Shelby Twp. police searching for trio of home invaders who were shot at
Authorities don’t know if any of the three masked men were hit by gunfire

By MITCH HOTTS
Three individuals are being sought by police after they broke into a Shelby Township residence early Thursday and were met by gunfire from the homeowner.

The incident happened about 1:45 a.m. in the 14000 block of Valenti Lane in the area of Hall and Hayes roads.

An initial investigation by Shelby Township police shows three men wearing ski masks broke into the residence while the homeowner was inside.

The homeowner fired several gunshots at the trio, who fled the house and are still on the loose. It is unknown if any of three were hit by the gunfire.

“This appears to be a targeted home invasion and not a random act,” Sgt. Mark Benedettini said in a news release.

Man shoots thief trying to steal his vehicle during Lake Stevens road rage

KIRO 7 News Staff
A man shot and killed another man who was allegedly trying to steal his vehicle following a road rage incident in Lake Stevens on Friday.

Deputies from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office arrived in the 15300 block of 84 Street Northeast in Lake Stevens after hearing reports of a shooting.

After getting there around 5:30 p.m., officers found a 41-year-old man who was lying dead in the roadway according to a social media post from the Sheriff’s Office.

After closing down the road for an investigation, detectives learned that a road rage incident happened before the shooting.

A 23-year-old man and a woman were both driving down 84 Street Northeast when the man left his vehicle and walked toward the woman.

While they were arguing, the woman told him that another man was trying to steal his vehicle.

The 23-year-old then went back to his vehicle and began fighting with the 41-year-old who he believed was trying to steal his vehicle.

During the fight, the 23-year-old man shot the 41-year-old, killing him.

I’m always curious when I see an article on “…targeted home invasion.” Why was the home “targeted”? Known to have valuables? Personal vendetta? Inquiring minds want to know. Homeowner might want to get some range time…or a good fur missile.

Again, more questions without any answers. Musta been a semi good shoot since no one has been arrested…yet.

So, prezzy sniffy creepy now says that we are Patriots, defending ourselves by fighting his corrupt grubermint? Got It! Time to “Join Together”…with the band…of Patriots.

Nice little snubby, ya gots there, Mister. Reminds me of myself…small & cute with a bite as dangerous as its bark.

Wonder if Sister Golden Hair Ms Thang is fending off pirates or a shark attack? If she’s a’hunting The Gun Bunny, she certainly has the right bait. CW, you can be FIRST…after me.
