Understanding the limited patience of fellow TAH’ers, he also provided this source, sort of a Cliff Notes version.

William Barr in the Crosshairs

By Robert Turner
Attorney General William Barr, in keeping with commitments made during the confirmation process and in an effort to quickly answer questions in which the public had a profound interest, provided within days of its receipt a synopsis of conclusions reached in the report of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. The Mueller Report was issued following a lengthy investigation into charges that President Donald Trump or associates were involved in criminal collusion or obstruction of justice relative to dealings with certain Russians in an effort to illegally influence a U.S. election. Quoting extensively from Mueller’s conclusions, Barr’s synopsis explained that there was insufficient evidence to determine that laws had been broken or that conditions necessary to prove obstruction of justice had been met.

Within three weeks, Barr had further provided a redacted copy of the Mueller Report for public consumption and a less redacted report for the appropriate congressional committees. The information provided and conclusions found in the redacted report, while not what Democrats or their media co-conspirators had anticipated, conclusively demonstrated the integrity of the initial four-page synopsis for which Mr. Barr had been severely criticized.

Since the Mueller report has effectively brought to an end federal investigation into the actions of the president and his associates, the spotlight now turns toward a number of investigations that may reveal a far-reaching scandal like no other in U.S. history. Beginning before and continuing long after the 2016 presidential election, it seems likely that crimes of a preferred presidential candidate were overlooked while the campaign of the candidate in disfavor was spied upon without cause and accused of criminal behavior without evidence. It appears that U.S. and foreign intelligence services were politicized to first prevent the election of and then destroy a fairly elected president of the United States. It appears that multiple federal law officials lied to the FISA court to initiate unwarranted spying on American citizens, and it further appears that numerous government officials lied both to law enforcement and to the Congress to cover up crimes and obstruct justice.

Think some chickens are coming home to roost. The rest of Mr. Turner’s article may be found here: American Thinker

Thanks, Jim!

From Jefferson’s tree of liberty.

Every.FUCKING.One. This country deserves better from those who swore an oath to Support and Defend the Constitution. It looks like its time for the aforementioned Jefferson’s tree to be refreshed with the blood of patriots and tyrants (preferably with more tyrants). That will open the eyes of these evil bastards. We are witnesses to a HISTORICAL event. An actual Coup de ‘tat against an American presidency!

Jus Bill

A FAILED coup, thank God!

NHSparky

It never ceases to amaze me just how low a bar and how little oversight is involved with the FISA courts and the wiretapping they allow.

And you thought the Patriot Act was bad.

Thanks AW1Ed.

I think it’s important to note that there are two high profile investigations nearing completion (Horowitz and Huber) and it has been noted to congress multiple times now by AG Barr that there are now multiple NEW investigations launched. these alone have some folks nervous, but now in addition lately there have been a bunch of new referrals for charges and prosecution. some of them are very high profile, highly placed individuals who report to those at the top (at the time), and those immediately beneath the top.

it appears that the opening shots have now been fired, and DoJ, FBI, CIA, and DoS are all under some very hot microscopes. it may be that we are on the verge of the entire landscape of Washington being transformed in front of us. hope springs eternal. I expect this will all also start to determine who gets the 2020 nod from the powers that be, because a lot of the names on the dem ticket are potentially investigative targets for crimes committed while in public office.

here we go…

Commissioner Wretched

Nellie Ohr has already had a criminal referral made. More are coming. This is going to be good … grabbing popcorn to enjoy the show.

rgr769

Nellie is likely a deep cover agent for some foreign government. That is why she obtained a Ham radio license. She is or has been communicating with someone in a manner that cannot be tracked by the NSA. If one searched her house and other facilities, I wouldn’t’ be surprised if they found a burst device to transmit her encrypted messages to whomever runs her.

Jus Bill

Likely true. Note that the Numbers Stations are active.

Watching bits and pieces of the Democrats’ grilling of Barr this week, I think their whole position now is that the Mueller report doesn’t say what the Mueller report says. It’s a lot like the “meaning of ‘is’ is”.

They are doing anything and everything they can to divert attention away from the dirty dealing and criminal activities of the former administration and their chosen successor. I fear they’ll be successful as the MSM is in lockstep with them, and now social media is as well.

Fyrfighter

Don’t forget that they’re also doing their damnedest to discredit ahead of time the man who is working hard to investigate their actions, pushing the witch hunt of the President, and covering the criminalities of others.

Cameron Kingsley

I don’t know if I would say they will be completely successful. I firmly believe everyone’s patience is beginning to wear thin. Even if they do succeed, I am sure someone is going to leak it.

