Chicago’s top cop says gun laws are racist
ROS sends us a link about Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy, who claims that Federal gun laws are killing “black and brown children”;
McCarthy told parishioners an anecdote about a brutal night of killings in Newark, N.J., where he was previously head of the police department. McCarthy said that after he got home that night, he turn on the TV to relax, and tuned in to Sarah Palin’s Alaska.
“She was caribou-hunting and talking about the right to bear arms,” McCarthy said. “Why wasn’t she at the crime scene with me?”
McCarthy also told parishioners that “everybody is afraid of race. I’m not afraid of race.”
In a statement Thursday, McCarthy said “strong gun laws against illegal firearms are critical in order to maintain public safety and private rights.”

And what does race have to with guns. Are you trying tell us that black people are so f**king ignorant that they can’t stop shooting each other when ever they come into contact with a gun? While i agree that illegal firearms are a serious problem, I can also admit out loud that there are sufficient laws on the books to prevent illegal guns from reaching criminals if incompetent boobs like you will take the time to enforce those laws instead of blaming legal gun owners and legal gun manufacturers for the problems in your community. Mayhaps, Mr. McCarthy can point out which guns are “illegal”? Guns can be used illegally, but very, very few guns are “illegal”.
Maybe, if Illinois, and New Jersey and the other states, would concentrate more on putting people who use guns illegally away for centuries, instead of months, the problem would be lessened.
I think there are more than enough “strong gun laws” on the books to accomplish what he wants, but they’d rather take the easy road, and go after citizens who want nothing more than to make sure their families and selves are safe from the wolves.
And, don’t forget who Mr. McCarthy’s boss is, Rahm-bo, that would explain the Palin reference.
So Police Superintendent DumbAss, what about all the guns the Obama Regime let slip across the border illegally to kill our own border patrol agents so they could use as propaganda for the anti-2nd Amendment lobby?

Yep. Just like abortion and Planned Parenthood, which was started to eliminate “undesirables” (ie, Blacks, as defined by racist, eugenics-supporting people like Margaret Sanger) from the American population. The “Great Society” was also started based on feeling that Blacks were too stupid and incapable to succeed on their own.

Were this 2001-2008, the reference would have been to Dick Cheney and his hunting weapons.
The Left simply changes the target. Alinsky Rules for Radicals 101: “Pick the Target, Freeze It, Personality It, and Polarize It.”
They did/do it with Rush Limbaugh. Then moved on to Bush and Cheney and everyone in their Administration. Now they’ve moved on to Sarah Palin.

I will agree with the headline to this post; in that yes, working, mostly white Americans, are burdened with the bother of registering their guns. Purely racism since the slacker, mostly black inner city types, don’t give a rip about registration. Soooo, yes, gun laws are racist.
