Peace movement’s true colors

Nothing has changed in our military posture towards Iraq or Afghanistan, in fact, Obama even admits now that he’ll have to continue the current administration’s policies. The only thing that has changed from last week is that a Democrat is the president-elect. But the Chester County hippies made it clear that only thing they had against the war was that a Republicans was in office by not even bothering to show up for their weekly protest this Saturday.
Not that it’s a surprise or anything that it’s been about politics all along, just that we now have the evidence of the intellectually shallow Left – how they were willing to prolong the war, tear the country apart and waste more American lives so they could occupy a few more offices in Washington.

I had a feeling this was going to happen, the left has their radical socialist as President and they’re going to fall in lock-step behind him.
Sigh. Hypocrits. My only question is this…WHen the stars fall out of their eyes and he really doesn’t do anything different, who will they blame it on?

Democrats come from a very shallow gene pool and every year they abort millions, and the pool gets more shallow. Not much left but muddy water.

I will note that I don’t know or care what other peace movements do. IVAW is going to keep up the fight to get the troops out of Iraq, and take care of veterans. We’re going to keep the heat on Obama just as much as Bush. And if we’re the only ones out there, and all the Dems skedaddle because they don’t want to protest a Democratic president, that’s just too fucking bad, and we’ll continue the fight without them.
And I will keep up on my end as well, until all the troops are brought home from Germany.
What? We won there? Oh. Well, then I declare victory for the Iraq, Polish, Scandanavian Veterans Against the War in Germany!
