Fourth of July feel good stories

| July 4, 2015

In Garland, Texas, a homeowner heard breaking glass in his living room and took his weapon to investigate. He found an energetic fellow climbing in through the shattered window and shot one time. The fellow extricated himself from the aperture and left the scene, but he didn’t get far, so he wasn’t DRT (dead right there) but rather DOT (dead over there).

Our next story, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where two men got off the trolley and started walking home when they were confronted by two other gents with their gun. Unfortunately for the gunman, one of their intended victims was legally carrying a weapon, too, and he applied it appropriately to the situation and shot both criminals. One was DRT, the other wounded. However, the unarmed victim was shot in the ensuing fire fight and died later at the hospital.

In Las Vegas, Nevada, Willie Pro and his lady friend. Tarneshia Harris, tried to force their way into a home using their .22 caliber pistol as their authority. Unfortunately for them, a 23-year-old in the home had a .40 caliber handgun which trumped Pro’s. The fellow in the home shot both Pro and Harris who drove themselves to the hospital where Pro was pronounced dead from an ass wound. It must have hit something vital, like Pro’s brains. Pro and Harris both had a long history of being read their Miranda rights.

WHat a way to start the Fourth! With a bang! Or two. Or three.
I’m glad to see the goblins get their just desserts, even if one was DOT rather than DRT (Jonn, I have to say that I love these new acronyms that you’ve come up with).
My sympathies go out to the family of the deceased PA robbery victim. Another murder to hang onto the surviving troll, even if he didn’t pull the trigger.

I see that the choir boys are feeling a bit frisky. Good thing that there are folks out there with enough ballistic correction to stop it.

Well, Ms. Harris and the chucklehead in Philly are probably both looking at murder charges since someone died in the commission of a felony.

DRT – DOT. Same Same GI! (Great acronyms BTW.)

So if you have someone DRT or DOT, are they still considered DTR?

Frankie Cee "In the clear"

DRT leaves them EFP, (Exempt From Prison). My 4 ft X 6 ft Stars n Stripes is flying well this morning with just enough breeze to help it wave.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Phliadephia has a trolley car system? Man, how times have changed!

Oh, the thieves! Too bad. So sad. Find work other than the kind you had.

It’s definitely time the DTC (dead thief count) had a wider audience. Maybe the cost of burial v. upkeep for X years should be published.

I always enjoy hearing DRT Stories, that means they get planted after their corpses are processed by the local Coroner and the taxpayers aren’t stuck with having to feed, clothe, and house them!

Happy Independence Day !!!
What a great way to start the day !!!
DRT, DOT, DOA or DIT (Dead In There) it’s all the same, a happy ending !!!
Good shootin’ Tex !!!

My new Feel Good Story line.

I love the smell of DRT in the morning. It smells like…the gene pool is cleaner.

Dammit! Almost had a 4th of July feel good story of my own a few minutes ago.

Got the garage door open and I’m working in the woodshop on my dog’s new toybox (shut-up). A car pulls up in front of my neighbor’s house-it has Vivant on the door. Out jumps some goober with a Vivant hat, a Vivant badge around his neck and a computer thingy. Up the driveway he walks. Halfway up I tell him I’m not interested. He asks what I’m not interested in and I tell him anything from Vivant and to leave. He tells me he’s not from Vivant and keeps coming up the driveway.

Back in my truck mechanic days in Chicago, before going AD, I used to keep a pistol in the tool tray for downtown service calls. Today was his lucky day as I don’t do that anymore.

Anyway, I put down my sander and picked up my best looking piece of Buford Pusser and told him to stop and please leave (again). He made some comment (don’t know what) and turned around and left.
Household 6 popped out about that time, and after I explained this guy’s near-death experience, I think I’ve got the green light to add another tool to the toolbox.
I’ve only got to say it once before I’m legal to start the ventilation process. I’m sick and tired of these fucks and he doesn’t know how lucky he is. And it’s all on security camera too.
I’m still pissed…

BTW, I’ve already ran off one Vivant guy so that really fires me up when they come back to tempt fate.

Old Trooper

Who the hell is Vivant?

Some Left-Coast home security outfit branching out into satellite TV. Do a goggle search and you’ll find nothing but shit reviews. Almost had a DRT review…

I know it is entirely possible that Jonn created “DRT” on his own, but back in my old EMT days (early 1980’s) that’s what we used for that situation.

Regardless, the DRT/DOT outcome means a taxpayer savings and an end to future victimization by the subject(s).
