Trump vows to release FISA docs now that Mueller probe is concluded, slams ‘treasonous’ FBI
Hillary’s Official Sec State Portrait
I suppose someone’s chickens are coming home to roost. It might be a good time for several folks over at the Justice Department and the FBI to suddenly have a need to terminate their government positions in order to ‘..spend more time with the family.’ It won’t help. In a wide ranging interview with Fox’s Sean Hannity, Trump uttered his intention to release the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants that initiated the FBI’s investigation of his Presidential campaign for collusion with Russian agents. And more.

President Trump, in an exclusive wide-ranging interview Wednesday night with Fox News’ “Hannity,” vowed to release the full and unredacted Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants and related documents used by the FBI to probe his campaign, saying he wants to “get to the bottom” of how the long-running Russia collusion narrative began.Trump told anchor Sean Hannity that his lawyers previously had advised him not to take that dramatic step out of fear that it could be considered obstruction of justice.
“I do, I have plans to declassify and release. I have plans to absolutely release,” Trump said. “I have some very talented people working for me, lawyers, they really didn’t want me to do it early on.”
Trump also accused FBI officials of committing “treason” — slamming former FBI Director James Comey as “terrible,” former CIA Director John Brennan as potentially mentally ill, and Democrat House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff as a criminal.

Just hours earlier Wednesday, Trump made clear he was enthusiastic about the idea of appointing a second special counsel to review the origins of the Russia investigation when it came up during a meeting Tuesday with Republican senators, a source familiar with the discussions told Fox News.

And about Uncle Joe running for President..

Drain the damn swamp or burn it to ashes. Either way works for me.
I want to know how far up the chain this crap went during the previous regime.
Obummer was the top of the chain right?
We need the proof. I want him sharing a cell with Holder.
If you wanna be really mean, make em both share a cell with Learner, and the twitchy bitch of Benghazi!
There aren’t enough lampposts in DC.
John Brennan? Mentally ill?
Naw, he just voted for Gus Hall and praised the hajj.
The same Cultural Marxists that write the DSM wouldn’t have a problem with that.
Time to put the truth-cards on the table, hell, I’m not sure our fellow citizens will give 2 sh*ts though.
CNN had a poll, 56% of people surveyed said the AG Barr memo didn’t exonerate the President. Technically I’m willing to concede that may be true but how did they rate the answers where someone threatened the pollster with grievous bodily harm or was laughing too hard to answer?
Brennan reminds me of that Western movie actor that always played a creepy bank clerk or telegraph office clerk or undertaker etc. Short bald guy with glasses,
whiney voice.
Found him. Percy Helton. Served in WWI.
Love the guy.

Good job ‘Beans. He did all kinds of parts. Notice how used to, back in the day, a person was in a war, then became an actor in a play? Now they are actors, playing at war….and hate gunz…and hate America.
From Hondo’s comment below: “the proverbial other shoe…..” Hell, the whole damn rack of shoes needs to drop.
Do it Mr. President! Pull the plug all the way out and drain the swamp!
Perfect portrait lighting.
Percy Helton. I thought that sounded familiar. Sort of a wheezy voice, like he couldn’t quite speak loudly.
I saw this on IMBD: He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross for service with the 305th Field Artillery during World War I.
Now I want to know more. 🙂
I did some digging and can’t find any more than some references that he received one. Looks like the 305th FA was part of the Lost Battalion during the Meuse-Argonne, but he wasn’t listed as receiving the DSC there in the one list of awards from the battle I could find.
Yeah, nah, c’mon. I loved Percy saw him in many movies. Reminded me a lot of my wife’s grandfather. Hate to see his name associated with a cur dog like Brennan.
Loved his characters. No offense meant to his person but he could easily have played Brennan.

