Navy Cook Booted for Running with Motorcycle Gang

| April 23, 2019

The Navy Times is reporting that a Navy cook has been booted for running around with a motorcycle gang and distributing cocaine.

A San Diego-based Navy cook was booted from the service and sent to the brig earlier this year after he pleaded guilty to running with an outlaw motorcycle gang and distributing cocaine.

Then-Culinary Specialist 1st Class Jason A. Thompson was sentenced in February to a bad conduct discharge, reduction in rank to E-1 and 210 days behind bars, according to Navy court records.

But he had been held in pretrial confinement for 176 days and received credit for time served.

Thompson was charged with “wrongfully actively participating in a criminal gang” known as the Thunderguards Motorcycle Club from December 2015 to May 2018, according to charge sheets.

Then, later in the story…

He was also convicted for distributing and using cocaine in March and April of 2018, according to records.

So, I guess the use and distribution of cocaine were not as bad as being in a motorcycle gang.

Here’s Jason…

This was for all you guys, gals and other gender identities that complain that cooks don’t get equal time.

So they will give the boot to coke heads but Nazi’s are ok? What is wrong with this picture?

Comm Center Rat

I was thinking the same thing WW. Why can’t a satanic Nazi death cult terror group member be court martialed and booted from the Army with a bad conduct/dishonorable discharge?

Me three!

Slow Joe

In the 13 years, I have been in the Army I have come across two (2) racist servicemembers, and both (2) were kicked out of the Army within a 3-month timeframe.

I really can’t understand how that nuclearwaffen nazi medic E4 is still in the Army.

Maybe I got lucky and always served in outstanding units with excellent leadership.

Andrew Dangerously

Well, he had a 300 PT score and can recite the Warrior Creed pretty well.

SFC D

Always wore his PT belt properly, aced Soldier of the month boards, Audie Murphy and SGT Morales club member.

It’s about time a cook produced something that went bad… and got punished for it!!!

Sapper3307

Nice beard.

USAF RET

yeah, “shaving bumps” waiver, biggest load of BS ever.

Mason

No kidding. This guy is pushing it past the stubble I saw. This is an actual beard. It’s long enough he has to wear the beard condom for frak’s sake.

Sapper3307

Cant be a baby-faced coke dealing biker.

Arby

Casey Ryback is disappointed…

I’m curious about something: do Navy cooks have to pass the fitness tests like other sailors, or can they bribe their way out of it with coffee?

M. Thompson

Had a CFL (fitness test admin) who wasn’t a bad cook, but then he was getting fat, and turned his life around.

Most of them are marginal on passing though.

Navy?

Well, there is the Coast Guard.

Must be something in the water….😉

“Coast Guard Service Members Face Drug Charges in Alaska”

https://www.military.com/daily-news/2019/04/23/coast-guard-service-members-face-drug-charges-alaska.html

“Coast Guard service members face criminal drug charges in Alaska stemming from an internal investigation.”

“The Kodiak Daily Mirror reported Monday that the investigation beginning in fall 2018 has produced charges of cocaine and marijuana distribution, possession and use.”

“The Coast Guard did not identify those charged, but documents indicate they include eight aviation electrical technicians and aviation maintenance technicians at Base Kodiak, Air Station Kodiak and Air Station Barbers Point. The ninth is a seaman aboard Coast Guard Cutter Alex Haley.”

“The Coast Guard announced in February it had initiated criminal proceedings against 12 service members. Three of those entered plea agreements earlier this month and no longer face criminal charges.”

“The Coast Guard says 31 service members have faced punishment as a result of the ongoing investigation.”

Nice thing about USCG, they don’t f’ng play around.

FatCircles0311

The selective enforcement is pretty hilarious. Lots of street gangs in the branches. US military has had a gang issue for going on decades now.

“Lots of street gangs in the branches”

What’s “lots” and can you direct me to some reading material?

SgtM

They were tagging Crip and Blood street gang logos in Iraq. Saw it on some news show years ago. It was the US forces doing the tagging.

FatCircles0311

Yup. Murdering fellow troops and putting them in the hospital from jump ins.

SFC D

In the late 80’s, early 90’s, 69th Signal Company was probably one of the biggest gangs in southern Arizona.

FatCircles0311

History channel did a couple of episodes about it. Just do an internet search. I’m positive it’s gotten worse since then. The dod seems to only target specific gangs and criminal groups within the ranks while some pretty blatant street gangs get a pass because who knows. It wasn’t uncommon to hear x joined to “get away” from the neighborhood except they now join for additional training to bring back to the neighborhood.

Sapper3307

Fort Braggs gangster rap night was always good.
Nothing to worry about we were told.

Carlton G Long

Still not a stolen valor cook though …

Daisy Cutter

I’ll see your Stolen Valor cook and raise you one coke-dealing, Motorcycle gang member culinary specialist. 😉

He better try to hire on with Mickey Ds before they perfect that robot cook. Other than that he has fornicated Fido as far as his life is concerned. Pissing hot on pot is one thing, busted for distribution of cocaine, running with a biker gang, and getting thrown out of the Navy is way yonder different. Dumbass.

Went from cooking chow to cooking Meth.

Since when does the US Navy let its cooks have full beards? I certainly wouldn’t want random beard hairs in my chow.
