One would think that $2,800 would disqualify him for a court appointed attorney at least…

Whew, just looked this up. Apparently his VA claim came back while he was on Trial. Shitbag’s mom had control of the money and the Judge issued an order that the funds were not to be touched.
This was as of February 2015. Also since he was found guilty of murder his pension was automatically cut to 10%… So at the most he is getting 280 bucks in his prison canteen allowance, if that. Not that he should get a penny
I think that 10% might be better placed if it went to the families of Kyle and Littlefield.
