Francis Rivers: Purple Heart license plate phony
Someone sent this picture to Mary, I guess they suspected that Francis Rivers was lying about his Purple Heart. Yeah, well, he is;
It looks like he was a Vietnam Veteran and was trained as an “Amtracman”, but I guess that he thought he should have been wounded, too, but he was lucky and didn’t. But, I don’t see a Combat Action Ribbon, either.
I know some states let you get Purple Heart plates to “honor” awardees, but Arkansas ain’t one of them;
I’m thinking that Mr. Rivers has a forged DD214 somewhere, either that or the DMV wasn’t checking creds that day.
Category: Phony soldiers
Well since that’s fraud and people like Shane Choo Choo Ladner can get sent to the pokey for it, then hopefully this assbag will as well.

Arkansas has had its fair share of turds lately.
Man, from what I hear, from reliable folks in my home state, there are a LOT of them. I keep hoping everytime I go home on leave to run into one or two…never happens. Some people get all the fun.
They’ve got a ways to go to catch up with Florida.
Nothing is being done to Ladner. Not brought before the grand jury. Deep six so far.
While that is disappointing, him being arrested, humiliated and exposed, especially considering he was an LEO, is definitely worth it.
Catch and release in his case. He even went back to Texas and got another award. Disgusting. Sherman’s ghost should return to Georgia and retorch these idiots.
IOW, pussy prosecutors who won’t do their fucking jobs.
No wonder these turds are so plentiful. It’s not as if anyone is going to send them to jail for their shitbaggery.
Infowars……
That explains everything. The clowns are nuttier than bags of peanuts.
Damn, you beat me to it. You hit the nail on the head with that one.
Guess I’m in 3rd cause I was thinking the same.
Nuttier than a squirrel turd!!
—i.e. “secret squirrel” turd!
More like “Nuttier than ten dozen buckets of squirrel shit!!”.
Yeah, what came to mind for me when I saw the Infowars sticker was, “Figures.”
Nuttier than Elephant dung.
Amtrackman …. how the hell did he earn a Purple Heart for working on the railroad?
*Sensible Chuckle*
I’ve been working on the railroad all the live long day.
You Navy guys almost have a monopoly on sea taxi service, but we still got a few taxi drivers ourselves!
The first two days after I went from an Amtrack platoon to a tank platoon at 1st Tracked Vehicle Bn, I was injured twice. I never had a scratch when I was in an Amtrack. I still have scar on my right forearm from that tank. It makes a good sea story.
My old man was written up for a Purple Heart for being cut by a spare tire that he tried to catch while he was watching two of his troops change it. A mine in a Normandy road blew up on of his trucks and a tire on another truck was hit by shrapnel. While the drivers were changing it they leaned it up against the fender and it fell over. Pop tried to keep it from hitting them and received a minor cut for his efforts. The Battalion CO. put him in for it. Needless to say he refused the award.
Every one of these SHITBIRDS is nuttier than a dump truck load of squirrel shit. embellisher or POSer!!
Actually, Arkansas does have Purple Heart plates: http://www.dfa.arkansas.gov/offices/motorVehicle/Pages/specialityPlateDetails.aspx?show=71
He’s still a faker though.

Maybe they’d be interested in the info above – particularly if they give tax breaks for Purple Heart recipients.
Looks like this guy was probably a draftee….23 months active duty. Not unusual back then if the Corps did not reach enlistment goals.
I have an earned NYS PH plate on my car and think that I’d happily rip any plate off a phony’s car in a heartbeat.
If he calls up all hot and bothered and mouth breathing I hope you have the phrase “lighten up Francis” at the ready.
To get specialized plates in Ohio you need a genuine letter from the organization; FOP, Masons, Fire Department. Purple Heart plate here requires a DD 214, a letter from the Order of The Purple Heart, and you sign an affidavit and swear to it.
This is a dead-on perfect example of violation of the Federal Stolen Valor Act. In Arkansas there is no registration fee for vehicles with PH plates. Granted that’s a savings of only 17-25 bucks, but it’s still a Federal crime.
D … De … Der … B … Bu … But … Stolen Valor is a victimless crime!
Good luck with that. All-Points Logistics has been ripping off the taxpayers to the tune of MILLIONS of dollars, yet nobody seems to give a shit about that, either.
By the way … He is clearly named after the St. Francis River in Arkansas where his truck/home/trailer is promenantly parked “down by the river”.
You mean he’s “LIVING IN A VAN… Down by the river?” What a shock!! /sarc
Exactly …
As far as as the CAR goes, it wasn’t even established until 1969,( retro to 1941). He was out a year before that so it wouldn’t be in his records.
Chances are he did rate it.
Speaking of phonies who apply false titles to their small and insignificant lives:
Bernath is not, never was nor will he ever be a Genuine or Honorary CPO. PERIOD!
I ASSume it’s a safe bet that Bernath never has been and never will be an Attorney at Law in the State of oregon as well. After all, he WAS denied admission to the Oregon State Bar Association which is required to practice law in that State, and HE WAS suspended from practicing law in California for failing to pay child support, wasn’t he? OH, and Dallas Wittgenfeld WAS expelled from membership in The Special Forces for a number of reasons, and “Blobfish”? Well,…
Hell, he can barely keep an airplane in the air half the time.
The other half? Well, you get the picture.
My favorite quote about flying is “Every flight taken is a battle against gravity, which always wins in one way or another.”.
I ASSume that letting one’s aircraft run out of fuel is one way of forfeiting to gravity!!
The only thing Bernath knows bout gravity is his wrinkly old balls dragging the ground. Oh, and he is not nor ever will be a honorary CPO.
Rant on:
I was behind a pickup today with a Maryland Purple Heart license plate, and Viet Nam war Vet bumper sticker, Globe and Anchor decal on the window. My first thought was Thanks, Devil Dog, for your service.
Then the thought of stolen valor crept in- is this guy for real?
That is the shame of these posers- making me question those who served with honor. Makes me sick, and they all should pay a heavy price for that.
Rant off/
And to the Marine in the pickup truck, Semper Fi, buddy.
I know what you mean, AW1Ed. Saw a vehicle with CIB plates in front of me the other day – and because of the number of tools we’ve seen “rockin’ the lie”, my first thought was, “I wonder if that’s legit?”
Hence the reason why I don’t put that stuff on my truck. Don’t even have vet plates.
I know what y’all mean. I was coming out of a local Walgreen’s one day and on the dashboard of an SUV a few parking spaces over was a camo ball cap with a ranger tab across the front and a BSM pinned to the side. I went on my way because i was afraid I wouldn’t be able to control myself if I encountered the owner!
Being from AR I can gaurantee the DMV people are morons. I had to show the 20 yr old working there how how to read a DD214 so I could get my Gulf War tags($3.75). So yes, I can see how a d-bag poser can get over.
