Saturday morning feel good story

| July 11, 2015

In Knoxville, Tennessee, Garry Swanner heard a ruckus in his living room and he took his Glock .40 caliber hand gun with him as he went to check on it dressed only in his undies. he heard the sound of breaking glass and jacked the slide, chambering a round. Then he found James Melvin Vinson climbing through the window and popped off a round, striking Vinson center mass and he was DRT on the deck outside the house.

Well now, it’s nice to pour a cup of fresh black joe, sit down to the PC and read some good news. 🙂

One of these days, you would think that Dindu Nuffin would get the hint that there isn’t anything in the abode worth dying for.

So, no more B&E for Melvin? Do we get a weather report with this, too?

Ah, a DRT in the morning! Smells like…the gene pool is cleaner.

The Party of Hell No!

What? the shooting happens April 29th and “On June 22, Knox County District Attorney General Charme P. Allen’s office had completed its review of the investigative file compiled by the Sheriff’s Office.” How big is this place? Why did it take so long? There must be a lot of crime to prosecute for the District Attorney taking so long. Let me get this correct. A known felon (Burglar, or thief for those not aware of the game – most felons are repeat offenders in the same crime. “At the time of his death, he was wanted by authorities in both counties on fresh charges connected to burglaries.”)is found dead outside a broken front window with furniture piled up to get inside at a home which has been burglarized multiple times, and, get this, the homeowner had his property previously stolen returned to him – by the police – most importantly the Glock he killed this scumbag with. It took the Knox County District Attorney General Charme P. Allen this long to make a determination! Yikes! He wasted that much time on this case? No wonder citizens hold our criminal justice system in contempt; criminals and their behaviors get more deference than the victims. How about an apology for not keeping the scumbag locked up for his own protection and a thank you to the homeowner for saving future victims from harm. Now in a real world this is the way Knox County District Attorney General Charme P. Allen would behave.

Thank you home owner for saving the State lots of money. Where I live, the case would be closed before the end of the day