Nadless is corruptocrat politician scum, but then so is just about every congress critter with a “D” after its name.

It appears they spied on Trump et all before there was any investigation which is a big no no…I hope this gets as big as it should…I also think it will happen quickly once it starts as the players are already identified and the evidence is there and has been laid out and connected…

rgr769

There is evidence they began their intel ops against Trump sometime in the first quarter of 2016. In early May, 2016, the FBI sent its head of counter-intelligence to Londonistan to liaise with the MI6 and GCHQ people. I suspect he was setting up a plan to have them electronically surveil Trump and his campaign people, plus making arrangements for the op against PapaD.

I wonder why they weren’t on that CG Lt’s hit list. Just saying.

That wouldn’t happen to be Hank “Guam: Johnson in the lower right of the photo?

As to Nadler? Ignore him. That should be sufficient for the Republicans to call for his resignation for lack of confidence in his ability.

It would be fun to listen to Johnson debate with William Barr.

Hack Stone

Hack Stone is confused, Apparently it is illegal and/or immoral for a foreign government to interfere with an American election, but it was perfectly acceptable for Barrack Obama to pump money and propaganda into the Israeli election to benefit is favored candidate.

OWB

No, no, no. It is illegal and/or immoral for a foreign government to interfere with an America election when they say it is and only under the circumstances they say that it is illegal and/or immoral. The circumstances may or may not apply to more than a single candidate and the political party of that candidate may or may not matter.

Please make no effort to clarify your confusion. The only way to do so is by becoming one of them.

OWB

There are now and have always been true patriots in the swamp. At least a few of those folks saved copies of everything needed to subvert the coups. Now all that info can be used to prosecute the real criminals.

It took a while, but finally, justice will be served. Didn’t some of us say at the beginning of all this that the dims were making a huge mistake in asking for this stuff to be investigated? They should have been more careful.

This is just another occasion when the lefties prove that they cannot be pleased about anything, even when you give them exactly what they ask for. You wanted a full investigaton? Well, here it comes. You wanted the proof of collusion? Here ya go – everything you need to show, without a doubt, that das hildebeast did exactly that.

The real fun begins.

Amazing that Mueller had his demorat sidekicks on his commitee for the Russian collusion investigation where a number of them were big donors to his party where I see nothing wrong with donating to the party of your choice but the most amazing part was that his team turned out to be square shooters like are said in my B western flicks and that made chucky, pelousy and the rest of the demorat peeps fuming that one of their own did a fair investigation.

rgr769

I wouldn’t call Weissman and the rest of the mule-ear cabal of lawers “square shooters.” As Petey Struzck commented to his girlfriend, “there is no there there.” And he made that comment in a text before Mule-ear was even appointed.

An appointee of the executive is not supposed to be deciding how congress conducts oversight of the president. Nor deciding what evidence congress can and cannot see. The entire purpose of the special counsel is to investigate and provide the results to congress so congress can make the decision concerning whether the president has abused his office or has foreign entanglements that compromise his fitness for office.

The founding father were extremely concerned about a president that had any loyalties or financial debts/ties to Europe or any of its monarchs.

Congress has a constitutional mandate to conduct oversight of the executive. We are not supposed to have a president that is above the law. Congress is the check on the president and the arm of government that is to hold the president accountable.

The president ordering the executive branch and millions of government employees to defy congress is the biggest act of congressional obstruction in US history.

Trump is doing it ENTIRELY to protect himself. It has nothing to do with the good of the country.

Trump and his family, while in office, were found to have been involved in rampant criminality and fraud with the Trump foundation charity. Such that the charity was dissolved and they are banned from being involved in any charity organization moving forward.

This charity fraud included fraud concerning charitable contributions to VETERANS.

Yet this group keeps trying to find reasons to justify your irrational and purely partisan support for him.

The whole reason a special council is appointed is so that a non-presidential appointee can investigate the executive for congress and after providing the evidence to congress CONGRESS can decide how to respond. Congress. Is literally the prosecutor, grand jury, trial jury, and judge for presidential oversight.

A presidential appointee is not supposed to be making any decisions concerning what congress. can and can’t do or can and can’t see.

GDContractor

“Congress has a constitutional mandate to conduct oversight of the executive.”

Please direct me to that mandate in the Constitution.

Is no one going to say that secret courts like the FISA court are un-American?
Federal courts can handle anti-terrorism cases .
They can seal any testimony that jeopardizes intelligence methods or human intelligence.
After this latest scandal. It is clear these secret courts should be abolished!
