Still the wrong house.
Oklahoma homeowner shoots, kills intruder 5 years after shooting another would-be burglar
By Travis Fedschun
If a would-be a burglar in Tulsa, Oklahoma needs any advice, it’s to stay far away from Charles Sweeney’s property.
Just over five years and a month since Sweeney shot a man who was breaking into his house, the same thing happened Tuesday morning — except this time, the situation turned deadly.
“He comes into view, and BLAHM, that 9 millimeter is real loud inside the house,” Sweeney told FOX23.
The Tulsa Police Department said the incident happened around 9:08 a.m., and when officers arrived at the home the alleged intruder, Donald Stovall, was found dead.

One down, one in the fender and body shop.
Man shot at 2 burglars as they forced their way into Moss Point home, police say.
By Robin Fitzgerald
Moss Point Michael Richardson woke up Monday to a loud noise in his garage and grabbed a handgun, believing someone was trying to break into his house, Police Chief Brandon Ashley said.
Richardson went to the front door at his home on Frederick Street and heard someone outside say: “Nobody’s home,” he told police.
The front door burst open in front of Richardson and he opened fire, shooting the two suspects as they ran inside toward him, Ashley said.
Titus Kelly Jr., 18, of Ocean Springs, fell near the home’s entrance and was pronounced dead by Acadian Ambulance, Ashley said.
The other suspect fled. Police soon learned someone in a gray Toyota Camry had dropped off 19-year-old Antonio Jackson at Singing River Hospital. Jackson, of Gulfport, had gunshot wounds to his chest, Ashley said.

Five years since the last attempted breakin? Time to move to someplace quieter. (/sarc)
I suspect his neigbors may be buying him practice ammo as a “Thank You” for keeping their community clean.
Oh Boy, we have a threefer going now! I love seeing all of these DRT’s every morning! You folks must be spending some good range time lately and we haven’t had any of those wasteful warning shots! I just bought a new 22 pistol, if I load it with mags, do you think it will bring down a perp breaking into my house? I hate to break out the AK if a 22 Mag will do the job?
Accurate shots should do it. Less chance of barrier penetration.
Thanks Jack!!
WW: unless the pistol is chambered for .22 WMR, I wouldn’t recommend trying them in it. They likely won’t fit.
If you’re talking about CCI “Mini-mags”, they should work fine in pretty much any modern .22 chambered for .22 LR ammo. It’s probably not a good idea to use them in any weapon chambered for .22 WMR (slightly smaller diameter, shorter cartridge).
Personally I’d want something in a larger caliber for self-defense (more margin of error) than either. But if you place the round correctly, a .22 LR or .22 WMR can be quite deadly.
,22LR in a .22 Mag (or WMR) can cause cases to bulge in the barrel, creating a failure to eject condition- at least.
CCI Mini-Mags are my .22LR of choice for training or plinking. I use Eley for more serious shooting.
Interesting study a while back focused on number of rounds after which perps cease perping. Most folks focus on 1st round stops. They found that of those who do keep perping, a high percentage (over 75% if memory serves) stop after 2-3 rounds of almost any caliber, including .22s. Obviously that other 25% is a worry… but if a .22 is what you have, odds are it will at least help.
This is the second time this week that someone used a gray Camry. Is this becoming the Criminal Car of Choice? I think someone should sue Toyota for manufacturing such evil vehicle!
Is that the Leo BOLO version of the white Opal?
For the non OIF vets out there, we would always get BOLO reports on whit Opals (or red or blue) and they are freaking everywhere.
Opel. Red Mercedes trucks with orange dump bed too.
Ahhh, life is good. Two DRTs and one WOT. Gonna warm up to a balmy 63 F, sun shining, GO ARMY is getting ready to BEAT NAVY, and my bruised brain is getting slightly better. Y’all have as good a day as I’m having.
Now if I could just get Kirby or Nick to call me back about my tickets to the game.
