of a struggle. Coffee table pushed from where it’d normally sit. Sofa cushions on the floor. Broken glass plate. Christie Benoit with a bruise and evidence of bleeding.
This seemed to fit the story that she gave, that her neighbor broke through her door and attacked her. The officers set about their normal investigative procedures.
Her claims started to unravel when the officers noticed that what was supposed to be “blood” didn’t behave the way that blood normally behaved. It didn’t help her case that they found a tube of vampire blood.
Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, right? They looked at her “black eye” and found that it was a deliberate makeup botch job to make it look like she got punched.

A Manchester Woman Tells Police Her Neighbor Assaulted Her, But She Ends Up In Handcuffs
Around 9:40 pm, August 5, 2019, Manchester Police officers responded to 75 Prospect Street #7 for a reported assault. When they arrived they spoke to 20 year old Christie Benoit who said her neighbor had broken down her door, punched and scratched her.
Inside the apartment police found the couch cushions on the floor, the coffee table pushed aside, a broken glass plate, and what appeared to be blood splattered in the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Benoit had red stains on her shirt, black eyes and scratches on her arm and leg. She told officers the assault had caused the black eyes and also her nose to bleed.
After examining the red substance on the floor and on a paper towel, officers determined the fluid was not consistent with blood. They also found a plastic tube of Vampire Blood commonly used at Halloween. It was also determined that the blackness around her eyes was make-up.
Given these facts and circumstances, Benoit was arrested for Falsifying Physical Evidence and giving a False Report to Law Enforcement. Benoit is scheduled to be in Hillsborough Superior Court on August 22, 2019.
With all other things being equal, justice will “punch” her with some sort of sentence, and this time it won’t be a staged setup.

I live in the next town over. The fact that something like this should happen in Manchester comes as a shock to no one. “Manch-Vegas” has really gone down hill in the last decade or so.
FIRST Class nut case, no doubt. The final former ex mrs. 5/77 used some of the same stagings to have me falsely charged, arrested, and locked up for felony battery, domestic violence. 3 nights and 4 days later I was released after paying $3500.00 bail. Piss poor initial investigation by the popo. Six months to have charges dismissed and expunged. The record is still out there. The popo innerwebz are forever too.
