As best I know, Kyle Christopher Barwan has not found anyone to bail him out. Another of those that he has lied to has contacted me. This one is not out any actual money, just lost some of her time with him, she let him crash on her couch, and at first, believed his sob story. He didn’t contribute anything to the household, not even picking up after himself. Just his standard useless, lyin’ assed self.

Kyle Christopher Barwan, arrested in Hillsborough County, Florida, for Polk County, on January 25th, was transferred to Polk County Jail on January 31st, and today, (Feb. 1st), will make his “First Appearance” in the Polk County Court system. May it all be downhill for him from here on. He tells people that I have messed up his life. Bwwwahahahaha, I could never take credit for that. He is the engineer of his life, and deserves full credit for what it has become.

Here’s a story to put a smile on your faces today.

‘A senior citizen stepped in to stop a dramatic attack on a bus driver in Missouri, hitting the suspect again and again with his cane.
Surveillance footage showed the attack in Kansas City on Saturday. The attacker can be seen approaching the bus driver and harassing her.
Then he takes it to the next level.
He grabs her from behind, wrapping his arms around her neck while she screams for him to stop.
“Get your hands off of me!” she can be heard saying in the video. “Wait a minute! Wait a minute!”
Suddenly, a man sitting on the bus springs into action. He rushes to the front of the bus and starts to beat the attacker off the woman with his cane.
When the attacker tried to get back on the bus, the Good Samaritan had a strong message for him.
“Come on! I got something else for you! Come on! Get over here!” the man calls out the attacker.
The attacker stayed off the bus. Eventually, police arrived on the scene and arrested him.
That Good Samaritan broke his cane in half in the scuffle. Now the city wants to buy him a new one as a way to thank him.’

This marked the second reported crash involving U.S. military aircraft outside of combat this year. A Navy jet crashed during training at Naval Air Station Meridian in Mississippi two weeks ago, but the student and instructor pilot were able to eject safely.
Last year saw 18 non-combat crashes involving U.S. military aircraft, roughly on par with the previous two years.’

Although I don’t recommend firing into an occupied vehicle leaving the scene (tho still in his driveway), had he not fired they intended on returning to burglarize this home. I’m going to watch this one. Kind of torn on it. I will say this: David Allen Pettersen, 65 years old, seems to have his .45 dialed in. The old ‘tried by 12 or carried by six’ conundrum seems to come into play here. Wishing him a fair trial, whatever the outcome. There may be other factors that come into play in the case.

Been thinking about recent attempts by the Iranian navy to earn the Darwin Award, and I’ve also been reading about the naval engagements around Guadalcanal in 1942. I came across something of relevance.
Shortly after midnight on the early morning of Friday the 13th of November, 1942, American cruisers and destroyers engaged a superior Japanese force at very close range. The fight was nasty and costly, with friendly fire and heavy losses on both sides.
When the sun rose, the heavy cruiser USS Portland (class leader and sister ship of the ill-fated USS Indianapolis) was stranded in Ironbottom Sound, still afloat but with her rudder jammed by a torpedo hit. As visibility improved, her lookouts spotted the destroyer HIMS Yudachi, on fire and dead in the water. Her wounded and nonessential personnel had already been taken off by another destroyer, but some remained to try to save their ship.
Portland’s 8-inch guns bracketed the destroyer, whose crew seemed to think they were taking friendly fire. They ran up a white signal flag, which prompted Portland to hold fire while her officers tried to interpret the signal (Yudachi hadn’t struck her colors). After a moment, Captain Lawrence DuBose said, “Doesn’t matter. Sink the son of a bitch.”
Portland’s next salvo did exactly that.

Excluding the USA and the Vatican and including Taiwan, there are some 194 countries in the world.
