Wednesday morning feel good stories
In Columbus, Ohio, a woman called the police about someone forcing thier way into her home where she was with her toddler. She put down the phone and picked up her firearm and shot 23-year-old William Evans DRT (dead right there). His family says that he had never been arrested and he was only there because the man of that home was talking trash about Evans’ baby momma.
In Rockland, Maine, 45-year-old Christopher Wildhaber was shot by a homeowner, but not well enough. When police arrived, Wildhaber had un-assed the AO and the officers found him hiding in the nearby woods where he put up a struggle. He was taken to the hospital and treated for his wounds and then moved to more permanent quarters at the local hoosegow.
In Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 32-year-old Steven Reese and his partner thought they were being clever when they knocked at a door at about 2:30 AM and covered the peephole while identifying themselves as police. The crafty homeowner wasn’t fooled, though. When Reese and his pal broke down the door, an altercation ensued and somehow Reese was shot and became DRT. The other fellow left at a high rate of speed.

As a native Okie I’m disappointed we only had a 50% DRT rating. Overall outstanding job defending yourselves!
Two DRT’s out of three ain’t a bad way to start the day, I’m sure many a liberal would have preferred those people to be unarmed victims, but hey, there are now two fewer punks being fed, clothed, and housed at taxpayers’ expense!

I wonder what his behavior was towards his baby momma? Deadbeat dad? Beatings? One wonders.

My daddy told me never to hit anyone that wore lipstick. That advice is as true now as it was those many years ago. In my case, it is especially true as I taught my wife and daughters to shoot and armed all three of them.
