Friday morning feel good stories
In Carpentersville, Illinois, some thieves robbed a computer store. As they were leaving, a store employee shot at them – one of the thieves was DOT (dead over there) at the hospital.
In Lubbock, Texas, Dequan Willard and Byron Parker were sleeping on their couch when someone removed their air conditioner and began firing through the resulting hole, wounding both of the residents. One of the men retrieved a firearm and returned fire – police are looking for the wounded thug.
A man was shot by thieves in Little Rock, Arkansas. Neighbors came out of their homes, disarmed the teenager shootist and hogtied him with rope and held him until the police came and took him away to begin his new life. The victim was taken to the hospital with his non-life-threatening injuries.
A thief with a knife in Palmdale, California tried to rob a supermarket, but a security guard with a gun put an end to his aspirations with a couple of bullets to his legs. He still escaped only to be located later by the police.

Message to the misled miscreants:
“Thievin’ ain’t profitable, and it can cost you your life.”
Four bad guys, only one DOT. Well, 25% is better than 0%, but I do admire the people who hogtied that one bad guy.
Possibly the hogtied thief received a little “remedial counseling” from said neighbors while waiting on the police to come rescue his worthless carcass.
We can hope.