DAMNNNN! He was the drunken Santa in “Miracle on 34th Street!
Isn’t that the same polling outfit that had the dog bitch of Benghazi winning in a landslide….
Please tell me you don’t actually watch the clown news network…
I keep thinking of the scene at the railhead in Benson in Wyatt Earp. Earp kills Frank Stilwell and then gives a short but impassioned speech. Kind of makes you wonder what is going to happen next.
Kurt Russell in Tombstone was better. Straight and to the point. Hell’s coming with me.
Sorry, I meant Tombstone. Kurt Russell was way better than the no talent Kevin Costner. There is not a single movie of his that I was ever able to stay awake for.
I’ll be shocked if we don’t see some kind of vendetta ride. Comey in particular should probably be in prison for leaking classified information or at the very least sued in to abject poverty for slander.
When does the investigation into the Hillary Campaign’s Russian collusion going to begin? We all know she did it with the manufactured dossier. What was she going to give them in return?
I actually liked Dances With Wolves, but I think that it was a good movie despite Costner not because of him.
I hope there is way to avoid a special counsel and the A.G can just start indicting people as there as to be a ton evidence for his case already…
THIS is the proverbial other shoe I was waiting to see drop.
The FISA courts have great power to screw with peoples lives and liberty. The process is designed with safeguards that apparently were deliberately bypassed in 2016.
What I’d like to know is: why were those safeguards deliberately bypassed, and at who’s behest?
And if they can do it to a candidate for President on a whim, what chance do the rest of us have?
Trump won because he is wealthy, bullheaded to a fault and had the truth on his side. He also bypassed the media every day to tell his side of the story.
The rest of us not so much.
And how can such abuses be prevented in the future.
I’m doomed, if it’s FISA. I went to England TWICE! I met people I didn’t even know! It was dark and dinner was cooking and I was hungry! I took the Tube a lot, too, and talked to people. I am absolutely doomed!
I always knew you were one of those Natasha and Boris type of sly international type 009 secret agents for the Russians….
I’m telling schitff for brains on you, then I’m telling Mrs Lawrence on you…
You’ll be in detention until your teeth fall out !!!!!
I went to the rink for early practice every day. I was trying to learn Russian. I had almost mastered ‘Dobraote, tovarisch”, so I said that to one of the coaches, who had moved to the USA from Moscow.
His immediate response was: “No, no! Tovarisch is dead. Where is KGB???”
Secret courts like FISA are U.N. American.
Even when it relates to sensitive terrorism cases, it should be handled in Federal court.
Where the documents will eventually be un-sealed after the case is ended
John Brennan isn’t mentally ill, but several people who’ve worked with him have indicated he’s also not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
He’s a butter knife amongst rapiers was how I once heard him described.
That’s from his fellow intelligence community colleagues.
Which make his idiotic ramblings on CNN all the more delicious delivered as they are without much useful information attached.
“He’s a butter knife amongst rapiers was how I once heard him described.”
Make it “A butter knife amongst razor blades and I’ll nominate that for addition to The Official TAH Continent of Insults®™
Make it so, a nice addition indeed.
I second the inclusion!
So it has been requested, so it is done.
“A butter knife amongst razor blades”
Are firing squads still authorized. Can folks volunteer?
Be interesting to see where this goes. It’ll be a challenge, politically speaking, for this not to look like partisan revenge for the Russia investigation as we move in to the 2020 election cycle.
They need to move quick with this stuff to get it out there so it doesn’t look like it’s being done solely to make Democrats look bad for 2020. The media will love to run with that angle as we near election day anyway. At least if it’s out and part of public record, the facts are available then.
The Democrats won’t need much help looking bad for 2020. They’re doing a bang-up job of that all by themselves.
I think Trump will wait for the release of the Mueller Report + time to digest it, and then declassify the FISA docs.
The FISA judges need to be replaced with a court that allows some review and objection. Almost every FISA warrant request is granted. That makes no sense when you consider how it was used against Flynn, and others in the Trump camp.
We were so cowed by terrorists that we suspended normal protections of citizenship. That needs to change.
