About four years ago, we republished a blog post from Military Phonies about Dennis Chevalier who claimed to be an Air Force Lieutenant Colonel pilot. It turns out that his only military service was 20 days in the Texas National Guard;
He joined forces with Dan Bernath and Dallas Wittgenfeld in a joint effort to put an end to TAH. It looks like he’s followed the same path as the other DRG members. He’s been arrested for aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon;
It looks like he’s being held without bail.
And TAH still stands.

Ditto here … 23 years and I had to settle for E-7, HMC. Who knew there was career path like the one Chevalier took? I missed out completely, but at least I served with honor and am proud beyond words for my service, unlike Chevalier. Hey, Dennis, how proud are you of your 20 day career? Just checking.

Unfortunately I believe you are right. A law dog on here might chime in but I think a lot of times the 0 bail simply means he was booked then released later on his own recognizance.
